If you came looking for Michelle Malkin criticism posting

I yanked it and I will explain why.

  • First off, I was under the impression that Obama was supposed to fly and meet Gordon Brown.
  • Second of all, once I saw that that Gordon Brown was here. I assumed he had came here last night. I was wrong.

So, I killed my posting.

What Malkin’s posting was, is a Neo-Conservative spinning of a sitution that basically boiled down to this… Obama wanted to have a meeting with Gordon Brown and not the Photo-op, that the British and American media wanted.

So, while my suspicions of the Neo-Cons, like Malkin, might be justified; I was simply unaware of all the facts surrounding the the whole thing. I did some research and figured out that I was off on my facts a bit. My Apologies.

Hey, at least I am man enough to admit it, that I made a mistake. More than I can say for the Neo-Conservatives and the Republican Party for the last 8 years. 😛 🙄 😉

BlogAds Temporarily Removed

It’s times like these that I’m glad that I am a nightowl… 😀

It appears that the server that serves up the ads for BlogAds, which I carry here, has petered out! It was not allowing my Blog to load… The Cock-eyed thing! 🙄 😡

Anyhow, I’ve removed the code, until said server comes back to life, hopefully that will be sometime tonight or by the time, I awake from my slumber later today.

Good thing I noticed the Blog wasn’t loading. Whew.

Update: ….and naterally, the time it took me to go, “Hey! the servers broke”, to thier tech support, remove the code and write a posting about it; that’s right, the damn server recovered! 🙄

All is fine now…. I hope. 😮

Some Changes…..

I can be accused of many things. But being accused of not listening to what people say, is not one of them.

Someone over at Freedom’s Phoenix complained about the fact that this Blog had too many ads. At first, I dismissed it.

But after thinking about it, I had to admit, he was kinda right.

So, I’ve made some changes, I’ve gotten rid of some ads. Actually, I have gotten rid of a ton of them.

Only Advertisements left are BlogAds, which pay me, when someone wants to run an ad here. Which is a nice service.

The only others now are AdToll, Adsense, Adbrite and Project Wonderful which is an Ad bid system.

Gone are the ads from Commission Junction and Linkshare, which were pay per action ads, that were not paying me a dime.

Hopefully this improves the expereince of those coming from Freedom’s Phoenix. I mean, I have to make some money at this. Capitalism is America, after all.
