I just wanted to wish all of the two of you who are most likely even reading this new blog — A very Happy New Year in 2012! 
Here is hoping that 2012 is better year for America, than 2011 was; and believe me, as someone who knows, 2011 was a lousy year for many. 
But, being the eternal optimist that I am; I believe that a better day is going to come. 
Let us all remember our soldiers fighting still for freedom in Afghanistan and those stationed around the world.
