Say what? — Mike Tyson: ‘I want to sing and dance in musicals’

I do believe I have heard it all.

Former heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson says he wants to “dance and sing” in musicals as his next challenge.

“I want to dance and sing. I want to do some dancing and singing musicals,” Tyson saids during a visit to Hong Kong when asked what he wanted to do with his life next.

The 46-year-old Hall of Fame boxer who served time in jail for rape and infamously bit off part of Evander Holyfield’s ear during a fight in 1997, said he now just wanted to “hang out and entertain”.

Now, at the risk of sounding like a “RAAAACIST” — this comes to mind, for some reason.

PHOENIX – Dorothy McGuire of the popular 1950s musical trio the McGuire Sisters has died at age 84.
Daughter-in-law Karen Williamson says McGuire died of natural causes at her son’s Phoenix-area home on Friday.
McGuire teamed up with her sisters Phyllis and Christine to earn six gold records for hits like “Sincerely” and “Sugartime.”
The sisters began singing together at their mother’s Ohio church and then performed at weddings and church revivals. They got their big break on Arthur Godfrey’s Talent Scouts show in 1952 where they continued to perform for seven years.
They stopped touring in the late 1960s but reunited in the 1980s and last performed together in the mid-2000s.
She’s survived by her two sisters, her husband of 53 years, Lowell Williamson, two sons and two step-children.— via Fox News

ATLANTA (AP) — Singer-songwriter Joe South, who performed hits in the late 1960s and early 1970s such as ‘‘Games People Play’’ and ‘‘Walk A Mile In My Shoes’’ and also penned songs including ‘‘Down in the Boondocks’’ for other artists, died Wednesday, his music publisher said. South was 72.

South, whose real name was Joseph Souter, died at his home in Buford, Ga., northeast of Atlanta, according to Marion Merck of the Hall County Coroner’s office. Merck said South died after having a heart attack.

‘‘He’s one of the greatest songwriters of all time,’’ said Butch Lowery, president of the Lowery Group, which published South’s music. ‘‘His songs have touched so many lives. He’s such a wonderful guy and loved by many.’’

Lyrics to “Walk a mile in my shoes” and believe me; this should be a prayer for America.

If I could be you and you could be me for just one hour
If we could find a way to get inside each other’s mind
If you could see you through my eyes instead of your ego
I believe you’d be surprised to see that you’d been blind

Walk a mile in my shoes, walk a mile in my shoes
Yeah, before you abuse, criticize and accuse
Walk a mile in my shoes

Well, your whole world you see around you is just a reflection
And the law of common says you’re gonna reap just what you sow

So unless you’ve lived a life of total perfection
Mm-mm, you’d better be careful of every stone that you should throw

Yet we spend the day throwin’ stones at one another
’cause I don’t think or wear my hair same way you do
Well, I may be common people but I’m your brother
And when you strike out and try to hurt me it’s a ‘hurtin you,

Walk a mile in my shoes, walk a mile in my shoes
Yeah, before you abuse, criticize and accuse
Walk a mile in my shoes

There are people on reservations and out in the ghettos
And brother, there, but for the grace of God, go you and I

If I only had the wings of little angels don’tcha you know I’d fly
To the top of the mountain and then I’d cry?

Walk a mile in my shoes, walk a mile in my shoes
Hey, before you abuse, criticize and accuse
Better walk a mile in my shoes

Walk a mile in my shoes, walk a mile in my shoes
Oh, before you abuse, criticize and accuse
Walk a mile in my shoes,

Walk a mile in my shoes, walk a mile in my shoes
Hey, before you abuse, criticize and accuse
Walk a mile in my shoes

Video: Alex Jones on Ron Paul’s campaign manager

I happened to have found this on Facebook.

I know what I said earlier about Ron Paul.

Alex Jones’s delivery and acting aside; the information is interesting.

Interesting indeed.

Now, I shall let it known that I do not agree that the Government or Barack Obama; as I said before, staged the events. But, I will say this; I am glad to see that people like Dave Mustaine are waking up to the fact that the Government is not your friend and can only take from you.

Having said that, enjoy the music from Magadeth:

I just wish that someone could get the red-headed tool to run for President of the United States! Now that — would be awesome.

VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN: They’ve said it. Every Republican’s voted for it. Look at what they value and look at their budget and what they’re proposing. Romney wants to let the—he said in the first 100 days, he’s going to let the big banks once again write their own rules–unchain Wall Street. They’re going to put y’all back in chains. He’s said he’s going to do nothing about stopping the practice of outsourcing.

It is to wonder…
