SHARON HILL, Pa., (CBS) — New developments out of Delaware County after video surfaced of a school bus attack.
Late Monday, police confirmed to Eyewitness News that investigators are in the process of filing criminal charges against three students and the bus driver. The charges could be filed as soon as Tuesday.
The video shows one of two students — beaten on the bus — on their way home from school. It was first posted on Facebook and shows Dylan Fonner being punched in the face aboard a school bus from the Delaware County Alternative High School Wednesday afternoon.
Jackee Fonner, Dylan’s mother said, “I wanted to hug my son because I saw him after he got beat up, but then after watching the video, I couldn’t believe it was that bad.”
The school district is overwhelmingly black. No media outlet is reporting the fact that the perpetrators are black. If the races were reversed, it would be a major news story and the media would be screaming “racially motivated white on black hate crime mob beating.”
The initial sucker punch was videotaped. You can hear other black passengers egg the attacker on and then cheer. The victim then asks the bus driver to let him off the bus. The driver refuses. After that, two more black perpetrators join in and continue to attack the victim as well as a second white victim.
Absolutely correct, the very fact that these perps and driver are black and victims are white; is why the National Media will not report this story and that is because of the progressive liberal bias in the media towards white people. Had this been a black victim or a Jewish victim and white perps; it would be on the news 24/7 and even the President would be involved saying the perps and the driver acted stupidly.
Michelle Malkin said it best; that Sonlight is the best disinfectant —- consider this blog to be the floodlight of exposure to something that is a huge problem in this Country.
Then she accuses me of feeling like I am entitled to be followed. The conversation basically degenerated after that. Basically the truth is this: Julie Borowski is a protected minority, she is polish. Now, whether she is Jewish or not, is not relevant. What is relevant is when I told her, that she should be careful using code words like “neocon” she got quite defensive and unfollowed me. The truth is the woman wears her ethnicity on her sleeve. But, she pawns herself off as some sort of a libertarian. I call bullcrap on that one. She’s nothing more than a neoconservative.
I won’t delete her videos here that I have posted before; but I won’t post anyone’s videos who act like that on twitter. Besides all that; the only reason anyone gives two flips about her, is because she has a pretty face and sounds like a one point that she was deaf. So, they pity her and watch her videos. Not me. I pity no one; I gave her a chance here, because she sounded pretty smart. I guess I was wrong about that one.
Here’s more of that mess left in Iraq by the Neoconservatives and Bush:
BAGHDAD (AP) — A suicide bomber blew himself up among a crowd of Shiite pilgrims in Baghdad and another detonated his explosives inside a cafe north of the capital, the deadliest of several attacks across Iraq on Saturday that killed at least 66 people.
The killings, which also included attacks on journalists and anti-extremist Sunni fighters, are part of the deadliest surge in violence to hit Iraq in five years. The accelerating bloodshed is raising fears that the country is falling back into the spiral of violence that brought it to the edge of civil war in the years after the 2003 U.S.-led invasion.
The extent of the carnage from the evening attack on the pilgrims became clearer as midnight approached, when officials sharply revised the death toll upward to at least 42. Another 80 were reported injured.
The bomber detonated his explosives at a checkpoint as the pilgrims passed through the largely Sunni neighborhood of Azamiyah en route to a prominent Shiite shrine in the nearby neighborhood of Kazimiyah, according to police officials. At least four policemen manning the checkpoint were among the dead, the officials said.
Around the same time, another suicide bomber blew himself up in a cafe in the town of Balad, a largely Shiite town surrounded by Sunni communities about 80 kilometers (50 miles) north of Baghdad. Balad Mayor Malik Lefta said at least 13 people were killed and 22 were wounded in that attack.
He said the cafe was the same one hit by a deadly suicide bombing in August.
This is what happens when you start wars based upon bad intelligence from Germany; and then do not bother to “trust, buy verify.” You get an unstable middle east and a country racked by violence. This is what happens when you allow a group of people, who make up 2% of the population of the United States and even less of the rest of the World; direct your foreign policy. When they are not doing this, they are persecuting Christians.
They, like the Muslims; are truly a menace and should be treated as such.
How is it that people that make up only 2% of the population of the United States of America can be so controlling over Christian Businesses, American Banking, American Politics — liberal and Conservative, and our entire entertainment industry? It just does not make sense.
