As such I thought, B. Hussein Obama is nothing but a damned liar.

This comes via RedState:

From Youtube description:

In this audio Obama coldly claims two doctors helping a baby born alive after a botched abortion would be a burden for the aborting mother when he is arguing against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act at the Illinois state legislature April 2002

This proves to me. That B. Hussein Obama is nothing more than a Lying Liberal.

As Russian tanks rolled into the Republic of Georgia and the presidential candidates met over the weekend in the first joint issues forum of the fall campaign, the latest polling includes drama almost as compelling – Republican John McCain has taken a five-point lead over Democrat Barack Obama in the race for President, the latest Reuters/Zogby telephone survey shows.

McCain leads Obama by a 46% to 41% margin.

And McCain not only enjoys a five-point edge in a two-way race against Obama, but also in a four-way contest including liberal independent candidate Ralph Nader and Libertarian Bob Barr, the poll reveals. In the four-way contest, McCain wins 44% support, Obama 39%, Barr 3% and Nader 2%.

This latest Reuters/Zogby poll is a dramatic reversal from the identical survey taken last month – in the July 9-13 Reuters/Zogby survey, Obama led McCain, 47% to 40%. In the four-way race last month, Obama held a 10-point lead over McCain.

Chuck Baldwin just made my voting decision easier…..

I’ve already thrown one Conservative Commentator under the bus for this. Now, it looks like I am going to have to throw another under the damned bus as well.

Chuck Baldwin has decided that his Presidential ambitions are worth the proverbial “pissing into the wind.” He has decided to stand with the habitual lying stack of human excrement that is Jerry Corsi.

There was a time and point when I thought that Chuck Baldwin was a sensible alternative to John McCain’s Neo-Conservative Bush 2.0 type of a Presidency. It has become increasingly apparent that this is no longer the case.

Chuck Baldwin is, in fact, a Born Again Christian and a Baptist Minister. But yet, he will stand behind a man, who published a book that was so chalk full of damned errors, that it garnered a 44 page rebuttal from the Obama campaign. I am afraid my friends and dear readers that this is nothing more than rank hypocrisy.

I will be, unless something drastically changes before the November election, voting for Libertarian Candidate for President Bob Barr.

Blogs are considered by many to be a extension of one’s personality and in my case, political ideologies. This blog stands against the far left’s Anti-American Socialist, Commie, Liberal Agenda. But it also stands for something else, Journalistic Integrity. Sadly this trait is missing and obviously scarce in the far right wing media outlets.

Because of these actions, I will not ever again, mention the name of Chuck Baldwin on this Blog. He is out of the running as far as I am concerned. I believe in attacking Obama on his political ideologies, not based upon baseless smears and outright lies.

This is the first and last thing, that I will ever write about, discuss or even mention about this subject.

Obama V.P. Speculation

Normally, I wouldn’t care. But seeing it’s the big thing right now. I’ll jump on the bandwagon here.

MSNBC Says it’s Biden:

Within the last few hours I’ve spoken with two
of the finalists for the role of Barack Obama’s running-mate, and to
two other sources who are close to the process.

My bottom line
is this: Barring a big surprise or last-minute change of heart, the
choice is likely to be Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware, chairman of the
Foreign Relations Committee.

He is a
lively and feisty if unpredictable campaigner with working-class roots
and a street-level feel for the hot spots of the globe — which he can
use to go toe-to-toe with Sen. John McCain.

“If I had to bet my life on it, I’d bet it is Joe,” said one of the other contenders.

Said another, “Barack is moving toward a seasoned Beltway type, and that probably means Biden.”

And a source personally close to Obama simply said “Biden makes the most sense.”

Biden would make sense, he’s got the foreign policy and he would make one hell of a good attack dog.

This Blogger says that it’s Kathleen Sebelius:

We have a credible lead that Barack Obama will be announcing Kathleen Sebelius for Vice President / VP.

Our sources work within an ad agency that is hired by the Obama
campaign, and have noted that the vast majority of the discussions
there are regarding material logistics in terms of Kathleen on the vice
president ticket. Now until this is verified please file it as rumor,
however our sources on this are not bad.. and have yet to be proven
wrong.

Our source noted “It will get a women on the ticket that shares the
same views as Obama” a reference to many of the Hillary supporters..

Then of course we had to do some research.

We held some general opinions prior to this little research project.
One of them being that they wouldn’t have multiple domain providers, it
becomes a hassle.. so the chances are they used the same registrar.

He goes to show that the Obama campaign bought the domain OBAMASEBELIUS.COM. Kathleen Sebelius would make sense as well, as she would possibly bring Hillary voters to the ticket. Except for the idiotic PUMA group. Which has all of about 250 people.

Other people being discussed are Bill Richardson, who would bring some serious foreign policy credentials to the Obama campaign. (Despite what some idiotic Republicans say about that…)

Either way, I believe no one is going to have the actual “inside track” on whom Obama will pick, obviously it will be someone that will help and not hurt his campaign.

The Politics of Distraction

In the interest of full disclosure, I am not an expert when it comes to political debates. I do not have some magical ability to be able to determine how someone did or whether they “won” the debate or not. However, I do know when I see blatant stupidity. This is one of those times.

How does one compensate for when a presidential candidate loses a debate and performs poorly? The said person’s campaign screams, “They cheated!” as long and loud as possible to distract from that fact that said person did quite poorly in the debate.

