I am performing some much needed maintenance on this laptop.

I will be down for the count, until I can get this all fix and running right.

Yeah, I know….

I haven’t posted much today. I just have not been in the mood really. I get let this at times. I’m just beginning to wonder if this is even worth my damned time. I am not making jack crap at all. No ads on BlogAds. The hits on this blog are a damned joke. I am just getting bored of it all.

I will do a few here, but do not expect anything earth shattering out of me tonight. I’m just not into it. Also, my back is aching a little and that is a bit distracting.

Updated the "About me" section

I updated the about me section to add:

Update August 17, 2009: I am an unapologetic night owl. I usually don’t get in the bed till usually 6:30 a.m. and usually do not rise till in the afternoon. I do not want to hear any stupid people telling me that Conservatives get up early. Two Words; Up Yours. So, if you come traipsing in here at 6:00 in the morning, and I don’t have anything new till like noon or later. Please know, that I will get to it, when I wake up. If you got a problem with it, and you’ve got blogging experience; leave me a message, I might just put you to work!

Going to bed… will write more when I awake from my slumber.

Tinkering around with a program…

I caught wind of a cool design program and I’m gonna try and see how it looks. I might not keep it.

Update: It still needs work. Couple of things need to done differently. Stay tuned. I might just not do it. Anyhow, just was a thought…

Update #2: I decided not to go with that theme…. looks nice, but does not have nearly the configurations of the one I am running now. You know the drill, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Please be patient whole I put everything back the way it was. It was a good idea on paper, but in the reality, it was a pain in the butt. 😀

Some changes….

I understand some have been having problems commenting. So, I changed one little thing in a plug-in that I use. This should fix the problem. If you still have troubles, let me know.

Police State: Detroit Standoff Ends in Gunfire

Detroit (WXYZ) – A routine eviction ended in a six-hour standoff on Detroit’s East Side.
It all started Thursday afternoon when witnesses say they saw a man with a gun at the River Towers Apartments in the 7800 block of West Jefferson.
Several swat teams converged on the location.
Those inside the apartment building were told to stay inside their homes.
Others were loaded on a bus to City Hall to wait it out.
Just before 9pm, a 78-year-old man opened fire on police.
They returned fire. He was hit and rushed to the hospital where his condition is unknown.
Initial reports indicate the man was about to be evicted.
As of 9:15pm all roads in the area were reopened to traffic and everyone was allowed back to move about the apartment building as needed.

Man, the WordPress madness continues…

I was having an issue with the Blog not wanting to work properly. When it came to publishing posts. I filed a bug report and everyone said it had to be a plug-in issue, so, I disabled all the plug ins and went through and re-enabled them all, one by one, trying to make the blog break and now it won’t do the error.

totally bizarre!

Oh yeah, she’s haunted. 😯

FYI: Working on the Blog

I seem to have a issue with a plug-in causing some problem with posting from the Admin side of the blog. I am working on debugging to find out which plug-in is causing the issue. so, I am going to be working on that for a while. So, If you see postings appear that say “test posting” or something similar, and then they disappear. That is why.

Back to work! Oy!

Off early for the evening.

I shaved my beard and my hair and in the process, pulled something in my shoulder. 😯

Needless to say, it hurts quite a bit. :beatup:

Hopefully, I’ll be back to normal tomorrow. :hypnotized:
