Stupid black woman gets pulled over, tries to run from the police and then complains when her van gets shot at!

The story:

Several New Mexico police officers are under investigation for a routine traffic stop that devolved into a chaotic car chase last month. In their attempt to apprehend an uncooperative driver, the officers smashed a baton through the woman’s car window and fired several bullets at the children-filled vehicle.

The incident was recorded by a police dashcam video, which was released last week to KRQE News 13. According to a report from Taos News, the incident started when a New Mexico State police officer pulled over 39-year-old Oriana Ferrell for speeding 16 mph over the limit on a state highway.

The officer (whose name has not been revealed) approached Ferrell’s minivan in what appears to be a calm manner and told her to wait while he returned to his vehicle. Ferrell then sped off, starting a chase. When she pulled over again, the officer returned to the driver’s side window visibly agitated.

A few things to point out here:

  1. She ran, she could have gotten her ticket, kept her mouth shut; and everything would have been fine. But, no, she started arguing with the cop and then on top of that, she takes off —- twice! You cannot do that and not expect the police to get pissed off!
  2. She had her kids attack the police; if that had been me; that 14-year-old would have ended up in a body bag when I shot him!

I think it is important to point out; she is black. Which basically means that she will most likely get a slap on the wrist and will file a lawsuit and get a bag full of cash; and live high on the hog. Because some evil, racist white police officer actually decided that he was going to do his job. (and yes, that is sarcasm…)

Sorry, but Reason magazine is full of crap on this one; this woman broke the law and paid the price for it. The only person that is to blame for this woman’s kids getting shot at; is Oriana Ferrell and that is the only person who should be blamed.

Like my earlier posting’s video said; blacks seem to believe that they can do as they damned well please, because the actions of white men 300 years ago and it is never, ever their fault; it is the fault of the evil white man and society. 🙄

Police State? Not on this one. More like a stupid black woman. 😡

WASHINGTON –– To Wall Street, this town might seem like enemy territory. But even as federal regulators and prosecutors extract multibillion-dollar penalties from the nation’s biggest banks, Wall Street can rely on at least one ally here: the House of Representatives.

The House is scheduled to vote on two bills this week that would undercut new financial regulations and hand Wall Street a victory. The legislation has garnered broad bipartisan support in the House, even after lawmakers learned that Citigroup lobbyists helped write one of the bills, which would exempt a wide array of derivatives trading from new regulation.

The bills are part of a broader campaign in the House, among Republicans and business-friendly Democrats, to roll back elements of the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act, the most comprehensive regulatory overhaul since the Depression. Of 10 recent bills that alter Dodd-Frank or other financial regulation, six have passed the House this year. This week, if the House approves Citigroup’s legislation and another bill that would delay heightened standards for firms that offer investment advice to retirees, the tally would rise to eight.

Both the Treasury Department and consumer groups have urged lawmakers to reject the bills, warning that they could leave the nation vulnerable again to excessive financial risk taking. I am shocked that more Conservatives are not swinging from the trees on this one here! To their credit, there are some Democrat Party house members that are opposed to this bill and rightly so. This is the same idiotic crap that brought down the stock market and killed our economy; thank goodness there is some semblance of sanity up on the hill.

Sure enough the Bill passed the house, But it is not expected to make it through the Senate and the White House has said that they would veto the thing, if it made it to the President’s desk. Which in this instance is a very good thing. However, this is not the point. What is the point is this: Those same bastards who caused the great meltdown of 2008, are now lobbying our Government to put things back as they were, so that this sort of thing could happy again. That my friends is enough to make an economic populist, like myself, to want to bite a nail in two! 😡

The people that caused the Wall Street meltdown and downturn in our economy ought to be brought up on treason charges, and lined up against a wall and shot! 😡 But, instead, they are trying to buy their way back to lawlessness. This my friends, is an outrage.

Shootings in New York and Texas

(CNN) — Gunfire erupted at a skating rink in New York City on Saturday night, leaving two injured, authorities said.

The shooting occurred at Bryant Park.

One victim was shot in the back and the second one in the leg, according to the New York Police Department. The victims’ injuries are not life threatening.

