Can’t we all just get along?

I mean, I can see we Paleocons arguing with neocons; but this?

The occasion for the increased discussion of this rift is the fact the Peter Lawler is moving his Postmodern Conservative blog from First Things to NRO.

I think that all of us in what you might call the alternative conservative (meaning outside mainstream conservatism) community have some things in common and mutual enemies, the left and stale mainstream conservatism, but I think the description of the Porchers that is being tossed around describes something much more radical than the reality. The Porchers, at least as represented by FPR, are, as far as I can tell, a bunch of PC phobes. How can you talk about localism and community and “place” without talking about immigration? Doesn’t an influx of non-natives have a pretty big impact on place?

Good-gott-a-mighty, Can’t we all just get along? I mean, we as Conservatives are supposed to be fighting against the neo-liberal, marxist, statism of the Democratic Party. My simple question is this; why fight over who’s legit and who is not? That is silly in my book. I know that neoconservatism is an issue; especially with me. But, alt-right folk fighting over silly stuff? Come on. 🙄

Whatever happened to just agreeing to disagree on trivial matters and working together to fight back against those, who want to destroy the traditional, Christian, American values in this Country?  Conservatives, of all stripes, camps and cliques need to look at the bigger picture and realize — we have a Country to save and bickering like this, is not going to do that at all.

The straight truth about Frazier Glenn Cross

First of all, I want it to be perfectly known; I am not defending the actions of this horrible man. What he did is beneath contempt and he deserves the death penalty for his actions. However, I feel the need to put out the truth about this person, because it seems there is a good deal of bad information being published.

I am referring to Frazier Glenn Cross, who just committed one of the worst acts of cowardice ever. It seems that some of the blogs are not reporting the truth about the man. Here is the truth about the man, and his assocations with the White Nationalist/White Separatist/Klan movement from Don Black, the owner of the forum StormFront.org:

I posted earlier before seeing the post about Glenn Miller.

I knew Glenn back in the 80s. I liked him, but I’d noticed he was something of an alcohol-driven blowhard. But I kept my opinion to myself, in the interest of “unity.”

He’d later become a big-time snitch. After accepting money from The Order, he testified against them and others he said had also gotten money. The Order intended for him to also give some of their armored car loot to me, having decided he should be in charge of all “above-ground” organizations east of the Mississippi. I’d already been through a learning experience of my own with blowhard snitches, so I figured, “With friends like these…”

He seemed surprised I wouldn’t let him post on Stormfront when he came back in 2005. So he had to go to VNN. Alex Linder was the only “White Nationalist” who would accept a snitch.

I noticed Glenn has most recently been praising Joseph Paul Franklin on VNN, calling him “America’s greatest hero.” Glenn had befriended him by phone, before Franklin was executed, apparently even putting him in touch with the SPLC, so he could denounce all of us as “mentally ill.” He even mentioned having met David Duke and me back in 1969. He was actually the first “White Nationalist” I ever met, when we both lived in our home state of Alabama, which I described in another thread. My first and ongoing impression was that he was really sick and creepy.

Fortunately, I would meet real White Nationalist shortly afterward.

I gather Glenn must have been stung by VNNers’ criticism (calling them “anonymous pussies”). They had kept asking him why he didn’t follow his “greatest American hero.”

Don is referring to Vanguard News Network which is owned by Alex Linder. From what I’ve read Linder is a really winner, if you know what I mean. 🙄 I have the unfortunate luck, of having some of my postings picked up by VNN’s news robot. Needless to say, I am not too happy about that, at all.

To be clear, Frazier Glenn Cross is not a hero, Frazier Glenn Cross is a yellow-bellied coward, who killed two non-Jews; two Christians who were actually attempting to serve the Lord. He deserves nothing but the death penalty. He was not an active member of any sort of White Nationalist groups; save one forum, which is not highly regarded among these people at all.

Just wanted to clear that up.

I was banned from commenting there. Not once did I ever post a threat, advocate violence, nor did I impersonate anyone. I really do not know what I did there; but they cut me off from commenting. Here’s the proof:

The truth is, that if you are not 100% in lockstep with what they believe; then you will be banned from their commenting system. This is total proof of that fact.

