Cutting bait with some on the right.

I hate to even write about this. But, because I think it needs to be said — I am going to say it.

As of now, I disassociate myself with most of the so-called “right.” A little performance tonight by one of the citizens over at Ace of Spades HQ’s yahoo group, confirmed what I have believed about that part of the so-called “right”. They’re just a bunch of secular hatemongers.

I’ve linked to Ace of Spades HQ before, no more. Pam Geller was right about that crowd.  I wish then, that I had listened and just stopped associating myself with them.  But, I do try to get along with everyone. Well, no more. I have decided that getting along is just not something that can be done with those who make it their business to smear and degrade you.

So, as of today; this blog will be only linking to news sites and friendly blogs.

I am also going through the blogroll and getting rid of sites that associate with Ace and his group of haters.

Videos: Obama in his own words

Not that this is anything new really. I have been writing about this crap sack’s lies since 2007 on my old blog.

Here are some more of Obama’s lies:

Porn Pictures: NAKED Chicks!

Seeing that hits around here are so low, I figure I would do something to bring up traffic around here.

So, I will forego the normal Christian Morals on this blog with pictures of completely NAKED chicks!

Warning! These photos are EXTREMELY not safe for work, Christians, and moral people!

Pictures are after the jump.

September 11, 2001 – 11 years later – may we never forget

The people that died on that day, died for a reason. May we as Americans, never forget that reason. To do that, would disgrace the memories of those what perished on that fateful day.

May we never, ever, forget…..

I may write more later. But, for now. I, like everyone else — Pause.

Marxist Filmmaker Rick Denny chides me for being a capitalist

I thought I would share this little humorous story with you. From time to time I get requests for promotion on films and such. Well, a Rick Denny contacted me via my old blog for a request to help promote a film. The film is on oil exploration here in America. Here is the original e-mail from this man:

Message: Regarding: ALL AMERICAN OIL (Documentary in Pre-Pro)

Good morning;
I’m reaching out to any and all of like mind and concern who have a national following, asking for support in our efforts in producing our Documentary titled ALL AMERICAN OIL.
This is an Independent, Non-Profit Educational Documentary (intended for national broadcast distribution) being produced under the 501c3 covering of the IFP (www.ifp.org). Our budget is just under $200K; all donations to the project are tax deductible.

As Producer, Director and Interviewer for this production, I am donating my time to this project and will take no income from the budget.

We will be focusing our lens on the hardworking, middle American’s who live, work and play in the clean and charming oil town of Van,Texas. We have been contractually granted unfettered access to all township properties and personnel by city council and Attorney, and not one citizen we have contacted has declined access to property or to be interviewed. It is noteworthy that some years back Katie Couric’s producers contacted the town leaders requesting to film a piece there, and they flatly declined that National Broadcasts request. — This project they believe has merit and benefit for all American’s.

Additionally, we will be interviewing leading experts in relevant fields, and have to date garnered commitments from The Brookings Institute and the Institute for Energy Research, both highly regarded institutes located in Washington DC.

PREMISE / OUTLINE
1. We have enough oil (Proven Reserves) to supply our nations needs for the next 200 years
2. Oil producers are competent at extracting oil safely when held to a high standard (as evidenced in the town of Van, Texas)
3. We need the cost of petroleum products to come down; sky rocketing prices are crushing middle-America
4. We need a flush of high paying, enduring career jobs.
5. We are still buying approximately 45% of our nations crude oil from other countries.
6. The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to promote energy independence. With an operational budget in excess of $24 Billion, why have they continued to fail us and their mission?

Please visit our dedicated site (presently undergoing revision and updates).

In this economy and the fact that I have not worked in 8 years, I just

I am not working. Put simply, this blog is not making enough revenue for me

....and your leftist roots are showing too. and guess what? I am going to
blog about this, and show just what sort of two-bit phony you really are.

Greed my ass.

-Pat

Furthermore, this jackass accuses me of being greedy. I suppose that being unemployed for 8 solid years and simply requesting that this guy pay for advertising, on my blog, like I would ask everyone else, is greedy. This is clear sign of Marxism, wanting something for nothing, which is a-typical of the liberal left. I have zero clue who is behind this project; but I would advise them to reassess who it is that is working on this film project. Because the last time I checked requesting someone to pay for advertising is standard operating procedure.

Also to Rick Denny; I will be e-mailing this blog posting to the other Conservative bloggers and letting them know, just how you truly feel about having to actually pay for advertising, so they will not have to bother with even promoting your little phony conservative film.

