Did someone say accountability?

My, my… the steaming pile of hypocrisy of the left. I mean, Rush is having to Grovel and now this?

The Story via the Blaze:

With all the talk of holding radio talk show hosts accountable lately, it’s probably worth bringing you what liberal firebrand Mike Malloy said last week as storms ravaged the South. According to a clip from his March 2 show, it seems the storms are God’s way of getting back at them for not believing in science. Or something.

“Their God … keeps smashing them into little grease spots on the pavement in Alabama, and Mississippi, and Arkansas, and Georgia, and Oklahoma,” Malloy says in his broadcast from Friday. “You know, the Bible belt, where [in a mocking voice] they ain’t gonna let no goddamned science get in the way, it says in the Bible, blah blah blah blah blah. So, according to their way of thinking, God with his omnipotent thumb reaches down here and so far tonight has smashed about 20 people into a grease spot on highway 12, or whatever the hell highway they live next to.”

Anyone want to take bets on how long it is before Mike Malloy has to apologize for this? Yeah, me either. 🙄 Because we would be waiting a long time. This is your liberal progressive left folks; when they are not spewing racism on websites, they are mocking Christians. This is why I do not vote for them anymore. The sick part is that this guy will get a free pass; because he is some sort of a “Enlightened Liberal.” Happens everyday in America. This is what we must fight against and continue to write about. We are all Andrew Breitbart and this is war.

Well jennifer let me give you something to think about:

http://thoughtsandrantings.com/2012/03/05/racism-alive-and-well-over-at-mlive-com-exhibit-a-aaron-foley/

By the way, I am Andrew Breitbart, his spirit will be carried on and I will be exposing any and all racism and leftist bile that comes from that site. This is war against progressivism and your writer just fired the first shot.

Now you think about that, young lady.

How exactly do you think his column is racist? Just because he is black and she is white? If he were white, would the column be OK in your view?

You have been banned from commenting on MLive.com. Do not attempt to comment here again.

So, that is how the left deals with someone, like me, pointing out the racism that their writers hurl forth. They ban you from commenting on their sites. Not a problem; this will not stop me from writing about here and promoting my posts via twitter and other social media. Like I said in my correspondence with Jennifer at Mlive.com; this is war and I, in the spirit of Andrew Breitbart will fight these bastards until I have no more breath left in my body. This is progressivism in the most pure form, justified racism towards whites, because the horrible past in America. It is not what Martin Luther King Jr. fought for at all. This is making everything that the dear civil rights leader fought for a huge joke. The progressives have distorted his message to the point of making a mockery of it and I will expose these people for as along as I am able.

Again, this is war. We didn’t start it, they did and I intend to fight it to my dying breath.

Racism alive and well over at MLive.com: Exhibit A: Aaron Foley

Check out this article over at Mlive.com, where the writer, who is black, slams another writer who is white over at the News-Herald.

Let me simply pose this question to you all; if someone like me, had written this sort of article and worded in the fashion that he did; would I not be called a racist and lose my job?  However, this person here, can bash a white woman, like this, without any sort of repercussions?  This my friends is why Affirmative Action is such an evil thing.  This is why we, as Conservatives, need to carry on in the tradition of Andrew Breitbart and expose these bastards for what they truly are.  Which is what I intend on doing for a very long time to come.

By the way, Aaron Foley, (afoley@mlive.com) you are a racist tool, who should lose your job.  I know your kind, and I am not talking about your skin color either, you racist fool.  You are a part of the progressive left, and you happen to think that because you are a minority; that this somehow entitles you to spew racist bile from your little column that you write.  Well, I am serving you notice sir.  I am going to be watching that little column of yours and when I happen to spot something that I find to be overly racist; I am going to call you on it, every time I see it.  Therefore, you best tighten that shit up, as the young people say.  Because as of today, I am making you my personal bitch.

