I will simply add this. I am not in favor of Michael Steele for G.O.P. Chair. We were beaten by “That one”. The LAST thing that the G.O.P. needs is “One of those”, to run “That Party”.
In other words, let’s not build a party by pandering to African-Americans or any other minority. God knows, they would not appreciate it anyways. Look at the civil rights act, African-Americans still act like slavery and Segregation exists.
If we want to rebuild the G.O.P., we need to expel the Podhartz’s and the Kristol’s and the rest of the Neo-Conservative, Pro-War, Pro-Bush Doctrine, former Liberal Democrat types, tell them to go start their own party….and get back to the old Conservative roots.
A good Party chair would be Pat Buchanan or someone of his caliber. Not another idiot Neo-Conservative. Neo-Conservatism is why the G.O.P. is where it is today. You’d think that someone, somewhere in the G.O.P would have figured this out.
Anyway, just my thoughts on the subject.