This goes well beyond politics, this is a attempt to pass something off, as something that it is not. This is nothing more than a Marxist trying sell goods to Conservatives, on the cheap.

Just thought you all would like to know.

PHOENIX – Dorothy McGuire of the popular 1950s musical trio the McGuire Sisters has died at age 84.
Daughter-in-law Karen Williamson says McGuire died of natural causes at her son’s Phoenix-area home on Friday.
McGuire teamed up with her sisters Phyllis and Christine to earn six gold records for hits like “Sincerely” and “Sugartime.”
The sisters began singing together at their mother’s Ohio church and then performed at weddings and church revivals. They got their big break on Arthur Godfrey’s Talent Scouts show in 1952 where they continued to perform for seven years.
They stopped touring in the late 1960s but reunited in the 1980s and last performed together in the mid-2000s.
She’s survived by her two sisters, her husband of 53 years, Lowell Williamson, two sons and two step-children.— via Fox News

Gun Business booming under Obama’s tenure

That’s right, President Obama might not be helping the general economy; however, the gun sales market is booming.

The Video:

The Story via CNBC:

The gun business is booming. The question is, why?

Smith & Wesson stock Friday was zooming, thanks to a stellar earnings report. The firearms maker also boosted its outlook for the rest of the year. Because of the strong business, its backlog of orders more than doubled from the same quarter last year, the company is concentrating on boosting production and building inventory.

“We are underserving the market at this moment, we all know that, and that’s a great opportunity going forward for us,” CEO James Debney said in a conference call with analysts.

And another gun maker, Sturm, Ruger & Co., also hit a milestone of sorts in terms of meeting consumer demand. It produced its one-millionth gun of the year…well ahead of last year’s pace.

“It took us nearly all of 2011 to build one million firearms, but in 2012 we accomplished it on August 15th,” said Ruger President and CEO Mike Fifer in a statement.

What’s driving the demand that has gun makers cranking up production?

Speculation has focused on fears of a coming regulatory crackdown on gun ownership. Liberal administrations tend to be anti-gun and so, the thinking goes, an Obama re-election would set the stage for stricter gun purchasing requirements. Hence, people are buying now in anticipation of difficulty later.

Indeed, looking at background checks for gun sales (a metric commonly used to gauge general industry performance) 2009 showed a measureable increase that many attributed to Obama’s election.

Is it the same this year? Some anecdotal evidence tends to bear that out.

“I should put Obama’s picture on the wall up there,” said one New Jersey gun salesman, asking not to be identified. “I’d name him salesman of the month!”

But it’s not universal. Some suggest it may be less about regulatory worries and more about the immediate economy.

“Sure, about a third of it is politics,” said a Maryland salesman, who also didn’t want to be named. “But the majority are people concerned about safety. They are worried about crime and looking at the economy and no one having jobs. They want to be protected now. So they’re buying.”

Of course, if Hillary and the gun grabbers at the U.N have anything to say about this; all of our guns will be taken away. This is why we have to vote different this time around; and put Mitt Romney in the White House, so that the gun grabbers will be put at bay.

Piss poor jobs report proves that Obama’s rhetoric does not match his performance as President

I hate to be the one to say it, but I told you so. I even wrote it early this morning; that Obama’s rhetoric in his speeches does not match realities on the ground and that includes his performance.

Buzzfeed even noticed the lack of mention of the Unemployed:

CHARLOTTE, NC — President Barack Obama’s acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention Thursday night didn’t include language targeted at the nation’s unemployed.

Despite boilerplate language about the job losses four years ago and his plans to create jobs, Obama did not specifically address the millions of Americans still struggling to find a job or a job that meets their needs.

Obama’s speech also avoided any mention of the unemployment rate, which is still above 8 percent and fell in August because 368,000 Americans left the workforce. Obama was briefed on the August jobs report yesterday afternoon, hours before he took the stage in Charlotte.

The latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that the nation created only 96,000 jobs in August, well below what analysts expected, while the previous two months of job gains were also revised downward. On the surface the jobs report is a mixed bag for Obama, but nearly every underlying statistic reveals lingering economic weakness.