(RNS) Hanukkah comes early this year. But it apparently never comes to Hobby Lobby.
The national craft store owned by conservative billionaire Steve Green seemingly refuses to carry merchandise related to Hanukkah because of Green’s “Christian values,” and some Jews are taking offense.
“I will never set foot in a Hobby Lobby. Ever.” wrote Ken Berwitz, the New Jersey blogger who brought the Hobby Lobby Hanukkah flap to light in a Friday (Sept. 27) blog post.
Berwitz’s outrage has spread to other bloggers who are taking Hobby Lobby to task as a store that courts the general public, but refuses to stock anything related to Judaism — even in communities with significant Jewish populations.
“If they want to sell all over the nation then they must include all people within that nation,” wrote a Jewish visual artist named Abbey on a blog post entitled “Is Hobby Lobby Anti-Semitic?”
Of course, the vultures are coming out of the woodwork to take their swipes at the so-called “Intolerant Christian”. See here, here, here, and here. I will make a accusation: This is nothing more than a left winged Jewish attack against a Conservative Christian business, who refused to bow down to President Barack Obama’s stupid Nationalized healthcare plan. Obama figured out a way to get this guy and he called on some left-wing Jewish friend of his to do the job. Sad part is, some right-wing Jews got in on the act as well.
Of course, Hobby Lobby’s President fearing his company might be picketed or boycotted by these idiot pukes, issued the following statement:
UPDATE 10/4/13 10:15am: Hobby Lobby President Steve Green has issued the following statement on behalf of the company:
We sincerely apologize for any employee comments that may have offended anyone, especially our Jewish customers and friends. Comments like these do not reflect the feelings of our family or Hobby Lobby. Our family has a deep respect for the Jewish faith and those who hold its traditions dear. We’re proud contributors to Yad Vashem, as well as to other museums and synagogues in Israel and the United States. We are investigating this matter and absolutely do not tolerate discrimination at our company or our stores. We do not have any policies that discriminate; in fact, we have policies that specifically prohibit discrimination. We have previously carried merchandise in our stores related to Jewish holidays. We select the items we sell in our stores based on customer demand. We are working with our buyers to re-evaluate our holiday items and what we will carry in the future.
This is my problem: I just do not see why ANY business of any sort should have to apologize for its owner’s Christian values, to ANYONE. I agree, what the employee said, was mildly offensive. But, this idea that the owner of the company has to grovel before these pukes is an outrage! 😡
Now, had this been my company? This is the statement I would have put out:
Hobby Lobby is owned by a born again Christian. A Born again Christian who happens to know that the Jews of the Bible arrested Jesus of Nazareth; They charged him with false charges, brought him before a rigged trial, of which they could not even agree on the accusations — and then ordered him crucified.
Because of the knowledge of this fact; Hobby Lobby does not sell items for Jewish holidays. This is still the United States of America, and if a business owner chooses not to cater, suck up to or kiss the ass of a protected minority, that is his business. Hobby Lobby is a multi-billion dollar company and I am sure we will not miss the business of a group of people, who make up 2% of the population of the United States of America.
What I am referring to is this little display here.
…and of course, the atheists responded in kind. You can head over to gateway pundit to see all of that silliness.
As much as I know that this is going to do absolutely nothing for my credos as an American Nationalist, I have to tell the truth. The truth is my friends is that what Dana Perino said is absolutely wrong and bit ignorant coming from someone of her ilk.
For Dana Perino to say, “If you don’t like it, leave!” is the Christian American moral equivalent of radical Islamists saying “Convert or Die!” It smacks of religious theocratic intolerance towards those who choose not to be of some sort of a faith.
As I have repeatedly stated on this blog, I happen to be a libertarian-minded Conservative, who just happens to be a Christian as well. However, I am not one of those types who preaches intolerance towards anyone who disagrees with my religious beliefs. I am one who truly believes in individual liberty and part of that means tolerating those who are not of a faith of any kind.
Now as for the atheists who vented their spleens at Ms. Perino, they too are wrong and they also seem to have an intolerance towards those who happen to think that this lawsuit is idiotic at best. Therefore, basically, one could say that both sides of this rather moronic conflagration are both wrong, when it comes to tolerance towards those who disagree.
