Attention Seeking Idiot Terry Jones to protest in Dearborn, Michigan……again

I will be honest with you, I am all for the protesting against radical Islam and radical Jihad. But that is not what this man is about at all. What Terry Jones is about, is the promotion of Terry Jones and that is all he is about. I mean, burning a Koran simply is inciting a riot. But, that is not what he is doing, the story is below:

Dearborn — Controversial Florida pastor Terry Jones is scheduled to protest Wednesday outside Edsel Ford High School.

The minister plans to hold from 1-4 p.m. a demonstration against what he calls bullying by “Muslim gangs.”

Jones has grabbed national headlines for protests where he’s set afire copies of the Quran, the Islamic holy book, and his promotion of an inflammatory anti-Islamic film blamed for sparking deadly demonstrations across the Middle East.

City officials have given Jones permission to hold the protest and say the community’s police department is prepared to handle any problems that may arise during the event.

Now, what Pamela Geller is doing, yes, that is the real deal; but this guy, no way, he is nothing more than a provocateur. There is a big difference and the stark differences are plain as the nose on your face. I mean, when even other Christians are questioning your tactics something is really wrong. There are other ways to make your message known and this man’s way is not one of them.

Again, if this guy were a legitimate Anti-Jihadi person, I would have nothing but good to say about him. But this guy is all about self-promotion, to prop up his failing Church — which is nothing more than a two-bit cult, from what I have read. The best thing that the Islamic Community and the Christian Community can do, is ignore this two-bit attention whore and let him fade back into obscurity; where he truly belongs. There are some who try to put this guy, Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer in the same league. They are not even close, not at all. I have done my homework on this guy, and believe me; he is not even remotely in the same league.

…and that’s the facts, jack.

Video: Police State: NYC’s Stop and Frisk Program Exposed

This one has my blood boiling.

The Video:

The Absolutely mind-numbing story via the Progressive Magazine, The Nation:

Exclusive audio obtained by The Nation of a stop-and-frisk carried out by the New York Police Department freshly reveals the discriminatory and unprofessional way in which this controversial policy is being implemented on the city’s streets.

On June 3, 2011, three plainclothes New York City Police officers stopped a Harlem teenager named Alvin and two of the officers questioned and frisked him while the third remained in their unmarked car. Alvin secretly captured the interaction on his cell phone, and the resulting audio is one of the only known recordings of stop-and-frisk in action.

In the course of the two-minute recording, the officers give no legally valid reason for the stop, use racially charged language and threaten Alvin with violence. Early in the stop, one of the officers asks, “You want me to smack you?” When Alvin asks why he is being threatened with arrest, the other officer responds, “For being a fucking mutt.” Later in the stop, while holding Alvin’s arm behind his back, the first officer says, “Dude, I’m gonna break your fuckin’ arm, then I’m gonna punch you in the fuckin’ face.”

“He grabbed me by my bookbag and he started pushing me down. So I’m going backwards like down the hill and he just kept pushing me, pushing me, it looked like he we was going to hit me,” Alvin recounts. “I felt like they was trying to make me resist or fight back.”

Alvin’s treatment at the hands of the officers may be disturbing but it is not uncommon. According to their own stop-and-frisk data, the NYPD stops more than 1,800 New Yorkers a day. A New York Times analysis recently determined that more than 20 percent of those stops involve the use of force. And these are only the numbers that the Department records.  Anecdotal evidence suggests both figures are much higher.

This ought to be, but will not be, because it does not fit the narrative of the so-called “right”; on every front page of every last darned Conservative blog out there. Before anyone even remotely says it; I might be a racial realist, but I do not support this sort of idiotic nonsense. This is nothing more than thug and racist tactics by the New York City police department.  I have condemned racism on this blog and I will continue to do so.  However, this goes well beyond racism, this is also police state thug tactics. Law enforcement is supposed to serve and protect, not intimidate and threaten its citizens. Furthermore, it is not supposed to stop and frisk people, for the sole purpose of checking to see if they are criminals or not. This is unconstitutional.

You see, the difference between this Conservative blog and the rest is this here: I happen to know that America is trending towards a police state and has been for many years. I also happen to know that this slide towards a police state is not based on partisan leadership in Washington D.C. The Police State in trend in America has been in place under Republicans and Democrats both. I give major kudos to The Nation magazine for having the brass balls to bring this issue to light and I hope as a Constitutional Conservative that some sort of investigation into this activity is started.

Again, this is not about partisanship at all —- this is about that which happens to be morally right and morally wrong; and this little story here is just morally wrong. I just hope something is done about it, and quickly, before someone out there, police or civilian; gets hurt really bad or worse, ends up dead.

We can do better than this, as Americans — we can do better.

Update: I thought of this after I hit publish. This right here is nothing more than what the Detroit Police Department had back in the 1960’s and early 1970’s; which was the S.T.R.E.S.S. program. It was racist, it was thug tactics and it was ended by Mayor Coleman Young, when he took office. This is the same thing and it is unconstitutional. If there is any sort of morality in New York City, this little operation will be stopped and quickly.