In addition, you can go onto that little column of yours, and piss, moan, and whine about how you are being oppressed by some white conservative blogger from the downriver area all you want to; I really do not care.  Because being black does not entitle you to smear white people as you do.  Your people want to be treated fairly, we do that, and you show your appreciation of that by writing racist bile like that?  Not anymore, you will not.  Because I intend on calling you, every time you publish racist bile like this.

Bank on it sir.  Bank…on…it.

Quote of the Day

I should state right here that when I first started off on my Grand Hollywood Adventure, I was a socially left leaning, moderate fiscal conservative, proudly independent, ignoring party affiliations and casting my ballot for whoever I thought was best for–or, in any case, would do the least damage to–my beloved country.

Had I been born a generation earlier, I would have described myself as a Kennedy Democrat. As it was, I suppose the Libertarian tag might fit, but I’ve always borne a healthy suspicion of anything that smacks of an “ideology.”

All that said, I was pretty much apolitical. The closest I came to studying issues was to pick up one of P.J. O’Rourke’s books for a giggle or two. But then, I also got a kick out of Michael Moore’s first film, Roger and Me. Politically, I was the proverbial wise-ass kid with a permanent seat in the rear of the classroom where I could safely heckle the nuns without collecting too many stripes across the back of my knuckles.

Then, on September 11th, 2001, everything changed.

I remember watching the collapse of the first tower and feeling–literally feeling the breath just leave my lungs, my chest filling with a terrible, ghastly void; a sense of distant screams in a windswept wasteland and loss loss loss oh my God all those people all those people they murdered all those thousands of people…

Though it was but seconds, it seemed minutes, many long minutes before I could draw a breath. I quietly excused myself and hurried to the bedroom to spare my young children the memory of seeing Daddy collapse helplessly into a series of horrified, aching, gut-wrenching sobs.

As soon as I’d composed myself, I rejoined my family. I really have no memory of the ensuing hours, only that my wife and I decided I should go to work, that we’d try to keep the kids calm by maintaining our normal schedules. Only God knew what the future held…

I was working my first network series gig as a staff writer on a show called Wolf Lake while Carnivale was in development at HBO.

I was greeted by coworkers in various states of shock, portable TVs turned to the news in all the offices. Like every American, I was approached by a number of colleagues who wished to vent and commiserate.

But unlike every American, my coworkers expressed little or no anger toward the terrorists who had committed this atrocity. Rather, they directed their vitriol towards American Imperialism, American foreign policy, American arrogance, American warmongering, American racism and, most of all, our American President, the evil, unfathomably stupid, idiot Christian, bumbling Texan oaf, George W. Bush.

And what did I say?

Nothing.

Not a damn thing.

I was just shocked silent. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Were these people crazy?

Rush Caves, Ron Paul laughs

For the record, I thought it was bit over the top; But I do not think it was worthy of a groveling apology of this sort. Furthermore, I believe this whole thing to be quite idiotic.

For over 20 years, I have illustrated the absurd with absurdity, three hours a day, five days a week. In this instance, I chose the wrong words in my analogy of the situation. I did not mean a personal attack on Ms. Fluke.

I think it is absolutely absurd that during these very serious political times, we are discussing personal sexual recreational activities before members of Congress. I personally do not agree that American citizens should pay for these social activities. What happened to personal responsibility and accountability? Where do we draw the line? If this is accepted as the norm, what will follow? Will we be debating if taxpayers should pay for new sneakers for all students that are interested in running to keep fit?In my monologue, I posited that it is not our business whatsoever to know what is going on in anyone’s bedroom nor do I think it is a topic that should reach a Presidential level.

My choice of words was not the best, and in the attempt to be humorous, I created a national stir. I sincerely apologize to Ms. Fluke for the insulting word choices.

Kudos to Ron Paul for calling out Rick Santorum and Rush Limbaugh for their phony nonsense.

