In case your wondering….

I was going through my ad’s tonight to see what’s selling and what’s not.

Needless to say, there was quite a bit of, “What’s not…” So, I am giving the “What’s not’s” the ol’ heave ho.

Plus, I’m trying to keep the ad’s related to the scope and overall theme of this Blog, Politics, Conservatism, and Constitutionalism. Some of the Ad’s, I admit, were quite off topic, and did, quite frankly, kind of look like I was desperate to make any kind of money at all.

Plus too, there was just a bunch of ad’s on here. I’m all for capitalism, but I don’t want to run people off, because of the excess ads. I am a Blog reader too, and some ad’s just annoy the snot outta me. So, I try to stay aware of that, sometimes, I get little nutty with ads on here.

Not to mention, I got an e-mail from Google Adsense, they’re retiring the referral ads, so, that kind of took the purpose out of having a Ad there at the top about Gold investment, so, until I can get another affiliate company that handles gold and silver investments, I basically am removing those ads.

In the news dept. I found an excellent hosting package for this Blog. it is this one here. I’d love to get that for 24 months. It would be kick ass. It would get me on WordPress for ALL my Blogs. I’d get a domain for them all, and It would kick up the hits around here, quite a bit. Anyhow, I’m also going to be check out a “Day Job” next week, I won’t be releasing information on that one, sorry, too many trolls who want to keep me from being employed. Oh, I will still be Blogging, just not as often.

I was just looking at my counter on here. Since I created the new counter on Site Meter for this new Blog, there have 12,005 (at last count) of you crazy people that seem to believe that this little Blog of mine is something special to read. Much of it could be bots scanning for content, But still the same, thanks for coming and reading my rather hardcore opinions here.

As some of you know, I have some detractors who think that I am nothing more than some unemployable loser, who everyone in America hates, while I tend not to listen to what people say or think about me, it is comforting to know that there are people, who think much like me, reading this thing.

Again, I thank you for the readership and I will strive to bring you, my opinions on this election, right up till the bitter end. I might not be one of the bigger names in this business, but I will never compromise, nor will I ever sell out. I will always tell you what I feel about a particular subject, no matter unpopular that opinion might be. I will not sell out my opinions to special interest, ever. You have my word on this.

In case anyone is wondering… I’m working a little side job today….

I’m trying to make an old Intel Celeron 434 MHZ Machine run faster. she’s got like 96 megs of memory…

It’s running Windows XP. I did a format/Reinstall, got Service Pack 3 on it.

I also did some neat little tricks to make the thing run faster. Like back of the Hardware acceleration on the video, which helped quite a bit, turned the Hard Disk Write Cache off. I’m not sure if that helped or not.

I need to go through and see if I need to delete the Service Pack back up stuff…

So, if you’re wondering why I’m not writing novels today, this is why. I might make $20.00 bucks off of this, if I’m lucky.

I guess I will toss this out there…

If you’re in the Detroit, Michigan Area. or Downriver area, and you need some computer work done, I am available. I can do builds as well, but you will pay for it. I do not work for free. Custom Jobs can be done, If you’ve got PC issues, I can fix them. I do fresh installs on Window’s XP Pro. I also install good virus software as well. I can do installs on Windows Vista, But you have to buy it. I can run a diagnostic on your machine to tell you which version your machine can handle.

I’ve kind of wanted to do computer work like this, but just never got round to hunting for customers. I figure that I cannot find work, so, I’ll work for myself.
