Crap hits fan…..In Beirut…

Oh Yeah, it’s crazy there…. As much as it’s very bad here, in America, at least it’s peaceful… We could all be living in Beirut.

I cannot get over the damn Liberals lamenting the outbreak there. They support those guys… More double standard, I suppose.

A Word on the Myanmar disaster, and why I pulled my entry on it….

Folks, I’m just going to be honest with you. I should have never posted that. When I first read of the cyclone in Myanmar, I believe the death toll was at 500. It wasn’t until news came of the enormous death toll, and when I happened to see the pictures and video from the region, that I decided to just pull it.

Why? I’ll tell you why, While I am a person of great political convictions and person of obtuse personal opinion, I am also a Christian and I am a person of compassion, and the last thing I want to be, as to be pegged as some sort of heartless tool.

So, to those who read this Blog and think that I am some sort of an a-hole. Please know that I am not that sort of a person. Never was, and never will be.

Let me state publicly, while I am not a big fan of our money going to places that do not support our American values, in the case, a natural disaster, it is justified.

My thoughts and Prayers are with people in Myanmar this morning.

Hillary Clinton doesn't listen to the Economists…

Via Robert Reich’s Blog:

When asked this morning by ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos if she could name a single economist who backs her call for a gas tax holiday this summer, HRC said "I’m not going to put my lot in with economists.”

I know several of the economists who have been advising Senator Clinton, so I phoned them right after I heard this. I reached two of them. One hadn’t heard her remark and said he couldn’t believe she’d say it. The other had heard it and shrugged it off as “politics as usual.”

That’s the problem: Politics as usual.

first_lady_hilary_clinton_wincing_i Of course, that is Hillary’s problem, she represents the Democrat establishment. You know, the establishment, that authorized a Military style raid on a religious compound in Waco, Texas on February 28, 1993, which ended in the fiery deaths of 76 people, including 21 children and two pregnant women on April 13 of that same year.

It simply amazes me, how the media has developed the total amnesia to the fact that Hillary’s husband was the one, who signed off of that massive slaughter of humanity.

Of course people say, "How can you say anything about that? she’s not Bill Clinton!". As far as I am concerned, Birds of a feather, flock together.

billary She’s just as evil, and just as liberal and quite frankly, just as stupid.

The quicker she is eliminated from this race, and the quicker that this race for the White House continues, the better. This Nation has had to suffer the tragic legacy of Bush/Clinton/Bush, don’t you think that it is about time for a change of path, instead of the same old politics?

Here’s a video the sums it all up:

I could not have put it better myself.

Kim Jong-il builds ‘Thunderbirds’ runway for war in North Korea (via Times Online)

North Korean military engineers are completing an underground runway beneath a mountain that can protect fighter aircraft from attack until they take off at high speed through the mouth of a tunnel.

The 6,000ft runway is a few minutes’ flying time from the tense front line where the Korean People’s Army faces soldiers from the United States and South Korea.

The project was identified by an air force defector from North Korea and captured on a satellite image by Google Earth, according to reports in the South Korean press last week.

It is one of three underground fighter bases among an elaborate subterranean military infrastructure built to withstand a “shock and awe” assault in the first moments of a war, the defector said.

I say, if it’s to be believed, because any blogger worth his salt knows that the Times of London is owned by Mr. Murdock, and it not really known for it’s truthfulness and accuracy in reporting.