Sandusky Sentenced to 30 to 60 years for Child Sexual Molestation

As the victim of an attempted molestation when I was 10 years old, this story is a personal one to me.

BELLEFONTE, Pa. —  Jerry Sandusky, a former Penn State assistant football coach, was sentenced Tuesday morning to 30 to 60 years in prison for sexually abusing boys, crimes that roiled the university community and shook one of major college football’s most prominent programs.

The ruling was handed down in Centre County Court by Judge John Cleland, and it essentially guaranteed that Sandusky, 68, would die in prison. The sentencing came roughly three and a half months after a jury found him guilty of 45 counts of child sexual abuse.

Sandusky, the jury determined, had abused 10 boys, all of them from disadvantaged homes. Sandusky used his connections to the Penn State football program, as well as his own charity for disadvantaged youth, the Second Mile, to identify potential victims, get close to them and then sexually violate them.

I have one thing to say, let that son-of-a-bitch rot in jail. What’s more sickening, the idiot says he is not guilty. Here is hoping someone kills this lousy piece of dung in jail.

You say, “What about Love and compassion?” I’ll let someone else do the Love and Compassion bit. I hope he rots. 😡

If there was ever a textbook case for a need of a National death penalty in this Country — or at the very least, a death penalty in all 50 States in the union; this right here, is one of them.

The message in Tim Tebow’s tweet is about the power of God

Tim Tebow the famous Christian football player sent out a tweet which had some people wondering about what he meant.

The Christian Post Reports:

Like it has been for much of Tim Tebow’s career, it was all about the numbers heading into the N.Y. Jets game against the Houston Texans on the 666th edition of Monday Night Football.

“Looking forward to giving God all the glory in tonight’s 666th Monday Night Football game. Romans 8:37-39,” Tebow tweeted Monday morning.

Once again, as has happened many times before, the sports media turned to talk of Bible scripture and faith as the result of something Tebow said or posted.

USA Today sports writer Chris Chase went so far as to use Tebow’s “666” reference to begin his article with the Bible verse Revelation 13:8. “This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666,” Chase quoted from the English Standard translation.

“I’m down with Tebow’s religious beliefs and appreciate that he uses his forum to promote them, but I’m not sure what he was going for here,” wrote Chase. “Does playing in a game number that’s identical to the mark of the beast worry him? Or is anything with the number 666 a good way to promote his faith?”

Naturally, we cannot expect these unconverted heathen to understand what Mr. Tebow was trying to convey at all. Here is the scripture that Mr. Tebow was quoting, in the actual Word of God — that is the King James Bible:

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. — (Romans 8:35-39 KJV)

Actually, Mr. Tebow did not quote quite enough of that scripture, he only quoted 37-39, the actually good part is from 35-39. But, I digress.

Tim Tebow was publicly declaring his faith in Jesus Christ. Which is commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ in the Bible, see here:

Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.  — (Matthew 10:32-33 KJV)

Those are the Words of Jesus Christ, recorded by the Apostle Matthew. The Apostle Luke also recorded it in greater detail:

Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God. And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.  — (Luke 12:8-10 KJV)

So, you see, The Lord was not kidding around about that sort of a thing; He meant business. Furthermore, I feel the need to expound another aspect of what Tim Tebow was trying to say in his tweet; whether he knew it or not. Let me say up front; this is where I am going to start sounding like a preacher. I will disclose this now. There was a time, when I was working on getting a degree for Ministry. I really cannot be a Pastor, because I am not married. However, I do know my way around theology a bit. I have been a saved, Born-Again Christian for 30 years. I spent 21 years in the Pentecostal movement. I was saved a Baptist at age 9, in a Baptist Church in Detroit in 1982. I left the Baptist circles in 1984, due to a school change and just started attending an Assemblies of God Church in Detroit, which recently closed after 35 years. In 2004, after many years of watching the Pentecostal movement simply change from what it was, to what it is now —- I walked away from it and went back to the Baptist faith. You see, Baptist is not a denomination, although a few denominations out there call themselves Baptist. Baptist is a way of belief and it dates back to the Apostles of Christ. I suggest reading  The Trail of Blood to see what I am talking about.

Anyhow, back to what I was talking here, before I got off in the weeds. Tim Tebow was also making a another statement and that statement is this here: That Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God and is all powerful and has dominion over Heaven and Earth. Satan, on the other hand, is a already defeated foe and has limited power. Furthermore, Mr. Tebow was declaring that if you accept Jesus as your personal Savior, that you can enjoy eternal life with God forever. This is the simple truth that has been known throughout the ages, including by those who founded this Country. It is also the bedrock believe that this Nation held to for many years and because of that, this Nation enjoyed many years of abundant prosperity.

