Unbelieveable Video: Dumb black woman demands free water from store, because of slavery!

I must confess, I could only stand to watch this for about one minute or so. Before I had to shut it off. This is unreal. 🙄

Yes, all black people should get free water; and other stuff, because of slavery. 🙄

Polls show Dems going to be beaten in midterms.

They act like this is a shock. It really shouldn’t be.

Quote:

Democrats face serious obstacles as they look to the November elections, with President Obama’s approval rating at a new low and a majority of voters saying they prefer a Congress in Republican hands to check the president’s agenda, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.

Obama’s approval rating fell to 41 percent, down from 46 percent through the first three months of the year and the lowest of his presidency in Post-ABC News polls. Just 42 percent approve of his handling of the economy, 37 percent approve of how he is handling the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and 34 percent approve of his handling of the situation involving Ukraine and Russia.

Obama’s low rating could be a significant drag on Democratic candidates this fall — past elections suggest that when approval ratings are as low as Obama’s, the president’s party is almost certain to suffer at the ballot box in November.

via Post-ABC News poll shows Democrats at risk in November as Obama’s approval rating falls – The Washington Post.

Another thing too is this:

The Affordable Care Act is expected to be a major issue in the midterm elections. Obama recently urged Democrats to defend the law energetically, particularly after the administration announced that 8 million people signed up for it during the initial enrollment period. Republicans are confident that opposition to the new law will energize their supporters.

The Post-ABC poll found that 44 percent say they support the law while 48 percent say they oppose it, which is about where it was at the end of last year and in January. Half of all Americans also say they think implementation is worse than expected.

Last month, a Post-ABC poll found 49 percent of Americans saying they supported the new law compared with 48 percent who opposed it. That finding was more positive for the administration than most other polls at the time. Democrats saw it as a possible leading indicator of a shift in public opinion, but that has not materialized.

I hate to break it to the Washington Post; but it has materialized and in a big way. Many people have been tossed off their insurance plans and the ones that they ended up getting through Obamacare are costing them more money. Most of these people are not what people would call wealthy; these are working class people who struggle to pay their bills, like everyone else. These people were directly told, by the President that they could keep their plans and that their healthcare costs would go down. This was a direct lie and the President knew it from the beginning. This is why his approval ratings are down from what they were.

Not only that, but the President’s leadership, when it comes to foreign policy; has been utterly piss poor. The man is leading from behind and that simply does not impress the majority of Americans. When confronted about this, the best thing that this President can do is either blame or talk about President Bush’s foreign policy. It’s been a long time since Bush was in office; and I think the American people are actually expecting a bit more than blame shifting, and subject shifting, when it comes to the President.

I think it goes without saying, that the Democrats chickens are coming home to roost.

Why Libertarians never win elections

Here is a perfect example:

Philippines to be formally occupied again, as part of US aggression against China.

via USG To Return To Viciously Abused Former Colony – LewRockwell.com.

So, basically, Lew, you are saying that you support communist China? Tragic. Mr. Rockwell might be spot on, when it comes to economics. But, if he supports a communist Country, he’s a bit more off than I thought. China’s form of Government is diametrically opposed to values that this Country represents. Not only this, I have not forgotten what those bastards did to John Birch.

How anyone could utter a single word in a positive way, about those treacherous bastards, is beyond my ability to comprehend. It is anti-Americanism at it’s finest. 😡

Not to worry, however; I will not be removing his blog and website from my blogroll. I just don’t like his tongue-bathing of China, that’s all.

This is why I use the block and report feature on twitter

Just offering a bit of unsolicited comment on two blog postings I just read.

Go read here and here.  I won’t quote any of it; it’s just too much.

Anyhow, today I found myself in a bit of a twitter battle with some Arabs on twitter, the ones who use the #OpIsrael hashtag on twitter. Real winners these people are; and I thought I would toy with them a bit. I called them dogs and watched as they and their sock puppets went into attack mode. When the crap started rolling in, I starting blocking and reporting.

https://twitter.com/Americanist313/status/460074563598966785

Yeah, I know, I threw kerosene on a bonfire, so what?  😉 😛 😀

Anyhow, it makes for such a peaceful twitter feed and for a very quiet cellphone. The constant whistling and beeping on ones cellphone, when you’re getting mentions can be a bit unnerving. Yeah, I know, I can disable push up notifications; but that would cause me to miss something important.

