Synopsis:
Of all the scandals of the Obama Administration, the one called “Fast and Furious” could be the worst, but it has been almost completely ignored by the Mainstream Media. You would think that any scandal that involved a murder would be a great subject for TV coverage, but somehow the media friendly to President Obama are reluctant to report it and provide us with the gory details. “Fast and Furious” is the name of a plan developed by our government to order U.S. gun shops to sell guns to “straw” buyers who were funneling guns to Mexican drug gangs. It’s unclear what the purpose of this stupid idea was; we’re led to believe our government was somehow going to track the guns in a way that would help us find out who and where the drug lords are. But the U.S. government didn’t track the guns; they just let U.S. guns be sold to the vicious Mexican drug gangs. So the Mexicans used one of those guns to murder U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, and also to murder about 200 Mexican citizens.
Congressman Darrell Issa has been conducting an investigation to find out the facts and who was responsible for this stupid and fatal project. We would like to know if this was just a hare-brained scheme, or if it was really planned to produce arguments for gun control for American citizens. But the Obama Administration has been very uncooperative and secretive about the investigation, and President Obama invoked executive privilege to avoid giving the congressional committee the documents and emails that would reveal who was responsible for this travesty. So far, all Obama Administration officials are pretending they didn’t know anything about it and are not responsible.