Such is the case, in the recent “civil” Non-Debate between John McCain and Barack Obama. This was not even a debate at all, but rather a “supposed” interview between a so-called Pastor Rick Warren and the presidential candidates for President of the United States. In the interest of full disclosure, I have little or no use for “Pastor” Rick Warren’s type of “Christianity for Dummies” style of Ministry. I made it through half of a chapter of his book, “The Purpose Driven Life,” and quickly realized that it was nothing more than Robert Schuller humanistic theology made palatable for Non-Reformist Christians.

However, the issue here at hand is. Did McCain cheat? McCain was in a motorcade coming to the event, which hardly qualifies as cheating. It seems to me that someone who was better prepared beat Obama, badly. That person was John McCain. I will let it be known, that I do not support John McCain for President of the United States. However, for Obama to infer that McCain cheated shows that Obama is not someone who is even remotely ready for the office of President of The United States. He lacks the talent, He lacks the experience, and he lacks the ability to debate his positions.

Once again the magic one has been caught in a lie….

Check it:

One little problem with this little lie.

There’s full documentation on it, There’s a voting record on it, and there’s an AP article on it.

Transcript of the Lying Magic one:

Brody: I want to ask, I was back stage I didn’t see
the handshake, but I’m curious what that was like to be on stage with
John McCain and what was going through your mind when all of that was
going on.

Obama: Well, you know John and I serve in the
Senate together, so we see each other all the time. It was great to see
him. As he said, he’ll see me in a couple weeks. We’re going to be
debating each other throughout the fall.

Brody: Tell me a little bit about how you felt up
there on stage in terms of what may have been that, the hardest
question or at least the question that you may not have been looking
forward to address so much.

Obama: You know, I thought, Pastor Rick is a good
friend, he and I have known each other for some time, I’ve been to this
church before, and so I knew that he’d be fair and press me on issues
that are of particular concern to the Evangelical community, but I also
knew they weren’t issues that I hadn’t heard before and hadn’t wrestled
with myself. So, you know, one of the wonderful things about Rick is he
is somebody who, I think, has genuine good will towards everybody and
even when he disagrees with you, I think he’s going to give you a fair
hearing.

Brody: Let me ask you a little about some of these
ads that John McCain has been running not just on television, but on
the web. Let’s face it, let’s call a spade a spade, there has been some
Messianic references, there’s been some antichrist stuff going on, the
celebrity, they’re trying to pigeonhole you a certain way. Do you
believe this is being done on purpose?

Obama: Well of course it’s being done on purpose.
They’re not spending a whole bunch of money to make me out as a good
guy. They’re engaging in the kind of politics that I think we’ve become
accustomed to which is you try to tear your opponents down and you
engage in sort of slash and burn tactics. And very personal sort of
personal character attacks. And one of the challenges for us in this
campaign is how do you make sure those attacks are answered quickly and
forcefully, but also truthfully and that we don’t fall into that same
kind of tactic. And look, I think ultimately the American people are
going to understand by the time they go into the polling place in
November that this is not an election about me. This an election about
them – ordinary people, their lives, their hopes their dreams, the fact
that their incomes have gone down over the last eight years, the fact
that their jobs are less secure, that they have less retirement
security, that their kids can’t afford college, that jobs are being
shipped overseas that the tax code isn’t fair and that special
interests have come to dominate Washington. And as long as we’re
communicating an active plan to fix those problems then I think we’re
going to do well.

Brody: Real quick, the born alive infant protection
act. I gotta tell you that’s the one thing I get a lot of emails about
and it’s just not just from Evangelicals, it about Catholics,
Protestants, main — they’re trying to understand it because there was
some literature put out by the National Right to Life Committee. And
they’re basically saying they felt like you misrepresented your
position on that bill.

Obama: Let me clarify this right now.

Brody: Because it’s getting a lot of play.

Obama: Well and because they have not been telling
the truth. And I hate to say that people are lying, but here’s a
situation where folks are lying. I have said repeatedly that I would
have been completely in, fully in support of the federal bill that
everybody supported – which was to say –that you should provide
assistance to any infant that was born – even if it was as a
consequence of an induced abortion. That was not the bill that was
presented at the state level. What that bill also was doing was trying
to undermine Roe vs. Wade. By the way, we also had a bill, a law
already in place in Illinois that insured life saving treatment was
given to infants.

So for people to suggest that I and the Illinois medical society, so
Illinois doctors were somehow in favor of withholding life saving
support from an infant born alive is ridiculous. It defies commonsense
and it defies imagination and for people to keep on pushing this is
offensive and it’s an example of the kind of politics that we have to
get beyond. It’s one thing for people to disagree with me about the
issue of choice, it’s another thing for people to out and out
misrepresent my positions repeatedly, even after they know that they’re
wrong. And that’s what’s been happening.

Brody: I wanted to give you a chance to clear it up.

Obama: I appreciate it.

Brody: Thank you so much.

Sorry Barry, but thanks for playing… Might wanna brush up on your voting history a bit.

Update: Heh. Ed Morrissey lays the smack down on Obama. It’s a very good read.

My thoughts on the CNN – Rick Warren Debates

First off, I did not watch the entire debate on CNN. I caught about a little more than half of Obama’s questions and his answers and I caught all of McCain’s questions and answers. I caught the feed online. Overall, I would say that Obama and McCain BOTH gave the standard Republican and Democratic standard answers. Unlike some Conservatives who want to give their “Boy” a better grade, I will simply say they were both about even.

In my personal amateur political pundit opinion, there were no clear winners or losers. They both articulated their points well and answered honestly. Anyone who says anything other than this is quite obviously in the tank for McCain or Obama.