Colorado Megachurch Mulls Split from denomination over gay marriage

Stories like this warm my heart on a Sunday:

A church in Colorado Springs, Colo., that has 4,000 members and was established in 1872 will informally vote Sunday to decide whether the congregation should leave their denomination, the Presbyterian Church (USA), over same-sex marriage.

First Presbyterian Church in Colorado Springs will vote Sunday afternoon and later may seek to join the conservative Evangelical Covenant Order of Presbyterians (ECO), launched by conservative Presbyterians in January over the denomination’s vote last year to lift its longtime ban on gay clergy, The Gazette reported.

After PC(USA) removed the constitutional requirement for clergy to live “in fidelity within the covenant of marriage between a man and a woman, or chastity in singleness” last May, dozens of congregations left the denomination. Covenant Presbyterian Church of Ligonier, Pa., parted ways late last year. In Ohio, four churches that were once part of the Miami Valley Presbytery also voted overwhelmingly to leave PC(USA). Churches in Washington, Wisconsin and California have also voted to cut ties.

via Colorado Megachurch Mulls Split from PC(USA) Over Gay Marriage, Christian News.

Nothing makes me happier than to see Christians actually standing up for what they believe in. Too many times, Christians will take the path of least resistance and that cheapens the gospel, if you ask me.  Because of that, to see a big Church like this, much less a Presbyterian Church of this size; take a stand of this sort, is rather surprising and refreshing to tell you the truth.

My Prayers are with those who dare to stand for they, as believers, know to be right.

Sorry, But, this is a bunch of bullcrap!

Just a little more of a comment on the contraception debate, that I am trying like heck to avoid.

I happen to see this little entry pop up in my RSS feed reader. Now let me say this; I am all for freedom of speech, but when I see a writer over at The American Conservative Magazine write something, like what I have quoted below, I tend to get a bit ticked off.

If Limbaugh had cited Percy instead of channeling any random, dull-witted high school sophomore; then rightwingers like Dana Loesch and William Jacobson wouldn’t have had to waste their energy on lame attempts at damage control.

via The American Conservative » Lost in the Dithos.

Now, I have not the least clue who Clark Stooksbury is, nor do I quite honestly give two flips really; but this quoted above, is why I distance myself from the Paleoconservative right. Because they are in bed with the liberal left. I mean, seriously? “Right-Wingers??!”  that term being used on “The American Conservative?!?” Does anyone else see a problem with that, besides me?!?!

I guess one can expect this from a magazine that is quite known for its Anti-Israel and Anti-Jewish Bias.

Also too, yeah, I know, I have Rod Dreher and Daniel Larison in my blogroll; I did that because I happen to respect these gentleman’s opinions on politics and I happen to consider them true Conservatives. However, if all this magazine is going to do is continue to push out leftist bile of this sort on its blogs; I might actually have to reconsider that decision.

Upon further research, it seems that Clark Stooksbury is a blogger from Knoxville, TN and has been blogging since 2004. He must be one of those hicks from the south, who was against Bush. His blog is a leftist’s dream, with goofy colors and videos of Bob Dylan records playing. Some blog. 🙄

I will keep Rod and Daniels blogs in the blogroll, but I doubt I will be linking to @TAC anytime soon. I mean, calling mainstream Conservatives “right-wingers!?!” That is just asinine leftist bullshit and I am shocked that the editors over at TAC would even tolerate such tripe. I know if I was the editor there, I would tell this dude to get lost.

Bill O’Reilly’s Talking Points Memo on the contraception debate

You can basically can consider this my opinion on the subject too. Bill nails it here, big time.

(Via The Factor Website)

I have not said too much about this subject for the simple fact that every time we Conservatives get into a debate like this; we are called sexists and all sort of other silly stuff. so, I figure what’s the point?

Further thoughts on the passing of Andrew Breitbart

I hate having to write this, because it makes me feel like I am capitalizing on the death of another human being, this is why that you have not seen me posting tribute videos to the man.  It is not that I did not respect the man; I did, very highly.  However, I did not know the man at all.  Therefore, to me, it seems a bit cheap to write as if we were the best of friends.  We were not, and I do not wish to make it seem that we were.