On a more serious note: It’s not that I actually hate Muslims or Arabs. However, I happened to be one of the millions of Americas, who watched in horror as those planes slammed into the trade center buildings and the pentagon; and I shook with fear, when the media (CNN in my case) reported that there was plane headed to the White House in 2001. Because of this, I get a bit pissed off, when I see Arab idiots, like these idiots, that I was toying with, blaming Israel for 9/11 or even worse; Alex Jones blaming the United States Government for the 9/11 attacks. Let’s be real about this here: It was Muslims who did 9/11. Radical? Bullcrap. They were muslims that took their koran literally and acted on it. Period, end of damned story. Furthermore, I take offense to muslims and liberals who try to twist the blame back on white people, republicans, conservatives and basically America.

I’m not big on Wilsonian foreign policy; but, I am not a fool. I know who did 9/11; and I don’t trust them; and I believe that terrorism is a threat. This little adventure on twitter proved that. This is why I use block and report; because the more we get these morons off twitter; the better.

That is all.

Clive Bundy’s Son Defends his Dad, “My Dad is not a racist”

I was going to add this to my Clive Bundy posting, but I thought it needed it’s own blog entry. It seems that Mr. Bundy’s son is speaking out.

Via WorldNetDaily.com:

A comment by embattled Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy about blacks and slavery was taken out of context by the New York Times, according to Bundy’s son, Ammon Bundy, who told WND in an interview Thursday his father was trying to reach out to the black and Hispanic communities.

“They took what they wanted. They knew when they were there his comments were not racist. He wasn’t able to completely articulate,” Ammon Bundy told WND. “That’s just my dad. He is a very principled person.”

The Times, in a report by Adam Nagourney, said Cliven Bundy, in a daily meeting Saturday with reporters and photographers covering his case, made the comments that critics are calling racist.

“I want to tell you one more thing I know about the Negro,” Nagourney quoted Bundy saying.

Bundy was recalling public housing projects in North Las Vegas.

“And in front of that government house the door was usually open and the older people and the kids – and there is always at least a half a dozen people sitting on the porch – they didn’t have nothing to do. They didn’t have nothing for their kids to do. They didn’t have nothing for their young girls to do.

“And because they were basically on government subsidy, so now what do they do? They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never learned how to pick cotton. And I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom.”

Ammon Bundy told WND: “I was there standing right beside my father when he made those comments. He was reaching out to the black community.”

He explained his father was commenting on the fact that while blacks were “in slavery on plantations, now because of the welfare system, they continue to be in slavery.”

“He desires the black community to have freedom,” Ammon Bundy said.

“Growing up around him, and being beside him, I never once heard him say anything negative about any race,” Ammon Bundy said. “I wish I could say that about everyone else I’ve been around. The black community, the white community, they joke back and forth. My father’s never lowered himself.”

Of course, “his message was taken out of context,” he said.

The point was that the government “has kept them oppressed,” Ammon Bundy said. “They’ve never been given a situation to be able to thrive, get themselves out of slavery.”

Which is what I figured, the liberal media was lying in wait for this man to say something that would offend others and they got their story. Kudos who Mr. Bundy’s son for standing up for his daddy.

Clive Bundy in the crosshairs…..for telling the truth

Clive Bundy, whom I have written about before, let some of that politically incorrect truth slip; and of course, the New York Times was there to catch it.

Quoting Mr. Bundy:

He said he would continue holding a daily news conference; on Saturday, it drew one reporter and one photographer, so Mr. Bundy used the time to officiate at what was in effect a town meeting with supporters, discussing, in a long, loping discourse, the prevalence of abortion, the abuses of welfare and his views on race.