As for the lawsuit, and Beckels ignorance towards the history of the words, “Under God” in the pledge. Here is the history via Wikipedia:
Louis A. Bowman, an attorney from Illinois, was the first to initiate the addition of “under God” to the Pledge. The National Society of theDaughters of the American Revolutiongave him an Award of Merit as the originator of this idea.[14][15]He spent his adult life in the Chicago area and was Chaplain of the Illinois Society of theSons of the American Revolution. At a meeting on February 12, 1948,[14]Lincoln’s Birthday, he led the Society in swearing the Pledge with two words added, “under God.” He stated that the words came from Lincoln’sGettysburg Address. Though not all manuscript versions of theGettysburg Address contain the words “under God”, all the reporters’ transcripts of the speech as delivered do, as perhaps Lincoln may have deviated from his prepared text and inserted the phrase when he said “that the nation shall, under God, have a new birth of freedom.” Bowman repeated his revised version of the Pledge at other meetings.[14]
In 1951, theKnights of Columbus, the world’s largestCatholicfraternal service organization, also began including the words “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance.[16]In New York City, on April 30, 1951, the Board of Directors of the Knights of Columbus adopted a resolution to amend the text of their Pledge of Allegiance at the opening of each of the meetings of the 800 Fourth Degree Assemblies of the Knights of Columbus by addition of the words “under God” after the words “one nation.” Over the next two years, the idea spread throughout Knights of Columbus organizations nationwide. On August 21, 1952, the Supreme Council of the Knights of Columbus at its annual meeting adopted a resolution urging that the change be made universal and copies of this resolution were sent to the President, the Vice President (as Presiding Officer of the Senate) and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The National Fraternal Congress meeting in Boston on September 24, 1952, adopted a similar resolution upon the recommendation of its president, Supreme KnightLuke E. Hart. Several State Fraternal Congresses acted likewise almost immediately thereafter. This campaign led to several official attempts to prompt Congress to adopt the Knights of Columbus’ policy for the entire nation. These attempts were eventually a success.[17]
In 1952, Susan Anald wrote a letter to President Truman suggesting the inclusion of “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. Langmack was a Danish philosopher and educator who came to the United States in 1911. He was one of the originators of thePrayer Breakfastand a religious leader in Washington, D.C. President Truman met with him along with several others to discuss the inclusion of “under God” just before “with liberty and justice”.[citation needed]
At the suggestion of a correspondent, RepresentativeLouis C. Rabautof Michigan sponsored a resolution to add the words “under God” to the Pledge in 1953.
Prior to February 1954, no endeavor to get the Pledge officially amended succeeded. The final successful push came fromGeorge MacPherson Docherty. Some American presidents honored Lincoln’s birthday by attending services at the church Lincoln attended,New York Avenue Presbyterian Churchby sitting in Lincoln’s pew on the Sunday nearest February 12. On February 7, 1954, with President Eisenhower sitting in Lincoln’s pew, the church’s pastor,George MacPherson Docherty, delivered a sermon based on the Gettysburg Address titled “A New Birth of Freedom.” He argued that the nation’s might lay not in arms but its spirit and higher purpose. He noted that the Pledge’s sentiments could be those of any nation, that “there was something missing in the pledge, and that which was missing was the characteristic and definitive factor in the American way of life.” He cited Lincoln’s words “under God” as defining words that set the United States apart from other nations.
PresidentEisenhowerhad been baptized aPresbyterianvery recently, just a year before. He responded enthusiastically to Docherty in a conversation following the service. Eisenhower acted on his suggestion the next day and on February 8, 1954, Rep.Charles Oakman(R–Mich.), introduced a bill to that effect.Congresspassed the necessary legislation and Eisenhower signed the bill into law onFlag Day, June 14, 1954.[18]Eisenhower stated “From this day forward, the millions of our school children will daily proclaim in every city and town, every village and rural school house, the dedication of our nation and our people to the Almighty…. In this way we are reaffirming the transcendence of religious faith in America’s heritage and future; in this way we shall constantly strengthen those spiritual weapons which forever will be our country’s most powerful resource, in peace or in war.”[19]
The phrase “under God” was incorporated into the Pledge of Allegiance June 14, 1954, by aJoint Resolutionof Congress amending §4 of theFlag Codeenacted in 1942.[18]
On October 6, 1954 the National Executive Committee of the American Legion adopted a resolution, first approved by the Illinois American Legion Convention in August 1954, that formally recognized the Knights of Columbus for having initiated and brought forward the amendment to the Pledge of Allegiance.[17]
That, Mr. Beckel is the facts. Also too, I felt that Bob Beckel’s swipe at the female to his left was classless and uncalled for. Whether or not he was joking with her, it was uncalled for and he should apologize to her for that.