Megan Cutcher, a San Francisco resident visiting New York City, was having a drink with relatives at a nearby restaurant when the gunfire started.

“We sat down at one of the outdoor couches with a heater and ordered a drink,” Cutcher said. “Right after we ordered, we heard three shots. Initially, it just sounded like a pop gun, but then people started screaming, and we realized it was more serious.”

She grabbed her mother and pushed her under the table.

“We were at most 10-15 feet from the ice.,” she said. “Luckily, the couches we’d been sitting on blocked us from the view of the shooter.”

A few minutes later, the gunfire stopped and the restaurant staff ushered them into the kitchen for safety.

“I was able to calm down a bit, though my heart was racing,” she said.

Police ordered them to stay put while they searched the area. About an hour later, they got an all-clear to use a particular exit.

The shooter is still on the loose.

(CNN) — A shooting at a house party near Houston left two people dead and 22 others injured, authorities said early Sunday.

The shooting occurred late Saturday night in the Cypress area, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

It started at a birthday party in a two-story home, where about 100 people were gathered, police said.

Injuries range from critical to minor. It’s unclear whether all the victims were wounded in the shooting or the scramble to escape from the home.

Police are searching for two shooters.

I realize that it would be easy to blame the guns on these sort of incidents; but it is simply too much of the scape goat mentality to do so. The guns did not get up and decide to shoot these people; someone used that gun to do so! Therefore, one can deduct that this simply a societal problem. A Nation that forgets God, views Christians and Christianity with contempt, runs its political and financial systems like Rome once did — should expect this sort of a thing.

Simply put, our system is nearing collapse and these sort of things should not be a huge surprise to we that actually read the Word of God. There are some, even within the Fundamentalist Christian circles who are actually silly enough to believe that some sort of a so-called “revival” in this Country will stop the madness which is enveloping this fallen world. This is foolishness; judgment is coming swiftly to this Country, get your house in order and above all, be ready to meet the Lord.

The 14-year-old student accused of murdering a Massachusetts math teacher will be tried as an adult.

CBS Boston reports that Philip Chism was held without bail Wednesday in a Danvers, Mass. court. Colleen Ritzer, 24, was found dead in the woods behind Danvers High School early Wednesday morning, shortly after she was reported missing.

Court documents allege that interviews with Chism and video surveillance recovered at the school led investigators to believe he assaulted and then killed Ritzer beforedisposing of her body near campus, Fox 25 reports.

Ritzer was reportedly a well-liked teacher at the school, while Chism was a leader on his soccer team.

“He wasn’t violent at all. He was really the opposite of aggressive,” student Kyle Cahill told Fox 25.

Ritzer was reported missing at about 11:20 p.m. on Tuesday when she didn’t return home. Chism was also reported missing overnight, and police tweeted an alert both when he went missing and when he was “found safely.” Police picked him up as he was walking along a Danvers road at about 12:30 a.m. today, The Boston Globe reports.

A Blendon Township woman was stabbed to death while jogging in a park near her home over the weekend, and police have charged a teenager who lived in a nearby group home with the slaying.

Jane E. Juergens, 55, was found dead with multiple stab wounds on the main trail of Ridgewood Park around 7 p.m. Sunday, Blendon Township police said. She lived on Saddle Lane E., not far from the park.

Jordan T. Stewart, 16, was charged yesterday with a delinquency count of murder in Juergens’ death. Stewart and Juergens did not know each other, township Police Chief John Belford said.

Stewart lived in a group home with three other boys at 5548 Copenhagen Dr., which is near the park. He was assigned to the group home, run by Consumer Support Services, by Franklin County Children Services last year.

According to a search warrant filed in Franklin County Municipal Court, Juergens’ body was found by township police officers after Willy Mutah, a staff member at the group home, called police shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday, to say Stewart was acting suspiciously.

Mutah said he had taken Stewart and another resident to the park late Sunday afternoon. After a short walk, they went to the parking lot and rested in the shade, but Stewart eventually went back into the woods. Shortly after that, Mutah saw a woman get out of a car in the parking lot and go jogging into the woods.