I think it goes without saying, that we really need to get back to those beliefs. Now, as a Fundamentalist Baptist; I reject the notion of a corporate Salvation or Christianity. However, I do believe that the Christian values that this Country once held, have been watered down and cast aside as old hat. I believe this happened for a large number of reasons — many of which are beyond the scope of this blog posting. I also reject the notion that this Nation will have another revival. Sadly, the days of revival are over in this Country. I believe before the rapture of the Church comes, I believe things on this earth are going to become much darker and much more evil. I know, it is a fatalist outlook, but the Word of God does bare that out.

Video: This is why I will never, ever, ever, allow alcohol at my wedding party

I have never been married at all; but if I should ever take that plunge, there will one ground rule at my wedding —– No drinking of any sort of alcoholic beverages at my wedding party, at all, period, end of story.

Because of stuff like this right here; this is from philly:

Here is story via Philly.com:

Update: Philadelphia police said the melee was not only between guests from the same wedding party but also between guests from two separate wedding parties. Both feuds started in the hotel bar, police said.

“There was an issue with a lot of alcohol fueling the fight,” said police spokesman Lt. Ray Evers.

Two summary citations for disorderly conduct were issued to men in their late 20s, Evers said. A third man – the one whom police hit with a baton in the video – remains behind bars. Police are deciding whether to charge him with assault on an officer and Evers said, “It’s definitely leaning that way.”

A man died of heart attack after an all-out brawl broke out at a Society Hill wedding early this morning, and part of the melee was caught on video.

Police had little information on the fight, which occurred during a wedding at the Society Hill Sheraton on Second and Walnut streets, but a video posted by a hotel guest to YouTube this morning shows a chaotic scene with guests fighting police and a woman letting out blood-curdling screams.

At least seven police officers can be seen on the video, one of whom repeatedly uses his baton to strike a wedding guest.

The person who took the video, who says that it’s his birthday and he wishes the wedding guests would just go to bed, at one point asks “Did they just deck the bride?”

Police said a 57-year-old guest, reported to be the uncle of the bride, was found unconscious outside of the wedding at 2:06 a.m. He was taken to Jefferson University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead of a heart attack at 2:51 a.m.

This has to be every young ladies nightmare, a fight breaking out at her wedding. I have a friend, who’s Dad told me about a fight breaking out at his wedding and yes, drinking was involved. What a disgrace, grown people, acting like total animals and getting beaten by the police! This is what the World is coming to people, chaos!

Again, this is why I will never allow any sort of alcohol at a wedding; because stuff like this happens.

Sad Story: 911 recording of Jake Evans — “I was planning on Killing”

This is a sad story on all points. However, I believe something is being overlooked.

The story via HuffPo:

The Shooter, Jack Evans and his Victim, his sister — Mallory who was 15

ALEDO, Texas — A chilling recording of a 911 call captured a 17-year-old Texas boy telling the operator in a calm, monotone voice that he had just shot his mother and sister multiple times.

Jake Evans, 17, has been charged with capital murder in the deaths of his mother and 15-year-old sister and remained jailed Friday without bond.

The double slaying in the family’s upscale home in Aledo, about 20 miles west of Fort Worth, happened while Evans’ father was out of town on business and his two older sisters were not home. The motive remains “a big mystery,” Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler said Friday.

During a 25-minute call to a 911 operator that started about 12:30 a.m. Thursday, Evans calmly says he just shot his mother and sister with a .22 revolver. He answers “yes” when asked if he’s sure they are dead.

“It’s weird,” he says as the operator continues asking questions. “I wasn’t even really angry with them. It just kind of happened. I’ve been kind of planning on killing for a while now.”

He adds that he could have shot “pretty much anybody.” When asked why, he says first that he doesn’t know but then says he doesn’t like people’s attitudes.

The Evan family girls. Jake’s other victim, his Mother Jamie is on far left.

Evans tells the Parker County 911 operator that his mother and sister were rude, but he also says his sister, Mallory, had a really sweet side.

“This is probably selfish of me to say, but to me, I felt like they were suffocating me in a way,” he says. “Obviously, you know, I’m pretty – I guess – evil.”

I am assuming by looking at this picture and by seeing that they were homeschooled; that they were most likely Conservative Christian people; seeing that they were from Texas as well. I believe what you might be seeing here, is a sad case of undiagnosed mental illness. This young man obviously was not in full control of his mental faculties and his grasp on reality had slipped. It is very common in Conservative Christian circles to overlook signs of mental illness and just think that the person is “just that way.”

Either it is a tragic case, and what is even more tragic is that the liberal media and blogosphere, will paint this kid; because he was simply homeschooled, and possibly a Christian or coming from that sort of a background —- as some sort of a nutcase. Which in all honestly, the homeschooling and even Christian background likely had nothing to do with it at all.

Either way, my prayers go to the Evans family in this time of tragedy. My prayers go out to Jack Evans that he would get the help that he really needs. Because I do not believe he is evil, he is simply sick and needs to get well. God Bless Him and his Family.
