Fire at the Internet Archive building in San Francisco

The Internet Archive which runs the immensely popular Wayback Machine has had a fire and donations are urgently needed to the tune of about $600,000.

I believe that intimes like this, that we should put partisan politics aside and come together as Americans and help this man and his organization out.

Please go to this link here and do what you can to help out.

Good deal. I wanted to make sure and return his little donation, seeing that he tossed me off of his little no traffic blog, for simply being a bit of a smart alleck. I won’t take money from fascists, ever.

Again, Thanks for the fish Bill, sorry it did not work out.

Least anyone should think I am getting wealthy

On my banners at the top and the big on in my far left side bar and after each blog posting.

These have been my earnings so far, since joining Adbrite:

All dates
Total Earnings
$4.25

;

;

That’s right, $4.25. not $425, not $4250 —- but four bucks and twenty-five cents.

The rest of the ads only pay, if you buy something. So far on those —- nothing.

Amazon is nil too.

Infolinks since last payment, which was March 1, 2012, is at $20.18.

So, you see now why I keep pounding the drum about the tip jar and fundraising?

So much for being a bought Koch brothers blogger eh? Which is what the left loves to call people like me.

I am not whining; just stating the facts and keeping my readers informed. I’m an honest sort, no reason to lie here. No ego here, just a love for Country.

….I just wish love paid more. 🙁

So, I shall use this as a reminder to

HIT THE TIP JAR!

your name can be here too!

Sounds like a good idea to me: Tax the Churches!

Just reacting to this here.

Of course, I do not mean all of them.

Just the ones making over 250K a year in income and the ones that choose to be politically active.

Any church making less than 250K would not be taxed.

Just my idea. For the record, I am not against Church; I am against excess and greed. I am also against those who abuse the Bible; using it as a get rich scheme. I am, of course, referring to the “prosperity gospel” garbage, that is common in Pentecostal circles.

I figure, if a church is turning that kind of Cash they can afford to pay their share of taxes.

Chuck Baldwin minces no words about Paul Ryan

I have to like Chuck Baldwin, he does not mince words:

It has happened again. We go through this every four years, and every four years the vast majority of “conservatives” fall for it. This is such a broken record. What did Forrest Gump say: “Stupid is as stupid does”? And wasn’t it P.T. Barnum who said, “There’s a sucker born every minute”? Well, here we go again.

Neocon RINO George H.W. Bush picks “conservative” Dan Quayle. “Conservative” G.W. Bush picks neocon RINO Dick Cheney. Neocon RINO John McCain picks “conservative” Sarah Palin. Now, neocon RINO Mitt Romney picks “conservative” Paul Ryan. As long as there is one “conservative” on the ticket, mushy-headed “conservatives” across the country will go into a gaga, starry-eyed, hypnotic trance in support of the Republican ticket. I’m convinced that if Lucifer, himself, was the GOP Presidential candidate, he would get the support of the Religious Right and Republican “conservatives” as long as he selected a reputed “conservative” to join his ticket. And, by the way, the notable “conservative” wouldn’t think twice about joining such a ticket, either, I’m convinced.

Let’s just get this on the record: since 1960, there have only been two Presidential nominees (from the two major parties) who were not controlled by the globalist elitists. One was a Democrat, John F. Kennedy; the other was a Republican, Ronald Reagan. Kennedy was shot and killed; Reagan was shot. Every other President, Democrat or Republican, has been totally controlled, which is why none of them have done diddly-squat to make a difference in the direction of the country. On the issues that really matter, Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are just more of the same!

via Chuck Baldwin — Paul Ryan: More Of The Same.

He goes on to say that Ron Paul is the only one; and I disagree with that. However, I will say this; he is right about Romney and Ryan. Which is I am voting for:

Goode/Clymer in 2012

He will not win the election

But voting for anything else is simply Anti-American

Day by Day Cartoon is having it’s yearly fundraiser!

Chris Muir, who draws the awesome Day by Day cartoon, which appears in my sidebar on the left; is holding his yearly fundraiser.

I would give myself, but, as many of you know; my funds are not the greatest either. So, head on over and help him out; he has some very neat stuff that he is offering for those who can give to his fundraiser.

Click here to check out Day by Day Cartoon

Donate to keep the cartoon strip alive, and Chris afloat!

I should also point out, that Chris has donated to me, more than once. So, I am just passing along the favor and trying to help him get the word out. I also should point out that when I started reading Day by Day, I was firmly in the Democratic Party camp; voting-wise, at least. I did find however, his comic to be quite funny and still do. The message too, was not lost on me at all and the further along I went, the more realized, Chris and his Conservative friends were right and I, was very wrong. This, is why I am helping.

Video: U.N Gun Treaty a risk for U.S. Gun Owners, Says NRA

First the Video from the NRA:

Fox News Reports:

UNITED NATIONS – A treaty being hammered out this month at the United Nations — with Iran playing a key role — could expose the records of America’s gun owners to foreign governments — and, critics warn, eventually put the Second Amendment on global trial.

International talks in New York are going on throughout July on the final wording of the so-called Arms Trade Treaty, which supporters such as Amnesty International USA say would rein in unregulated weapons that kill an estimated 1,500 people daily around the world. But critics, including the National Rifle Association’s Wayne LaPierre, warn the treaty would mark a major step toward the eventual erosion of the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment gun-ownership rights.

Americans “just don’t want the UN to be acting as a global nanny with a global permission slip stating whether they can own a gun or not,” LaPierre said. “It cheapens our rights as American citizens, and weakens our sovereignty,” he warned in an exclusive interview with FoxNews.com from the halls of the UN negotiating chambers.

Right now the NRA is fighting to keep American gun owners off of this treaty. If you can, please, help them. I cannot, as I am unemployed and really not making any kind of money; so it is up to you. Click here to help.

Our Second Amendment rights are given to us by God, not by Governments. We must fight to protect them. Join the fight today.

Disclaimer: I am posting this of my own accord. I am not being compensated by the Nation Rifle Association or any of it’s members for posting this blog entry. I am posting it, because I am genuinely worried about our second amendment rights.

A special thank you!

To my friend Chris Muir, who makes the wonderfully awesome Day by Day cartoon.

Chris answered my pitiful plea for donations with a nice donation of $20.00

You can read Chris’s cartoons at his website or look over in my right side bar and check out the latest one there.

Fun Fact: I started reading Day by Day, when I was still quite firmly in the Democratic Party camp. I found his comic quite amusing. I still do, more so now, than I ever did.

Chris is simply returning the favor; I have donated to his cause a few times and even bought ads on his site, until they went up to $5.00 a slot over on project wonderful.

Again, to Chris; thank you buddy! It will come in handy! 😀