After about 20 minutes, Mutah said, he went to find Stewart, and met him as he ran out of the woods. He said that Stewart had scratches on him and a bruise under his eye. He told Mutah that he had tripped and fallen.

Mutah told police that when the three returned to the group home, Stewart immediately wanted to call his mother and was crying. He then took a shower and changed clothes.

More Black on white crime; and this time, it actually made the media.

The Story:

A group of 10 black youths — one of them a 12-year-old girl — surrounded a white couple’s car in Brooklyn, viciously beating the husband and yanking the wife to the pavement by her hair as they peppered the two with racial slurs, authorities said.

“Get those crackers!” some of them screamed, according to court papers. “Get that white whore!”

The confrontation erupted about 7 p.m. Monday, as the marauding group crossed Avenue U at E. 58th St. near Kings Plaza Shopping Center in Mill Basin.

Ronald Russo, 30, and his wife, Alanna, apparently had the green light and the husband honked at the group to get out of the way. The rowdy kids started kicking the car, according to the criminal complaint. Ronald Russo got out to check on potential damage to his vehicle.

And that’s when all hell broke loose.

Ronald Russo was dragged to the ground. Then he was punched and kicked in the head. He felt more blows all over his body, investigators said. He suffered a fractured nose, a broken septum, a blood clot and abrasions to his shoulder. He was treated and released from Beth Israel Medical Center.

In the midst of the attack, there was a steady chorus of epithets. “White motherf—–!” screamed the attackers, who ranged in age from 12 to 18.

Alanna Russo, 30, was calling 911 when the 12-year-old girl pulled the woman’s hair and threw her to the ground. The victim’s head slammed into the concrete. She suffered a black eye, bleeding and difficulty breathing, prosecutors said, but she refused medical attention.

Her husband’s iPhone was stolen during the melee, according to cops.

Kashawn Kirton, 18, has been charged with gang assault, harassment and menacing charges, all as hate crimes.

Daehrell Finch, 17 has been charged with gang assault, assault, menacing and harassment but does not face hate-crime charges.

Two more teens, a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy, have also been arrested, but their names have not been released.

Urbangrounds has very good posting and gives some good advice:

The lesson here is obvious: If your car is ever surrounded by a mob of black youths, no matter what they say or do to your vehicle, DO NOT GET OUT OF THE CAR. Drive away. Drive over them if you have to. But do not get out of your car. Oh, and it should go without saying, but ALWAYS keep a loaded and readily-accessible hand-gun in your car. Because you never know where or when evil will raise it’s ugly head.

You can also too move away from areas where blacks tend to live too. Which is what I want to do so very bad. I wanna go live in the woods, and away from the city. I intend to get there; one day. Since Obama took office, there has been an noticeable uptick of black on white crime. Just Obama’s people doing what he told them to do, is the way I see it.

A white man was attacked at random by a mob of black thugs in West Virginia. The local media is censoring all mention of race. If the races were reversed, it would be a major story and the media would scream “racially motivated hate crime.”

Five people were arrested after a man was attacked and robbed in a Go-Mart parking lot in Charleston, WV on Oct. 13.

According to Sgt. Hazelett with the Charleston Police Dept., at about 7 p.m. the victim walked onto the parking lot of the Go-Mart on Bigley Avenue and was approached by two men.

According to police, the two men asked the victim if he wanted to buy marijuana.  When he refused, one of the two men started to hit him.  It is unclear which man started the attack.  During the attack, the two men knocked the victim to ground and tore off his shirt and jacket.

While the victim was on the ground, two women and another man walked up.  One of the women acted as lookout while the other two joined the attack.  When the man managed to get to his feet, one of the women, identified as Lauren Watson, shocked the man with a stun gun.

Police say the suspects began to walk away but started to chase the man after he gathered his clothes and ran to a nearby Family Dollar store.  According to police, the victim was attacked for a second time outside of the Family Dollar.

SHARON HILL, Pa., (CBS) — New developments out of Delaware County after video surfaced of a school bus attack.

Late Monday, police confirmed to Eyewitness News that investigators are in the process of filing criminal charges against three students and the bus driver. The charges could be filed as soon as Tuesday.