“I want to tell you one more thing I know about the Negro,” he said. Mr. Bundy recalled driving past a public-housing project in North Las Vegas, “and in front of that government house the door was usually open and the older people and the kids — and there is always at least a half a dozen people sitting on the porch — they didn’t have nothing to do. They didn’t have nothing for their kids to do. They didn’t have nothing for their young girls to do

“And because they were basically on government subsidy, so now what do they do?” he asked. “They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never learned how to pick cotton. And I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom.”

…..and of course, the liberal Blogosphere; and one guy, who claims to be a Conservative were all over it. Now, was Bundy’s remarks offensive? Heck no! Quite frankly, considering what happened to my cousin in 1994 and what happened to me recently in Indianapolis; not to mention how some of them like to treat white people —-  I quite honestly sometimes wonder if we wouldn’t have been better off leaving those bastards in them freaking cotton fields!

Just my opinion.

Now, here’s the roundup of the idiot liberals and that one pearl clutching, so-called “Conservative” who pounced on Bundy’s comments: Talking Points MemoThe Raw StoryTruthRevolt.org“The Lid”The Reality-Based CommunityThe Daily Banter and Balloon Juice

Update: To their credit, NewsBusters is reporting on the hypocrisy of MSDNC’s MSNBC’s so-called “lone conservative.”

Update #2: HotAir.com does the pile on too. Whatever happened to telling the truth? 🙄

Update #3: This topic is now a major memeorandum thread. I think that this right here, along with the fact that my blog’s stats are up a bit; proves to even the most casual of observer, that freedom of speech simply does not exist in this Country any longer. Oh, you can say what you want; but if it does not fit into the guidelines of the politically correct establishment; you will maligned, slandered and in Clive Bundy’s case, your livelihood destroyed. The Government could not bring Mr. Bundy down. But the PC police darn sure will. So, to the so-called ‘conservatives” who are running from Bundy; pat yourselves on the back, you just handed a victory to the Marxist left, they got another scalp. 😡

Update #4Kevin D. Williamson…. God Bless Him for speaking the truth, just like I did — albeit in a much nicer form. 😉

Update #5: Clive Bundy’s son defends his Dad’s good name. “My Dad is not a racist.” I doubt it would be enough; but kudos to Mr. Bundy’s son for defending his daddy.

Update #6: and of course, Fox News resident Bush loving Republican jumps on the bandwagon:

I just wonder how Sean Hannity feels about black on white crime? 🙄

Progressive Obama apologist blogger attacks Sharyl Attkisson

There are no depths or limits that these progressives jerks will not go to, just to defend that marxist moron in the White House.

Via Gateway Pundit, who I rarely, if ever, link to anymore for some very good reasons. But this one warrants mentioning:

Josh Marshall, the editor and publisher of the leftists media site Talking Points Memo, attacked former CBS News reporter Sharyl Attkisson in an article published Monday morning that reeks of sexism.

Attkisson is in the news for her interview with CNN on Sunday in which she revealed that the Democratic Part front group Media Matters for America helped produce news reports for CBS News.

Attkisson also speculated that Media Matters is being paid by donors to wage an attack campaign against her over her reporting that was critical of the Obama administration.

Marshall’s article is headlined How To Make Yourself Sound Nuts 101.

As every feminist knows, the quickest way for a man to dismiss an inconvenient woman is to question her sanity in public.

Marshall insinuates that Attkisson is paranoid because she claimed her computer was hacked. Then after noting her speculation about Media Matters, Marshall says she has,“serious temperament issues.”

Ah, yes, the woman doesn’t know that her place is being subservient to the Soviet States of Obama.

Marshall closes his sexist hit piece with a sneering reference to the Ingrid Bergman film, Gaslight, in which Bergman is slowly driven crazy by her murderous husband by his surreptitious adjustment of the gaslights in their home, among other devices he employs to drive her around the bend.

“Again, if Media Matters’ intention was to gaslight her, they appear to have succeeded in spades.”

Despicable.

This, my friends, is how far the left has gone amuck. If they cannot win the argument against the Conservatives, they stoop to attack them and try to discredit them. I ought to know; I was once among that crowd, and I once did this very sort of a thing towards the right, when I ran my first blog.

I knew it would happen; back in 2007, when I saw Barack Obama jumping ahead in the primary and when I saw how the others were being taken off the ballots, due to some of the stupidity in the State of Michigan, I knew it was coming. I knew that the media was going into the tank for Obama and I knew that the left wing blogosphere would follow and they did.

The Democrats and the progressive blogosphere knew that they could not stop the Iraq War. So, they did the next best thing. They got behind a black man and used that to win the White House. They will do anything to defend him from any sort of a legitimate attack. if playing the race card does not work. They will use this sort of demeaning attack towards women. Because this how the progressive left works, this is their game. The problem is, you have neoconservative bloggers, who do the same very thing. Which is sad, because the right is supposed to be different.

This goes well beyond right versus left; this is about the left protecting something that they worked hard to get; and defending it has no boundaries. What will be interesting to see, is if Hillary gets the nomination; how these same people will cry “Sexist!” if someone goes after Hillary during the primary and/or the general election in 2016.

UPDATE: I just wanted to add some more to this post. There was a time when I actually respected Josh Marshall. His work during the Bush administration era was excellent. However it seems now that Obama is in office, Josh Marshall has taken to writing partisan hit pieces.

I also want it be known, that I normally don’t go around tossing the sexiest card. Because I’m not much into identity politics when it comes to females, nor do I believe in special treatment of the fairer sex. However, this piece by Josh Marshall goes well beyond that. This piece was nothing more than a slander piece against a professional journalist, who happens to be a female.

Josh Marshalls wordage in this piece was nothing more than a flagrant slam against someone of whom he disagrees with politically. It was juvenile, it was uncouth, it was libelous, and it could very well get him sued. Again, I am NOT into tossing around entitlement cards or using wordage like sexist, racist, or anti semetic. However, this piece went overboard in a big way and I think Josh Marshall should be ashamed of himself and apologize to this woman for what he wrote.

And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you. – (Matthew 28:5-7 KJV)

Some Music:

What happened on this day, according to the Word of God:

In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. And if this come to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day. Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Matthew 28:1-20 KJV)

—-

And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun. And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre? And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great. And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted. And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you. And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembled and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid. Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils. And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept. And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not. After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country. And they went and told it unto the residue: neither believed they them. Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. – (Mark 16:1-20 KJV)

Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. And they remembered his words, And returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest. It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles. And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not. Then arose Peter, and ran unto the sepulchre; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass. And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs. And they talked together of all these things which had happened. And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them. But their eyes were holden that they should not know him. And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad? And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days? And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people: And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him. But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done. Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre; And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive. And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not. Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself. And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further. But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them. And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures? And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them, Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon. And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread. And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts? Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet. And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat? And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. And he took it, and did eat before them. And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them. And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven. And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy: And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen. – (Luke 24:1-53 KJV)

—–

The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre. Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him. Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre. So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead. Then the disciples went away again unto their own home. But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre, And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him. And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her. Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord. Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained. But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. – (John 20:1-31 KJV)

After these things Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself. There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples. Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing. But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus. Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No. And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes. Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher’s coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea. And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes. As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread. Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught. Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken. Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord. Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise. This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead. So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep. Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not. This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me. Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee? Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do? Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me. Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true. And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen. – (John 21:1-25 KJV)

Of all the teachings of the Word of God, this one is the most important. Without the literal resurrection; Christianity is nothing more than a do-gooder social club. This is the distinct difference between other false religions and the one true God, who is Jesus Christ. He has no grave, he rose again and now is at the right hand of the Father. This is the basis for our faith.

May the Lord Jesus Christ richly bless you on this fine Resurrection Day Sunday!

Is the collapse of China’s economy beginning?

I have written and posted videos of the situation of China’s economy.

Now, it seems that the real estate bubble in China is finally starting to pop.

Gordon Chang over at Forbes reports the following:

Nothing is going right for Hangzhou at this moment.  Walmart will be closing its Zhaohui store in that city on April 23 as a part of its overall plan to dump marginal locations—about 9% of the total—in China.

Thanks to the world’s largest retailer, another large block of space in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province, will go on the market at a time when there is generally too much supply.  The problem is especially pronounced in the city’s premium office market. Hangzhou’s Grade A office buildings at the end of 2013 had, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, an average occupancy rate of 30%.

