Two reasons why I will never vote Democrat ever again

When I first saw this, I thought it was a joke; turns out, it is not.

The first is from Sean Hannity’s radio show:

Transcript:

Audio verbate: Senator Rand Paul (KY) on the Sean Hannity radio show Nov. 9, 2011:
P:Sean can I make it up to you by giving you a scoop, that maybe people don’t know yet?

S: Yeah what you got it
P: I have news straight from sources close to the SuperCommittee that the Democrats have walked away from the table and they’re refusing to talk to the Republicans about a deal and they will not counter any offers and basically there’s an impass and it’s starting to look like they don’t want any deal at all.
S: This was all being telegraphed by Chuck Shcumer yesterday, I am sure you saw it on TV
S: They want to say that because Republicans will not raise taxes they are rigid. THat we are not going to have a deal on teh economy.I think the democrats are just gonna be happy gutting the defense department, which is part of this deal.
P: And the truth is quite the opposite the republicans have offered tax reform that lowers tax rates and closes loopholes. The president talks about millionaires not paying their taxes, we are trying to close some loopholes, but we want to be part of tax reform. We have offered a serious credible offer, but bascially they have walked away from the table.

The second one is even worse…

The transcript and story:

“Countdown” contributor Markos Moulitsas critiques the press conference Herman Cain held to explain the sexual harassment charges against him. Comparing Cain’s handling of this scandal to Obama’s response to the Rev. Wright situation in 2007, Moulitsas says, “The way [Obama] responded to it with his race speech was presidential material. You looked at that and thought, ‘Okay, he can handle a crisis.’ Now you look at Herman Cain and you’re a Republican – you say, ‘Can he handle a crisis?’ He’s hiding behind his lawyer. I don’t think that really bodes very well for him.”
Moulitsas: What really worries me is that you’re starting to see signs from social conservatives, who are starting to say ‘ugh, maybe this guy isn’t the kind of guy we want to nominate.'” And, if I’m a conservative, that’s the part that’s going to bother me, because if I am conservative I think sexual harassment is no big deal. That’s why I’m not a conservative.

It is because of stuff like this here; is why I left, “The Left.” This goes well beyond politics, this is just straight up partisan nastiness. My answer to this is, I suppose Anthony Weiner was a choir boy? Of course, the liberal left claims he was set up, which is, of course, wrong. However, I wanted to point this out; it is the absolute alternative reality that these idiots live in, is why I left that part and that mindset.

I mean, do not get me wrong; I am all for helping the poor and am all for maintaining some sort of middle class — but this sort of stupidity right here is not what I call helping anyone or anything at all. It simply makes the liberal left in this Country look like the utter mindless fools, that truth be told, they really have become in the last 30 years. Anyone with any semblance of a brain would know that this sort of nonsense would have never, ever flown 30 years ago.  However, in this day of age of anything goes, this sort of thing is permitted; which is why I no longer vote for that party.

This has to be the most stupid thing I’ve ever heard:

Quote:

We don’t see them dealing with this in a forthright way at all; it’s certainly not a presidential way. It’s not even really a professional way to deal with it, as a politician. But this is a major moment for the GOP because Cain is a really important candidate, perhaps more important than any of the other candidates because he serves a massive psychological purpose. Because there’s a lot of people in the GOP who’ve been critical of Obama and have been made to feel that they are racist because of their criticism. Some of it has been racist, some of it has been reasonable, some of it has been business as usual Republican/Democrat stuff. Ok. Cain comes along, offering salvation, liberation. You’re not racist if you support Herman Cain. So now they have this Herman Cain card they can throw at us any time they are made to feel racist. So this is like a beautiful thing for them. So they need him to succeed as long as they can deal with him so that they can get their Cain card and make it as valuable as possible.

Well, I mean, Cain is giving comfort to racism the way that he purports himself, as we’ve discussed before on this show, so, I mean, this is not the person that you can hold up as, well, see, I’m not a racist, I love Herman Cain.

What is it with Democrats and race? It is like they just wanted to continue to stoke that fire of racial hatred between blacks and whites. Oh, I know why! It gets them votes.

In Memory: Jimmy Dean 1928 – 2010

The Working Man’s Country Music Singer has died:

Yahoo News Reports:

RICHMOND, Va. – Jimmy Dean, a country music legend for his smash hit about a workingman hero, “Big Bad John,” and an entrepreneur known for his sausage brand, died on Sunday. He was 81.

His wife, Donna Meade Dean, said her husband died at their Henrico County, Va., home.

She told The Associated Press that he had some health problems but was still functioning well, so his death came as a shock. She said he was eating in front of the television. She left the room for a time and came back and he was unresponsive. She said he was pronounced dead at 7:54 p.m.

“He was amazing,” she said. “He had a lot of talents.”

Born in 1928, Dean was raised in poverty in Plainview, Texas, and dropped out of high school after the ninth grade. He went on to a successful entertainment career in the 1950s and ’60s that included the nationally televised “The Jimmy Dean Show.”

In 1969, Dean went into the sausage business, starting the Jimmy Dean Meat Co. in his hometown. He sold the company to Sara Lee Corp. in 1984.

He was also a bit of a Conservative:

In the late ’60s, Dean entered the hog business — something he knew well. His family had butchered hogs, with the young Dean whacking them over the head with the blunt end of an ax. The Dean brothers — Jimmy and Don — ground the meat and their mother seasoned it.

The Jimmy Dean Meat Co. opened with a plant in Plainview. After six months, the company was profitable.

His fortune was estimated at $75 million in the early ’90s.

Having watched other stars fritter away their fortunes, Dean said he learned to be careful with his money.

“I’ve seen so many people in this business that made a fortune,” he told the AP. “They get old and broke and can’t make any money. … I tell you something, … no one’s going to play a benefit for Jimmy Dean.”

Rest in Peace, Mr. Dean. You have more than earned it.

Chilling to Watch: Black Students being Brain-Washed into saying, "I am an Obama Scholar"

(H/T to Gateway Pundit)

Jim Hoft says:

Obviously, that separation of church and state rule only applies to Christianity.
Praising their demagogue Obama is OK.

The kids are saying:

For I, am an Obama scholar.
An Obama scholar.
And I will strive to be.
Outstanding. Brilliant.
I will achieve. I will be motivated with a positive attitude.

Bill Hennessey says:

Quick quiz: name five countries, past or present, where the youths were required to chant praises to their omnipotent ruler? Any five. Then add together the number of innocentpeople those regimes slaughtered for political expediency.

P.O.’ed Patriot says:

When I first started watching this video I was impressed with the positive message, that is until the Adult Directed the Students to Chant “I am an Obama Scholar”. That is what we call Brain Washing.

Before all of the Haters leave their Comment remember this, Would it still be OK if the Kids were Chanting “I am a Regan, Bush or Clinton Scholar? …Um No…

Cassy Fiano says:

Indoctrination of children in schools is really nothing new, especially since Obama has been elected. Liberal teachers can’t contain themselves, I guess.

[…]

And what kind of scholar is Barack Obama, exactly? The kind that doesn’t exactly move a mountain of drugs away, that’s for sure — he admitted doing cocaine. He’s the kind of scholar who thought that there were 57 states during the 2008 election. The kind of scholar who can’t understand why we can’t just plug the damn hole to stop an oil spill. The kind of scholar who spends all of his time on the golf course instead of displaying any kind of real leadership.

Oh well. Chanting songs of allegiance to leaders is nothing new, I guess. It’s just new to us ignorant rubes here in the United States who actually love freedom and democracy.

I might be wrong, but, did not Hitler force kids in Germany to chant slogans? Did they also do that in Communist Russia?

I don’t know about you all; but this whole idea of a black liberal President just got a whole bunch more scarier to me. I mean, we have oil gushing out of a busted well in the gulf and they are STILL praising him, like he is some sort of a Messiah!

When will the American people wake and realize that they have been duped? It is beginning to happen; but still you have this sort of nonsense. It is trouble unbelievable.

The 2010 elections and the 2012 elections cannot come soon enough. I just hope and pray that the GOP does not screw it up; like they did in 2008.