The video shows one of two students — beaten on the bus — on their way home from school. It was first posted on Facebook and shows Dylan Fonner being punched in the face aboard a school bus from the Delaware County Alternative High School Wednesday afternoon.

Jackee Fonner, Dylan’s mother said, “I wanted to hug my son because I saw him after he got beat up, but then after watching the video, I couldn’t believe it was that bad.”

The school district is overwhelmingly black. No media outlet is reporting the fact that the perpetrators are black. If the races were reversed, it would be a major news story and the media would be screaming “racially motivated white on black hate crime mob beating.”

The initial sucker punch was videotaped. You can hear other black passengers egg the attacker on and then cheer. The victim then asks the bus driver to let him off the bus. The driver refuses. After that, two more black perpetrators join in and continue to attack the victim as well as a second white victim.

Absolutely correct, the very fact that these perps and driver are black and victims are white; is why the National Media will not report this story and that is because of the progressive liberal bias in the media towards white people. Had this been a black victim or a Jewish victim and white perps; it would be on the news 24/7 and even the President would be involved saying the perps and the driver acted stupidly.

Michelle Malkin said it best; that Sonlight is the best disinfectant —- consider this blog to be the floodlight of exposure to something that is a huge problem in this Country.

The Murderer – Lindsey Sparkles Lashayla – Yeah, she’s a real sparkler, ain’t she? The Bitch.

Police identified the suspect as Sparkles Lindsey, 22, of Austell. Cobb jail records, however, identify her as Lindsey Sparkles Lashayla. She has been charged with murder and aggravated assault and is being held in the Cobb jail.
Police say Lashayla fatally shot Kim Kilgore, 21, with a handgun in the parking lot at the Shiloh Green Apartments off Shiloh Road. Kilgore was transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital, where she later died.

The incident involved two carloads of females and an altercation started near the gate to the apartment complex, said Sgt. Dana Pierce, a Cobb police spokesman. Police do not have information indicating the suspect and the victim previously knew each other, Pierce said.

“There was a whole lot going on out there,” he said. “You have two carloads or groups of people who are at one another.”
Kilgore was studying communications at Kennesaw State University, where she was a former member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority. The sorority issued a statement on Twitter Friday about the Paulding County High School graduate: “Our prayers go out to our dear friend Kim Kilgore!” The university also issued a statement, expressing condolences and announcing that it was preparing to offer grief counseling for those who knew Kilgore.

You think that this made any sort of National headlines? Nope. None, Zero, Nada. Not even Matt Drudge could be bothered.

Such a backward world we live in. 🙄

I was there, and you weren’t. I watched the entire thing happen. your friend sparkles, wasn’t in the car that was involved in the road rage. She was called as back up, pulled the gun, and ran. She didnt stay long enough to say anything or have anything said to her. Don’t make assumptions when you have no clue what went on, all you have is hear-say.

So, in other words, this woman put herself into the situation and murdered this woman. Interesting.

Hmmmmm: NSA Director Alexander Admits He Lied about Phone Surveillance Stopping 54 Terror Plots

Looks like the Obama administration is continuing with the same stuff that the Bush administration did.

The head of the National Security Agency (NSA) admitted before a congressional committee this week that he lied back in June when he claimed the agency’s phone surveillance program had thwarted 54 terrorist “plots or events.”

NSA Director Keith Alexander gave out the erroneous number while the Obama administration was defending its domestic spying operations exposed by whistleblower Edward Snowden. He said surveillance data collected that led to 53 of those 54 plots had provided the initial tips to “unravel the threat stream.”

But Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said on Wednesday during a hearing on the continued oversight of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that the administration was pushing incomplete or inaccurate statements about the bulk collection of phone records from communications providers.

“For example, we’ve heard over and over again that 54 terrorist plots have been thwarted by the use of (this program),” Leahy said. “That’s plainly wrong,” adding: “These weren’t all plots and they weren’t all thwarted.”

Alexander admitted that only 13 of the 54 cases were connected to the United States. He also told the committee that only one or two suspected plots were identified as a result of bulk phone record collection.
