Now, I consider myself very much a paleoconservative, as I am not in favor of Wilsonian foreign policy at all. Furthermore, the excessive centralization of Government is not my idea of a good time either. Now folks, this right here is proof that ISIS and Al-Qaeda are not some invention of the CIA or Government; like some of the tin-foil hat people would want some to believe. Furthermore, they are not some sort of service organisation like some on the loony left would say as well. These people are true-blue religious zealots, who happen to believe that killing for Allah is their job. They are truly dangerous and a threat to the Republic.
Now who caused ISIS and Al-Qaeda, to me; is irrelevant at this point. What is relevant, is that these people; here and abroad are real, they are willing to die for their cause and they are totally committed. This alone, would be worry and concern anyone, who gives a remote flying flip about this Country. Differences with the neocon right, at this point; seem a bit moot, when I see stuff like this. True, I will never agree with the neocons on much of anything at all. However, when it comes to terrorism; I look at this, not as a Paleoconservative vs a neoconservative — But, rather, as a Christian American, who sees my Country being infiltrated by evil people, who want to kill Americans. Furthermore, I see a liberal controlled Government who is ambivalent, even sympathetic in some cases, to the cause of these demented people.
I think it is an awful shame, that Conservatives cannot at least put philosophical differences aside long enough to realize that our Republican is actually under threat. It is also terrible that we have a President that is more interested in placating the leftists in this Country than he is protecting the Republic. Do not misunderstand me; I am no fan of war. But, this, is really pushing my mind towards a feel that a war with ISIS, here and abroad is going to be a necessary thing.
Needless to say, the next person, especially if he is a Republican; who takes the White House, is going to have his hands full.
That whole mess with the Bikers in Waco had my suspicion radar going off. I do not know what really happened down there. But, I did notice this story on Facebook and it made me very happy. This photo in particular made my mind think of the words of Jesus himself:

The story:
Bikers from other clubs showed up to ride for Candyman from all over the nation. Today America’s bikers made history in a show of unity like never before. Manny ‘Candyman’ Rodriguez was gunned down by police in Waco Texas on May 17th. Today his memorial service was an astounding rainbow of colors from all over the nation as Bandidos, Hells Angels, Mongols, Vagos, dozens of red and gold support clubs, Christian bikers, vets, other clubs and independents amassed in a massive showing of support.
The following is a opinion about the “Church World” that does not mean a “Hill of beans” to anyone; except maybe me and maybe you, if you happen to agree with it.
One of my biggest gripes with the “Church World” that it has become a closed society. By that, I mean that the Church world is basically closed it’s door to the Biker community. The only Christians (or so that they say anyhow…) that give remote flip about the Bikers are the Evangelical Christians; you know, the ones who teach the “Don’t Judge” nonsense.
These are the same ones who believe that you can read any version of the Bible and still get the Word of God, they are also the ones who teach that the “Rock and Roll Christianity” mentality and philosophy is perfectly okay. As a result, these poor Bikers are usually being fed junk doctrine from unsuspecting people who have been brain-washed to believe that what they are teaching is authentic Christianity.
The Independent Baptists have missed the boat, when it comes to ministering to Bikers. Oh, some big Churches might have the ministries, as well as ones geared towards Truck Drivers as well. But, the majority of the Independent Baptist would call the police, if a bunch of burly Bikers wearing their colors showed up at their Churches!
Folks, we Independent Baptists need to look at the words of the Lord Jesus Christ:
Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. – (John 14:8-12 KJV)
This is another scripture that I think that the Baptists, who have this sense of superiority over the Bikers:

This is about the only scripture that needs to be quoted. Bikers are people, with souls, that need saving. We need to be there for them, to help them, to comfort them and to bring them peace; which really only comes from Christ The Lord. We have the truth, the real truth and hiding it, because of whatever hang ups we might have — is a sin.

Well, I knew that there was a good reason why I removed Rand Paul’s banner from my blog and from my twitter account. This is one of them. The other is that the media, namely Fox News is trying to ignore Rand Paul. Well, this below might explain as to why they are doing so. Rand Paul will never get elected spouting stupid stuff like this in the media.

Well, say goodnight to Rand Paul. He won’t make it out of the first primary. It is a pity too, I would loved to seen him in the White House. But, making comments like that one, does nothing to further your cause to become President of the United States. That is not my opinion and I am not fan boy of any of the other people running for President either. It is just the reality of the political game. You just cannot make comments like that and remain in the game. It just does not work. 50 years ago, maybe. Nowadays, forget it.

The Biden family has suffered some losses that I could never fathom ever happening to me. So, I feel for them all. Again, there is a time for Political criticism, and I have done that a bit here. But, this is not one of those times. My prayers for the family this Sunday morning.
Well, a man by the first name of Tom contacted me today from Virginia. I suspect that Tom is either Don Gillispie’s lawyer or friend and is desperately trying to get this story in the media. So far, they have failed. Here is the reason: Don Gillispie broke the law and in more than one way.
What happened was this: This Tom character calls me earlier this evening. From the minute I said hello, this man was talking a mile a freakin’ minute. I told him he had emailed me and that’s about all I got in, except to finally holler, “Hey! shut up a minute! I have a question!”
I asked him simply, “Did Don break any laws?” His answer, “Oh, he didn’t fill out an IRS 1099 Form and a few other documents…” And then, he took a breath and started to talk, this time, I cut him off.
I said, “If Don Gillispie didn’t fill out required documents for the IRS and other Government agencies to run his company; then he broke the law and he is getting what he deserves!” and I hung up.
Folks, here is the deal: As much as I know that the Government under President Barack Obama is not a good one for businesses, of all sorts; I also am a Conservative that believes in rule of law and if you run a business and you do not follow the rule of law, whether it be state, local or federal, when it comes to running a business, you really should not expect any sympathy from anyone at all.
I do not care what sort of so-called “good” this person was doing, abiding by the law is a bedrock principle of running a business. Especially one like owning a nuclear power plant. In fact, here is a interesting story about this guy. Here’s a google search on the guy; and this joker is trying to get sympathy from the Conservative blogosphere?

Get ready to hear a lot about supposedly harsh winter weather in supposedly the warmest year on record, and port closings in a period where imports seemed to have no trouble coming on shore.
Allow me to share something with you; I recently applied for a got my sales tax ID. I am back in the business of selling 12 volt electronics, mainly for cars. One of the other things that I can get are 10 meter mobile amateur radios. Well, one of the brands that I can get are the Ranger line of 10 meter radios. Well, this is what I see, when I log on to one of my many supplier’s website; they’re all out of stock:
Because of a labor dispute, the radios for this company are super slow about coming off of the ships. If Ranger has product on these ships; so do others too. So, the story about import slow downs due to labor disputes is very true; despite what some neocons want you to believe. 🙂
The problem is, it is not just this supplier; it is all of them and I am told the next time that Ranger is going to try to ship any, is in July. Now, this really does not bother me; because this stuff is not my main line of sales. I am more into the car stereo end of things. But, could you really imagine being heavily invested into the CB/10 meter end of things and have a huge customer base and then find out that you cannot get this stuff? Ouch.
So, Ed is wrong about the part about imports, there is a labor dispute going on. They are working without a contract and thus the slowdown. This all plays into the status of the economy. Also too, inflation and globalism all play a part into as well.