Mitt Romney weighed in:

“If last night was the party, this morning is the hangover. For every net new job created, nearly four Americans gave up looking for work entirely. This is more of the same for middle-class families, who are suffering through the worst economic recovery since the Great Depression. After 43 straight months of unemployment above 8 percent, it is clear that President Obama just hasn’t lived up to his promises, and his policies haven’t worked. They aren’t better off than they were four years ago. My plan for a stronger middle class will create 12 million new jobs by the end of my first term. America deserves new leadership that will get our economy moving again.”

The American Enterprise Institute weighs in with charts galore and a bit of commentary:

and….:

AEI lays out the truth in grim detail:

– Nonfarm payrolls increased by only 96,000 in August, the Labor Department said, versus expectations of 125,000 jobs or more. The manufacturing sector, much touted by the president in his convention speech, lost 15,000 jobs.

– Since the start of the year, job growth has averaged 139,000 per month vs. an average monthly gain of 153,000 in 2011.

– As the chart at the top shows, the unemployment rate remains far above the rate predicted by Team Obama if Congress passed the stimulus. (This is the Romer-Bernstein chart.)

– While the unemployment rate dropped to 8.1% from 8.3% in July, it was due to a big drop in the labor force participation rate (the share of Americans with a job or looking for one). If fewer Americans hadn’t given up looking for work, the unemployment rate would have risen.

– Reuters notes that the participation rate is now at its lowest level since September 1981.

– If the labor force participation rate was the same as when Obama took office in January 2009, the unemployment rate would be 11.2%.

– If the participation rate had just stayed the same as last month, the unemployment rate would be 8.4%.

– The Labor Department also said that 41,000 fewer jobs were created in June and July than previously reported. The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for June was revised from 64,000 to 45,000, and the change for July was revised from 163,000 to 141,000.

– The broader U-6 unemployment rate, which includes part-time workers who want full-time work, is at 14.7%.

– The employment-population ratio is perhaps the broadest measure of the health of the labor market. It just shows how many Americans — not in the military or in prison — as a share of the population actually have some sort of a job. That number fell last month to 58.3%, just off its Great Recession lows.

– Each month, The Hamilton Project examines the “jobs gap” — the number of jobs that the U.S. economy needs to create in order to return to pre-recession employment levels while also absorbing the people who enter the labor force each month. If we added 96,000 jobs every month, we would not close the jobs gap until after 2025, as this chart shows.

– The average workweek for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls was unchanged at 34.4 hours in August. The manufacturing workweek declined by 0.2 hour to 40.5 hours, and factory overtime was unchanged at 3.2 hours.

– The average workweek for production and nonsupervisory employees on private nonfarm payrolls was unchanged at 33.7 hours.

– In August, average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls edged down by 1 cent to $23.52. Over the past 12 months, average hourly earnings rose by just 1.7 percent.

– In August, average hourly earnings of private-sector production and nonsupervisory employees edged down by 1 cent to $19.75.

As President Obama likes to say on in his campaign speeches; when his supporters boo Mitt Romney or the Republicans — “Don’t Boo, VOTE!” Well, I think it is quite obvious that it is time for Americans to vote differently. Because it is quite obvious to this writer that President Obama has done nothing to match his flowing rhetoric in his speeches.

Even Jennifer Rubin over at the Washington Post, which is very liberal says the following:

We can surmise that Obama’s lackluster performance last night was due in part to an early look at a jobs report that not even his most dogged media shills can spin. Mitt Romney put out a statement that read: “If last night was the party, this morning is the hangover. For every net new job created, nearly four Americans gave up looking for work entirely. This is more of the same for middle class families who are suffering through the worst economic recovery since the Great Depression. After 43 straight months of unemployment above 8%, it is clear that President Obama just hasn’t lived up to his promises and his policies haven’t worked. We aren’t better off than they were four years ago. My plan for a stronger middle class will create 12 million new jobs by the end of my first term. America deserves new leadership that will get our economy moving again.”

The job numbers will likely harden the perception that the president is in over his head. The voters do not see a “recovery.” A call for “more time” is unconvincing if one has the sense neither that four nor 40 years would make a difference under this president.

Romney will continue to hammer away at the president’s failures. But he would be wise to push (as he is doing in 15 new ads in eight states) his own plans for middle-class Americans, and most especially domestic energy development. Voters are certain things are bad; they now need to be reassured Romney will be better. With these jobs numbers the public might well conclude: How could he do any worse?

To this I can only add a very hearty Gentile Protestant Christian —- Amen. 😉 😀

Vote for Mitt Romney, because America can do much better this —– much better.
