I have been trying to avoid this topic like the bubonic plague; mainly because I was not really interested in being drawn into some sort of idiotic Blog war with people, that I most likely agree with politically.

However, because I am not interested in blogging about torture memos and all the stupidity surrounding that silly meme, that is raging around the Internet; I figure I would offer my two sense on this little subject. Before I try and analyze this and give my thoughts, I want Pam and Chuck to both know that I have zero against either of them; I can sympathize with both of their positions and I know they both love this Country as much as I do and they are both doing the Lord’s Work to try and protect it against people who would want to destroy our way of life here in America. I realize that there a few more people involved with this little dispute, but these two are the main major players; So, I am dealing with them.

However, I must address this squabble, not as a critic, but as fellow American who watched in horror on September 11’th 2001; when two fully loaded planes, with fuel and people, slammed into both of the World Trade Center Towers in New York. As someone who watched in horror, as a fully loaded plane slammed into the Pentagon, in Virgina. and as a fully loaded plane crashed in a field in PA.  As someone who was utterly paralyzed with fear; when a panicked news anchor on CNN announced that there was a plane headed for the White House. As an American, who watched in horror as 2,998 people, in New York, Virgina, and Pennsylvania lives were snuffed out by crazed terrorists, who thought that they were on a mission from their so-called god, Allah.

Pam and Chuck, please, for the sake of America; Stop this mindless, silly, immature fighting, over the fact that Pam is going to a damned Conference that has some idiotic former Neo-Nazis attending it.

Here’s why kids, because you know who is winning, when to pro-American Bloggers begin to quarrel? The people that win, are those who want to distory what Me, Pam and Chuck all believe in. That is American values; The American way of life, Freedom of Religion and FROM a Religion, if one so chooses. That is the terrorists themselves. That is what terrorism is, not only just blowing up stuff and causing fear and panic, but to also cause disunity and strife, and yes, chaos among those who defend freedom.

You want to know who else is winning this fight, when you all; Pam, Chuck, Robert, Paul Belien and Robert Stacy McCain decide to fight and argue? The liberals win. Every damned liberal who opens a site like Mine, Pam’s, Chuck’s, Robert’s or Paul’s and accuses us of being Neo-Nazi fascists, because we dare to stand up to and fight against Islamofascism. They win. They will point to us and say, “See? They can’t even get along with one another, much less people of different cultures!” You all want to provide support to our Nation’s enemies? Just keep fighting foolishly like you are all doing. Liberals and possibly even independents that happen to read our Blogs, will look at them and think, “Man, why would I want to vote for people that act like this?” It’s your choice. Support whom you all wish.

Disagreements happen, it is a fact of life, I cannot deny this. But disagreements that amount to abject stupidity; do nothing to help our cause folks. Remember that.

I just wish, perhaps a bit foolishly; that the Conservative movement could enjoy a little unity, instead of all this idiotic bickering and division that plagues our side these days. It is, and I know I might catch royal hell for saying this; it is, in fact, the polio disease that is killing our side of the political fence. I just wish someone would invent a damned cure for it.

Quote of the Day

The New York Times Company also has a major problem with the Boston Globe, which Sulzberger bought back in 1993. That paper is on the verge of bankruptcy and recently told its employees that it will cut their pay and health benefits. Since the Times and the Globe are big on “universal” health care, that caused some giggling in anti-Times precincts.

Over the past few months, newspapers in Chicago, Seattle, Minneapolis and Denver have either folded or filed for bankruptcy. With the exception of The Rocky Mountain News, all the papers were committed left-wing enterprises. The truth is that most Americans are traditional-minded folks; they believe their country is noble, they want respectful discourse. Fanaticism of any kind is not the American way.

The New York Times is most definitely a committed left-wing concern that is openly contemptuous of the conservative, traditional point-of-view. That is the primary reason the paper may soon dissolve. And all the cash in Carlos Slim’s fat wallet is not going to change that.

Rooted people love the things of the heart: God, country, family and faith. The weapons of the mind have been given to us, they believe, to defend the things of the heart.

Knowledge follows love; it does not precede it.

Most Americans have grown to love America long before they read the Constitution, or the Federalist Papers. There are heroes in Arlington who never learned to read. A true nation is an extended family. If fathers or sons do not defend it, it is their conduct that is indefensible.

Obama may be popular today, but he will lose the country and his presidency if he lets the perception take hold that he, the personification of American sovereignty, does not react as a normal patriot.

The Obamaites may not like Sarah Palin’s phraseology. But they need someone in their councils who is rooted in the Real America.

Ann Coulter loses her Mother

Possibly one of saddest things, that I’ve ever had to read. Ann Coulter’s Mother has died. Here Ann writes a loving tribute.

When she began her final decline last fall, she had to go to her Connecticut doctor without me to find out what was wrong. This was the first time she didn’t seem to be getting better after a chemo treatment.

So I had been worrying about her appointment all day, but when I called her that night, she immediately turned the subject to me and asked me how my book was going.

I insisted on knowing if she had seen the doctor and she perked up and brightly told me that, oh yes, she had seen him, he had all my books in his office, he was worried about Obama, too, and he has such beautiful children!

Before she launched into a spirited discussion of his children’s extracurricular activities and triumphs on the athletic field, I had to ask her, “Mommy, did the doctor happen to say anything about why you’re feeling lousy?”

It turned out, of course, that it was the ovarian cancer — as well as the massive amounts of poison she had been receiving to kill the cancer over the past five years. That was the beginning of the end.

