Off vaping and nicotine

I wrote a while back that I was off the smokes and now vaping. I then wrote about how I was stepping down the nicotine levels. Well, I now have some good news to report.

I can now officially report that I am now officially off the vaporizer. I stopped like a week ago. Now, was it hard to do it? Oh, you flipping aye right it was! I still miss the thing; I still crave the nicotine. However, it is more of a mental thing, than an actual physical craving. I would love nothing more than to go down to the tobacco shop and pick up a new wick and a nice bottle of mountain dew flavored e-liquid at about 6 or 7 mg of nicotine. But, I made a choice to stop and I am going to try my darndest to keep that promise to myself.

Let’s just be real about it; nicotine is just as bad as marijuana, heroin, cocaine and alcohol — it is addictive, it is very unhealthy and ultimately, it can kill you. Smoking cigarettes or vaping; or any other form of nicotine can turn you into a full on nicotine junky — and basically, being quite honest with you, I am one. I get it from my Father, he smokes, and has smoked since he was 13, so he says. Now, does the knowledge of these facts make me want to see nicotine, vaping and cigarettes outlawed or more tightly regulated? Nope. One cannot legislate or regulate morality. If you outlaw sin, the outlaws will find ways to sin — legal or not.

I personally feel that, as someone who has a nicotine addiction, nicotine addiction should be treated the same as any other addiction. It is the same mentality, it is the same pain, it is the same feeling of, “I cannot stop this”, and it is treated like a flipping joke. I have the personality of an addict; that if one is nice, twelve has to be better. I did that when I was drinking; and I did it when I was smoking and then vaping. There are people who disagree with that, and I am here to tell you, that they are stupid; and those who say that have never, ever been addicted to anything in their lives.

The reason I say that I do not favor the tightening of vaping regulations or any other form of nicotine regulations is because my starting back to smoking that I have done, off and on since age 19; was my own personal choice. I made the personal choice, because of stress to start back to smoking. I also have made a personal choice to stop again. Mainly, because I was asking my parents to pay for my habit. This is when I knew it was time to stop. If I were working and had normal weekly paycheck; heck, I would still be puffing away! However, I am not in that sort of a situation, so, I knew I had to stop.

The reason I made the choice that I made, was because of a job prospect; that ultimately ending up blowing up in my face. The stress from all that, sent me back to the smokes. It was not a fun time; and I quite frankly, I wish I had never even sought after that foolhardy mission.

Either way, I am hoping that I can keep this up. Pray for me, as I need it much.

Liberal Progressive bloggers exploit tragedy for political gain

To surmise, a tragic event took place in Florida; where a man, who had too much to drink, shot a woman in the forehead and she died. The original story is here. Here is the video report:

Well, the classless and uncouth progressive left is now exploiting this tragic event, for all it is worth for political reasons. Check out what the sleazeball leftist troll site, “Americans Against the Tea Party” wrote about this:

Liberaland, which is owned by Fox News’s Alan Colmes covered it too; but without the idiotic and stupid snark.  But, just the same, the reason Colmes reported it, is because every time that there is some sort of accident involving a gun or a crime involving a gun; the liberal left just loves to link these stories and holler, “Lookie lookie lookie, another GUN crime; we need to outlaw them and get rid of the NRA!”

It is classless, it is uncouth, it is cynical and it is toxic. This mentality is precisely why I stopped voting for the Democrats. This mentality is not that of a fringe group; it is, in fact, the depraved mentality of 90% of the people in the Democratic Party anymore.  This is an Anti-Gun, Anti-White, Anti-Christian, Anti-Capitalism and Anti-American mentality. The Democrats mentality is, “Never let a crisis go to waste” or “Always exploit to make a political point.”

The truth is that the only real thing that is responsible for the shooting of Jamie Lee Martin is Elliott William Orsborn. Mr. Orsborn chose to possess a firearm, despite the fact that he had been convicted of a felony. Mr. Orsborn chose to carry his firearm, despite the fact that he was intoxicated. So, the blame lies with him; not the NRA, not Guns, and certainly not the Tea Party and its supporters. Of course, normal, clear minded people know these simple things. But, the left, who collectively have the minds of 2 year olds for the most part; do not understand such things.

Which is why I will NOT vote for them any longer. Because, quite frankly, stupid people should not be allowed to govern anything — much less be allowed to drive or run a computer.

What’s going on up in Flathead County, Montana?

Quite a bit, it seems.

Democrat or Republican; liberal or conservative; male or female; Caucasian, Negro, Hispanic, Indian, or Asian; rich or poor; powerful or ordinary; Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, or atheist: they all mean absolutely NOTHING in a court of law. Lady Justice is rightly symbolized with a blindfold over her eyes. In a court of law, there is absolutely no place for racial prejudice, religious prejudice, political prejudice, or personal prejudice. The only thing that matters in a court of law is equal justice under the law. Nothing else matters! NOTHING!

Every judicial race in this country that I’ve ever heard of is a non-partisan race. Candidates for judge run without party affiliation. The obvious reason for this fact is because judges are entrusted to adjudicate the law without political bias or favor. That’s the way it’s SUPPOSED to be, anyway.

However, it has become obvious that too many times our courtrooms exude political prejudice and abject cronyism. It is no hyperbole to say that there are tens of thousands (maybe hundreds of thousands) of men and women in America’s penal institutions who are nothing more than political prisoners. The kangaroo courts of Mao, Stalin, and Hitler have nothing on many of the courts in the United States of America today.

Montana defense attorneys, Tim Baldwin and Phyllis and Jack Quatman, of the Quatman and Quatman, PC law firm in Flathead County, have revealed serious unethical actions of prosecutors and Northwest Drug Task Force Agent in Flathead County, Montana and their attempt to cover it up. The seriousness of their actions caused these defense attorneys to request an investigation to the Montana Attorney General. After reviewing their request for an investigation, the Attorney General’s Office responded and stated that while they will not prosecute Corrigan and Park criminally, they are very concerned about the allegations of ethical violations and referred the matter to the proper authority in Montana.