A package of bills in Minnesota that would enhance women’s economic security by raising the minimum wage, providing paid family and sick leave and addressing the gender pay gap makes women “look like whiners,” a state GOP lawmaker said last week.

“We heard several bills last week about women’s issues and I kept thinking to myself, these bills are putting us backwards in time,” State Rep. Andrea Kieffer (R) told colleagues at a Wednesday hearing on one of the measures. “We are losing the respect that we so dearly want in the workplace by bringing up all these special bills for women and almost making us look like whiners.”

The progressive group Alliance for a Better Minnesota has posted the audio recording of Keiffer’s remarks and circulated a petition asking voters to denounce it.

The United Automobile Workers’ failure to form a union at a Chattanooga, Tenn., Volkswagen plant after two years of organizing efforts was a result welcomed by Senator Bob Corker. Corker, who vocally opposed unionization throughout the process, has been the target of criticism by pro-union activists for weighing in on the situation. On Wednesday, he continued his outspokenness on the matter.

“I’m not anti-union — I’m anti-UAW because of all the destruction they’ve done to jobs in our country and what they’re about,” Corker, who previously served as mayor of Chattanooga, told Fox News. “This was all about money.”

Last week, workers at the Volkswagen plant rejected joining the union. Had it been successful, it would have been the first foreign-owned plant to have been organized by the UAW.

As the son of a General Motors worker and UAW Member; I happen to think that the citizens of the great State of Tennessee need to become Anti-Corker. Because anyone that thinks that the UAW was the sole cause of Detroit’s decline, or is solely responsible for the decline in American manufacturing, is obviously too stupid to drive a car, much less be a Senator in Congress.

Trader Joe’s drops plan to build store in Portland, Oregon because of black racism

No, this isn’t a joke.

Consider this statement from the Portland African American Leadership Forum. They “remain opposed to any development in N/NE Portland that does not primarily benefit the Black community.” This would be a national controversy if the races were reversed. They would be denounced as the Ku Klux Klan.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The Trader Joe’s grocery-store chain has dropped a plan to open a new store in the heart of the city’s historically African-American neighborhood after activists said the development would price black residents out of the area.

 

The grocer, whose stores are found in urban neighborhoods across the nation, said Monday it wouldn’t press its plan, given community resistance, The Oregonian (http://bit.ly/1n7Jyqb ) reported.

“We open a limited number of stores each year, in communities across the country,” it said in a statement. “We run neighborhood stores, and our approach is simple: If a neighborhood does not want a Trader Joe’s, we understand, and we won’t open the store in question.”

The Portland Development Commission had offered a steep discount to the grocer on a parcel of nearly two acres that was appraised at up to $2.9 million: a purchase price of slightly more than $500,000. The lot is at Northeast Alberta Street and Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and has been vacant for years.

So, why did Trader Joe’s decide not to build there, well for two reasons:

Critics said the development would displace residents and perpetuate income inequality in one of the most rapidly gentrifying ZIP codes in the nation.

…and the biggest reason? This:

The Portland African American Leadership Forum said the development commission had in the past made promises about preventing projects from displacing community members but hadn’t fulfilled them.

It sent the city a letter saying it would “remain opposed to any development in N/NE Portland that does not primarily benefit the Black community.” It said the grocery-store development would “increase the desirability of the neighborhood,” for “non-oppressed populations.”

Mayor Charlie Hales and the urban renewal agency’s executive director, Patrick Quinton, signed a letter in January that described what they said was the commission’s contributions “to the destructive impact of gentrification and displacement on the African American community.“

Translation:

We don’t want no honkeys in our neighborhood! If you ain’t black, we don’t want your business here!

Now, could you imagine, if a business, who was owned by a black man, wanted to open a store, say in like Troy, Michigan or Rochester Hills, Michigan; which are, for what it is worth, predominantly upper middle class/wealthy class, white neighborhoods and a group of white people starting complaining about it and starting saying that it would cause the neighborhood to go into decline? Man, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson would be all over it!

