Some positive news on the job front

I have some good news to report. On Monday, I have to call a local company that hauls around “roll-offs” for scrap yards. I have just had some new neighbors move in across the street here and the oldest daughter’s boyfriend works for the place and told me they are hiring. I got the number and the people to talk to; so, on Monday I am calling them. This is not a sure thing or anything; but, I am hoping that something good comes of it.

I am beyond happy to get back to work. Seven years is plenty of time to be off, and to be quite honest, I want to get back to it. I fought the good fight of faith here in the blogosphere and I am quite ready to go back to being just another face in the crowd.

The blog will continue, I just will not be updating it as often; who knows, maybe I will start a trucking blog. 😀
