Northern Illinois University officials say there has been a report of a gunman on campus.
WBBM in Chicago reported that a man with a shotgun began shooting in a lecture hall during a geology class.

CNN is reporting that up to 18 people have injured.
CNN Headline News is saying 2 are confirmed dead. Update: It is now been confirmed, that there is one fatality, The Gunman.

I still cannot believe that MSNBC is more interesting in talking about Politics, than this story, it’s a disgrace.
CNN Headline News has just reported, that the gunman was NOT a student at the college. The Gunman has been ID’ed. The police are not released his ID.