There would huge protests and it would be all over the media. However, because this is a black thing, and the company is white owned; it is no big deal, nothing to see here, move along. 🙄

This is why I continue to run this blog; regardless of the fact that I make little or nothing on this blog at all, despite the fact that I make little or nothing on this blog, since Google Adsense dropped me. Because this sort of stuff is NOT reported by the national media; least of all by MSNBC and CNN. Fox News most likely will not touch it either, because of the taboo subject.

Furthermore, I believe that the Conservative right just will not touch this one; because they are afraid of being called racists. I do not have such issues. I simply do not care what blacks really think of me; least of all black liberals. Considering what happened to my cousin and myself; I think I’ve earned the right to point this stuff out.

By the way; these are Obama’s people and don’t you ever forget it. 😡

 

Whiskey…..Tango….Foxtrot!?!?! – Ian Bayne compares Phil Roberson to Rosa Parks

As you all know, I support Phil Robertson, of Duck Dynasty. I happen to agree with what he said and happen to think that A&E’s reaction was extremely stupid; I also hope they go elsewhere. I also criticized those who attacked the family. But this right here, is where I holler “Whooooooooaaaaaaaaaa Nelly!” and hit the air brakes and bring the peterbilt to a full and complete stop.

Read this load of weapons grade stupidity from some meatball, who is running for State Senate in Illinois:

Today, Ian Bayne called Phil Robertson, star of the A&E series “Duck Dynasty,” the ‘Rosa Parks’ of our generation.

“In December 1955, Rosa Parks took a stand against an unjust societal persecution of black people, and in December 2013, Robertson took a stand against persecution of Christians,” said Bayne.

Parks, famous for refusing to give up her seat on a bus for a white person, as was the rule of her day, provided inspiration for a movement of equality of black people and white people in America.

“What Parks did was courageous,” said Bayne. “What Mr. Robertson did was courageous too.”

Bayne believes that the Duck Dynasty star knew that going on GQ would result in the current controversy going on surrounding his suspension, as well as his suspension.

Bayne added that this exposure of Robertson’s situation is an eye opener for many who may have been previously in disbelief that the bible is fast becoming considered “hate speech” by the media and society.

The only part of that up there, that is even remotely true is the last paragraph. The rest of it is extremely stupid. As someone who grew up in the southwest part of Detroit and lived there for 19 years of my life and grew up around blacks, Latinos, and every other pea-picking minority under the sun; this is just plain ignorant. I mean, badly ignorant.

Anyone that compares a bearded, Christian Louisiana redneck to Rosa Parks; who, by the way, decided to stand up against the institutionalized racism of Montgomery, Alabama —- is an absolute tone-deaf, out of touch, mentally deficient, idiot who should not be allowed to drive a car, much less run for a seat in the Illinois Senate!

There is no comparison, it is wrong, it is stupid and it should not be done ever, at all. End of story, full stop, shut up and turn the bus around and pray to the Lord that nobody saw you naked. (So to speak…)

If anyone on the right is looking for a textbook example of why the “Liberal left” in this Country happens to think that people, like myself, who happen to disagree with the idea that big Government the best idea in the world, and happen to think that european socialism is about a city block away from Russian Communism —- are a bunch of crazy, nutty, loony people: Look no further that what I quoted above. I mean, where in the far reaches of this man’s gray matter did this man happen to think that this was a good idea?!?!?! What kind of dope is he smoking? Ugh… Lady Gaga lifesize dolls?

Ugh… I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.

Tokyo — One-of-a-kind Lady Gaga has been replicated.

The pop star unveiled life-size dolls in her likeness, dressed in her flamboyant costumes, at a Tokyo event Sunday. A person leaning against the silicon doll’s chest can hear Lady Gaga music and messages.

Gaga said she was honored to have replicas of herself.

Japanese industrial and design companies teamed with her record label to create the Gagadoll, inspired by her new “Artpop” album. They’re prototypes not yet available for sale.

At the news conference, Gaga made her grand entrance wearing a red plaid jumpsuit and wrapped in coils.

Gaga is participating in a charity auction to benefit the 2011 earthquake and tsunami victims. She’s hoping that one of the two Gaga-styled Hello Kitty dolls will raise a lot of money for the cause.