The real weakness, however, is Hangzhou’s residential sector.  The cause is simple: massive overbuilding. Sara Hsu of the State University of New York at New Paltz writes that Hangzhou faces “burgeoning swaths of empty apartment units.”

Hangzhou’s market has not yet collapsed.  There are still secondary sales, for instance.  Singapore’s Straits Timesreports Allen Zhao, a businessman, has been looking to sell his two-bedroom flat in Hangzhou for 2 million yuan.  His neighbor just let go a similar unit for 1.7 million.  If Zhao also sells for that amount, he will make a profit, but he will be disappointed.  “That is not much more than the price I paid in 2012,” Zhao told the paper.  “Now I’m regretting not selling earlier—more bad news about the property market keeps coming in every day.

[…]

The People’s Republic in the “reform era” has not suffered a nationwide property crash.  Analysts say the problems in Hangzhou are “regional,” but now fundamentals and market sentiment either are or will be pushing markets down across the People’s Republic.

“The banking system and the shadow banking system are becoming concerned about exposure,” says David Cui of Bank of AmericaBAC +1.46%.  “Once people refuse to provide credit to developers, their balance sheets will be under pressure, forcing them to cut prices.  Once enough of them cut prices, fewer people would buy because most people buy property only when they think the price is going up.  If this persists, it will turn into a vicious loop.”

Premier Li Keqiang has a few tools at his disposal, but they look insufficient to stop a general collapse of property prices across the country.  The problems, deferred from late 2008 with massive state spending, have simply become too large.  And we must remember that he works inside a complex, collective political system that is generally unable to meet challenges swiftly.

But that does not matter.  There is little any leader can do.  Collapses occur when people lose confidence.  That is now happening in China.

Whether anyone wants to admit it or not; China’s economy is directly tied to ours. If their economy tanks, so will ours. You think 2008 was bad? China’s collapse will trigger a Worldwide panic and a massive, and I mean MASSIVE Worldwide economic meltdown that has never been seen in the history of mankind. As of 2012, we were borrowing 3.4 Million from China, a day.

Could you imagine, if China saw that things were getting rough and decided to sell off all of their bonds of ours that they hold? The so-called “experts” say that it would not happen; personally, I would not want to tempt fate.

There is but one solution to this — well, actually a few. We need to do away with these free trade agreements and put back into place tariffs on all imports from overseas. Then penalize any and all businesses who continue to manufacture products overseas. Then we need to elect a President that will stand up to the Federal Reserve and order them under full congressional oversight; and then order them to cease all printing of money; until further notice.  This would help pay down our debt and fund our social safety net.

Then we need to do away with this idiotic progressive tax system that we have in this Country, which basically punishes those who are successful in business. We then need to replace it with a flat tax or a consumption tax system. This would free up the hands of entrepreneurs to create businesses and also create more jobs in this Country.

However, if what this report above that I quoted is true; we are not going to have time to do all of this. Because if China is about to crash; we are going to find ourselves in massive rock and a hard place. We are going to have massive social safety net and no way to pay the people in the net. For the record, Patrick J. Buchanan and Ron Paul; and some very other well known Conservatives have been warning that this was going to happen. Now, it seems that their warnings are about to come true.

I believe it would be a good time, for all of God’s children to pray; because things are about to get interesting….very interesting.

Video: Tucker Carlson speaks the truth about the Clive Bundy situation

Yes, I was following it yesterday on twitter. I was worried sick that this situation was going to get very ugly. However, I did read the Fox News report and it seems that Clive Bundy was breaking the law.

Here’s Tucker Carlson saying exactly what I was thinking myself: (Via The Right Scoop)

Tucker is absolutely correct. If he is using public land, he has to pay; if he does not like that, he should sell his current ranch and move somewhere, where he will have his own land to use. I, as well, do not like the law that is on the books; but Conservatives are about rule of law; and if Bundy is breaking the law, these people that showed up are enabling a law breaker.

This is why I did not want to write about this story, because it quickly became clear to me, that Bundy was simply in the wrong.