Now I’ll never be able to introduce my Mother to friends and surprise them with her charming Southern accent.

And I’ll never see my mother’s beautiful face again, at least not for the next several decades here on Earth. I’ve been looking at her across the room in doctors’ offices over the past few years, thinking to myself: There will come a point when you won’t see that face again.

There is not much that I can add to this; except to say that it is every child’s nightmare to have to eventually bury their own parents. It is something, that I will have to one day face. I am, as some of the readers of the blog know; an only child. Ann is extremely blessed to have two brothers to help shoulder the load. I am not quite so fortunate, It all falls upon me. I am not looking forward to that fateful day. But it is coming, my faith, as does Ann’s; will get me through it.

This proves to me, what I have known about people like Ann for years. That is, even the most hardened partisan defenders are humans as well. I have not always agreed with Ann Coulter, in fact, there have been times when I thought she was being was just wrong. But I have always respected her.

My thoughts and Prayers for the Coulter family during this trying and difficult time.

Acting Freddie Mac CFO David Kellermann dead of a apparent Suicide

Some dreadfully sad news to wake up to today. There has been a horrific suicide in the news. The acting CFO of Freddie Mac has hanged himself.

VIENNA, Va. — David Kellermann, acting chief financial officer of Freddie Mac, was found dead in his Hunter Mill Estates home Wednesday morning in what police say was an apparent suicide.Fairfax County Police spokeswoman Mary Anne Jennings tells WTOP police responded to the Kellermann home after family members dialed 911 at 4:48 a.m.

Sources tell WTOP Kellermann hanged himself.

“We were called from inside the house to come investigate an apparent suicide,” Jennings says.

“We’re not going to give you details of the condition of the body, except to say it was an apparent suicide.”

A medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Police on the scene tell WTOP Kellermann’s body was found on the home’s lower level.

I have sitting here for the past 15 minutes trying to figure out, just what to type about a situation like this.  I realize that there are times when I have written some stuff on here, that could be construed as conspiracy and also as hate towards the Democrats; and true I do dislike the Democratic Party’s wholehearted embrace of European socialism in America. However, this situation is nothing more than a personal tragedy.

Like Michelle Malkin, I believe that anyone that would use this tragedy is an excuse to draw a sickening parallel between this and the Vince Foster tragic suicide, and then sit and babble about a rather stupid conspiracy theory; is a heartless and soulless individual. I know, I have been snarky and joked on here about that subject myself. But when it comes to matter such as this, rushing to a conspiracy theory on something such as this; makes everyone that has any sort of Conservative belief system, look like total buffoons. I commend Michelle Malkin for having the wherewithal to stand up and speak out against that sort of nonsense. It’s too bad that the people assisting Malkin run her other Blog; HotAir, were not so inclined to make the same judgement. Some of the comments there, quite frankly, made me want to vomit.

As always when tragedies like this strike, my Prayers go to the families of this man. My God be with them. 🙁

Over $4 million a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens; 29% of all prison inmates are illegal aliens; 13 Americans are killed EVERY DAY by drunk-driving illegal aliens; Latino gangs, such as MS-13 and the 18th Street Gang, are now found in at least 37 states; and in New Mexico, nearly half of jail and prison inmates are illegal aliens.

Additionally, FreeRepublic.com recently released FBI statistics showing that 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles during the First Quarter of 2006 were for illegal aliens. 83% of warrants for murder in Phoenix were for illegal aliens. In Albuquerque the percentage was 86%. The Most Wanted lists in those three cities found that 75% were illegal aliens. In the southern Border States, illegal aliens perpetrated 53% of all investigated burglaries. Plus, 71% of all apprehended stolen cars in Border States were stolen by illegal aliens.

Furthermore, according to Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa), illegal aliens murder 12 American citizens EVERY DAY. Put that murder statistic in perspective: illegal aliens murder more Americans EVERY YEAR than the total number of U.S. soldiers that have been killed in Iraq in over 5 years of fighting.


In addition, according to Dr. Deborah Schurman-Kauflin of the Violent Crimes Institute (VCI), “there are approximately 240,000 illegal immigrant sex offenders in the United States. This translates to 93 sex offenders and 12 serial sexual offenders coming across U.S. borders illegally per day.” According to Dr. Schurman-Kauflin, illegals “averaged 4 victims per offender. Nearly 63% had been deported on another offense prior to the sex crime.”

Dr. Schurman-Kauflin concludes her report saying, “Illegal immigrants who commit sex crimes first cross the U.S. border illegally. Then they gradually commit worse crimes and are continually released back into society or deported. Those who were deported simply returned illegally again. Only 2% of the offenders in this study has no history of criminal behavior, beyond crossing the border illegally. There is a clear pattern of criminal escalation. From misdemeanors such as assault or DUI, to drug offenses, illegal immigrants who commit sex crimes break U.S. laws repeatedly. They are highly mobile, work in low skilled jobs with their hands, use drugs and alcohol, are generally promiscuous, have little family stability, and choose victims who are easy to attack. Their attacks are particularly brutal, and they use a hands-on method of controlling and/or killing their victims.”

Mind you, this is only a small sampling of the carnage, both fiscally and criminally, that illegal aliens inflict upon America. And yet, G.W. Bush, John McCain, and Barack Obama still desire to provide amnesty and permanent U.S. citizenship to illegal aliens. And unless the American people again rise up to defeat these forthcoming amnesty proposals, that is exactly what will happen.