The reason why I am writing this blog entry is that, frankly, I am a bit pissed off at a number of things.  I am pissed at myself; I am pissed off at Alex Jones and the mindless morons that follow that person as if he is the second coming of Jesus Christ.  I have only myself to blame too.  Yesterday, when news of Andrew Breitbart’s passing broke, I took to my blog here and wrote, what I felt was a fair tribute to the man.  In my haste to bring some sort of reasoning to the horrible event that had happened, I wrote something now, that if I had to do it over again; I would have never, in a million damned years would have ever written.

I wrote this:

I just hope that there is an autopsy.  I do not really believe that it was natural causes.  I believe they killed him — his enemies — the Chicago political machine.  Andrew recently said that he had tapes of Obama from years ago in Chicago.  Who is to say that someone did not poison him?  Who is to say that Barack Obama did not get nervous and order someone within that Chicago mob to go out to California and follow Andrew around and slip something in his drink to trigger a heart attack?  These far-leftists, they have no shame, they have no honor, and they will do anything — including murder — to further their agenda.  Unlike most of you that will read this, I do not choose to trust the liberal-owned, controlled, and financed media.  They are the ones that went into the tank for Obama; they are the ones who coordinate with the White House.  Now do you really think they would tell the truth about this?  Please, tell me another good joke.

Furthermore, I do not trust the Government of California and that goes right down to the morgue.  Those bastards are all liberal right down to the grunt workers in the hospitals.  Who is to say that Breitbart did not just faint from exhaustion and medics pick him up and take him to the hospital and they realize who he is and they inject him with something to kill him?  Tell me; is it wrong to speculate on stuff like this?  Is the left above such things?  Are Obama and his Chicago men above this?  I think not.

I will fully admit, in hindsight, that was not one of my brightest moments.  To my weak defense, this was much before I know any damned thing about the Andrew Breitbart’s personal health problems.  What pisses me off to the high damned heavens is the fact that these damned conspiracy theories are now rampant on the internet that somehow or another Andrew Breitbart was assassinated by President Obama or that somehow or another the Government took him out, because of the videos that Andrew had or whatever those people are now saying.  My point is this: I played a minor role in it and now I feel like a complete and utter asshole because of it.  I mean, I do not trust the Government anymore the rest of you that happen to read this blog.  Nevertheless, I just cannot bear to think that I may have hurt Andrew’s wife and kids —because I happened to freak out for a brief second and wrote something before I knew all of the facts.

For the record, I deleted that section of the posting and the tweets that I sent out in that vein of thought, out of respect for the family; but now it seems that Alex Jones is now linking to HotAir.com and their posting, which contained a trackback to me.  They see this and think, “Oh he was pressured by Obama to remove his words!”  I know this, because I know how those idiots over at Alex Jones’s site think.

Therefore, let the record show; I was not ever contacted by the United States Government, the Obama Administration or even the Breitbart family at all.  I removed the text that I quoted above because I thought it was the decent, right, honorable thing to do.

Another thing too, is the left — I must say, they have really outdone themselves this time.  Matt TaibbiSeriously, dude?  I mean, this man; I actually respected the man for the honest reporting he did about Afghanistan.  Then, he goes and writes this about a man, whose dead body is not even in the ground and he writes that?  Please, do not try and tell me anything about any sort of idiotic moral equivalence either; because the last time I checked, Andrew Breitbart did not drive any cars off any bridges and leave any of his personal assistances to die in a lake — unlike a Democrat that I know.  Sure, Ted Kennedy did much for the middle class, the disabled, and the rest of the damned entitlement groups, as did his family.  However, that does not take away from the fact that the man at the very least was a drunken coward.