In closing: This Nation would be a better one, if everyone would just learn to tolerate others. I am not referring to people that do stuff like this here; I am referring to those who are different than we are, when it comes to personal beliefs.
American version of it or not. I simply do not trust it and this here is why. This comes via Memri TV:
Some of you might say, “But, aren’t you a Buchananite type?” Yes, indeed I am. Which simply means that I am not a fan of Wilsonian Foreign Policy and that’s all it means. If Al-Jazeera TV is putting this sort of garbage on it’s Arab speaking network, it has zero business being in the United States of America. This is nothing more than Anti-Jewish propaganda and it furthers the blood libels that the terrorists thrive on and use to commit acts of carnage.
If our President were actually worth a tinkers damn, he would tell Al-Jazeera TV, “You either do something about that, or you can pack your little network up and go back to mecca, where you truly belong.” But, because we have a President who kowtows down to Arabs and their religion, instead of defending Jewish Americans, you have this network Al-Jazeera TV here to brainwash Americans into believe that 9/11 was somehow justified.
…and that, my friends, is a great American tragedy.
It is not everyday that I happen to read something in the blogging world or on the internet that gets my dander up. But, I just happened to catch something over on VDare.com that really had me seeing red.
In this article, he, of course, rips on the right and the austrian school of economics; which is fine, he is a liberal and they really do not like the idea of hard money. But this quote below goes further than that, it is a stereotyping of Jews and Gentiles. Check it out:
Why is the Right so in love with hard money, low inflation, and high unemployment? Here is my answer: because they do not believe that there is such a thing as a free lunch. You could spread out a smorgasbord of caviar, salmon, lobster and Dom Perignon, and they would turn their heads and eat a cheese sandwich. Reflation is easy and thus sinful. It’s that Protestant thing. The only people who understand monetary policy are Jews and Catholics.
Now, let me ask you a simple question. Could you imagine the outrage, if someone, like me; wrote about the travails of the fact that Jews basically run the federal reserve bank? Which is sort of true. Anyhow, would I not be condemned as an anti-semite? I have been, I know what that is all about. So, why does this guy get away with basically saying that non-Catholics don’t get banking and money? Is that not a bigoted statement? I believe it is, and think this man needs to apologize for this sort of rubbish.
Why, you ask? Because it plays into a bunch of negative stereotypes about Jews. Secondly, it strikes me a greatly bigoted towards Protestant Christians. I mean, if I cannot get away with making asinine comments about Jews on this blog, which I would never do. Then this guy should not be allowed to get away with writing this sort of rubbish at all.
It amazes me how liberals just love pushing division among Americans like this here. It is their MO and they’ve been doing it for years; but this is just outright blatant and it should not be tolerated.
However, there are many things that have come up since then, which I simply cannot defend.
They are:
The IRS targeting Jewish groups. – I mean, honestly, what the hell were the IRS and Obama’s people thinking when they let this one happen?
IRS targeting Conservative groups in Washington and Elsewhere. — Did they not know that this would be exposed?
DOJ going after the AP – This is borderline Watergate, so says a watergate player. — Again, what the hell were these people thinking?
My friends, the “Giving the benefit of the doubt” of the President and his Administration by this writer and blogger are over. There is no doubt in my mind that the Obama administration; much like the Administration of George W. Bush, became consumed with a lust for power and abused and exploited the office of President of the United States and the instruments of Governmental office for political purposes.
The Democrats have screwed themselves out of ever winning an election; for like oh, maybe the next 2 major election cycles. This is the sad part, Obama and his Administration promised Americans that he would be a clean break from the policies and practices of President George W. Bush and his Administration and sadly, it turns out that Obama and his Administration are just as bad; if not even worse. As I wrote before, it is sad ending to a Presidency that offered so much to give; but ended up delivering little or nothing at all, in the realm of change.
It is going to be a long, hot, nasty, political summer for America, Americans, Black Liberal Americans and for Washington D.C.. I just hope that cool heads prevail. But, I really do fear the worst in yet to come.