It is not just Matt Taibbi either; it is the entire moral core of the liberal left in this Country.  The proud pro-American moral code of the Roosevelt, Truman, Kennedy and Johnson era has been replaced by the moral decadence of the neo-left.  Which is of course, the fruits of the 1960’s mantra of “If it feels good, do it” generation.  There is no honor, there is no integrity, there is nothing but their little self-righteous game of Frankfort School fake moral code that they live by, which is ripe full off utter and contemptible contradictions.  Andrew Breitbart knew this, he rubbed their damned faces in it, with utter schoolboy-like joy, and that is why the liberal left hated his damned guts.  It is also why the liberal left hates people like me especially, because I, more than anyone; know their moronic tactics.

Now Andrew Breitbart is gone.  The torches always flame out, so they say —- Hendrix, Morrison, Joplin, Terry Kath, Woody Guthrie, Christopher Hitchens — and now Andrew Breitbart.   The 26 club is the now the 42 club — A good number of people that I know have died at or around the age of 42; and as someone who is aged 39 – it worries me.  I have too much to do, I have parents to look after and eventually — bury.  This all makes me, a least a little, fret about my health and my future; I do not smoke or drink, so I am good there; my eating habits could be better.  However, it is not all Twinkies and candy bars for me, I good eat food, much of it — herein is the problem.

As for the Conservative movement, we are left to pick up the slack, to continue to write about the left and their tactics, their President, their mess, their ruining of the Capitalistic system — their damned open sewer that we the tax payer is left on the hook to pay for.  It can be depressing and hazardous to your health, if you let it become that.  Sometimes, one needs to walk away from all for a weekend or a week, if need be — to stop smell the roses and tune out of politics for a while.  I have done it in the past; I did it for about three days here recently.  It felt good, but by Sunday night, I was chomping at the bit to come back and write more.  Politics is like nicotine, once it gets into you, you always crave it.

I think the worst thing that we could do, is louse up this election in 2012.  Andrew Breitbart would be pissed, if we just “half-assed” the election.  We have to win this and run the damned progressives out of Government, at least for four years, and preferably for eight good years.  I also think we should not try to channel Breitbart at all.  Andrew Breitbart was Andrew Breitbart and we should not try to channel his style or behavior at all.  Rush is doing that right now and he is terrible at it!  Coulter should be Coulter, Rush should be Rush, Levin should that Levin, Hannity should be Hannity — in our words, be ourselves!

At the same time though, we should not be afraid to speak out; we should be or at least try to be fearless in the face of what we, as Christians, Conservatives, and libertarians know to be evil.  We should not be afraid to speak out against the entitlement mentality of the far-left, we should not be afraid to speak out against the idiotic and satanic unchristianizing of America, by the atheist left in this Country.  We should not be afraid to speak out against the far lefts unbridled attack on the traditional values of this Country; to Bill O’Reilly’s credit, there is a war, and yes, it is on Christmas.

I would put something in here saying that the Conservative blogosphere in Breitbart’s memory should try at least amongst ourselves to at least be civil to each other and try to look out for one another.  However, I know bloggers, and I know the Conservative Blogosphere; and if you are not in with the “In crowd” you are ignored and in some cases persecuted, lied about, used as a pawn in blog wars and all sorts of other stupidity that comes along with the territory.  Believe you me, I know all about it, which is why I tend to stay to myself anymore.  I just do not need the trouble with anyone anymore.  I am in a situation here, where I cannot come to their functions; and most of them hate me, because of my blue dog Democrat past.  Therefore, I just avoid them and their conflicts.  I write about what is in my RSS feeds and do my own thing here.  I would like to see some unity amongst the right; but that is, I am afraid, a pipe dream — at least with me.

In conclusion: Andrew Breibart was a self-made man.  That alone should be enough to make one admire him.  He stood up for, and died defending what he believed; for this, he should be remembered.

Rest in peace Andrew, you have more than earned it.  We will take it from here and keep America the place you loved — I hope.
