Sleep and teeth issues

By the time you all read this, hopefully, I will be asleep. I made that silly mistake of falling asleep around 9 pm and waking back up at 1 in the morning.

Every time I do this, it tosses my body clock off and end up not being able to sleep all night and end up being all out of sorts for the day.

On top of this, I got a sore tooth. 🙁 Last night, I was feeling around in my mouth with my tongue and discovered a bit of a sore spot. I admit that I have not had dental insurance and because of that, I have not been to the dentist since I was a kid. Because of this. The ol’ choppers are not in the best of shape.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not writhing in the floor, in horrible pain, yet. But it’s sore enough for me to know its there. Just enough to be annoying as can be.

So, anyways, I’ll do a few postings that will drop later in the day. Hopefully, I’ll get some sleep. Sooner of later. 🙄

Added Texas Fred back to my blogroll

I was just a cruisin’ the web here tonight and I happen to surf over to one of the best bloggers out there. Texas Fred.

I have known of Texas Fred for a very long time; I stumbled over him “back in the day” as the young people say today. Back when I was still a skeptical left of center, way back in 2006 —  when I was still blogging at “The Populist,” which was my very first blog. I came across Fred’s blog via the “Blog’s for Borders” group which Fred and myself were a part of, at one time.  Which reminds me; as soon as I hit publish, I am going over to that site, and grab the small banner and stick it somewhere on this site and let Bill know that I want back on the blogroll. Hopefully, He will let me back on there.

I remember the first time I came across Fred; I thought, “Wow! What ornery old S.O.B.!” and at first, I got a little mad. 😡 Then as I sat there, reading that blog, I just smiled, I thought, “Ya know, this old feller reminds me —- of myself.” 😀 I particularly liked his, “I don’t take no B.S. from nobody!” attitude, which reminded me of myself.

I didn’t agree with everything that he believed in — then — and I told him so, as nicely as I possibly could. He was respectful, in his own way and thanked me for agreeing with him on the border issue. I still feel very strongly about all that and I hope like hell that Mitt Romney actually does something about it!

Anyhow, As I sit here and think about it; I have blogged and interacted with people like Fred for 7 years now. That’s a long time in the blogging world. How things have changed. People have left, a Rockefeller Republican left office and was replaced by a Marxist and it now, hopefully; about to be replaced with, hopefully, decent Conservative Republican. Some might disagree with that last part, but, hey, I would rather have to contend with a little statism, than have to deal with a Marxist.

Hopefully, if Fred reads this, he will add me back. I invite you check out Fred’s blog, he is a real patriotic American, just like me. 😀

Update: Well, that was quick. Seems Fred’s got some sort of personal problem or something. I don’t take to kindly to being personally insulted.

I did this to show y’all that I am not a partisan and I am not a complete jerk towards the President; and that I am simply an American, who disagrees with the President’s policies. Please, No, “Yeah but”’s okay? I do not agree with the President’s politics; I have no grievance with the person. Let me also say, in praise to the wives of both Romney and Obama; you ladies are top notch. Anyone dame that would follow her husband around the Country, let her husband be put through royal hell; and let their personal lives be put in the spotlight like they are and not complain — is one hell of a Lady.

Policy differences and partisanship aside; I must and I will give credit to the Obama’s, they were the first African-Americans to step into the ring of Presidential politics. Because of this, finally and I do mean, finally; America was able to finally bury the idea that blacks were somehow of inferior to whites and lacked the knowledge and the skills to be President and First Lady.  In other words, we finally buried Jim Crow and the idiocy of the confederacy. Whether or not the Obama’s wish to acknowledge it or not; not only was Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream realized; himself a registered Republican, but also Abraham Lincoln’s dream was realized as well.

Whatever the outcome of this election, let me simply say that I personally admire anyone, Democratic or Republican; who answers the call of their perspective Parties and runs for the highest office in the land.  I believe that both of these families, deserve the uttermost respect from all Americans. Win or lose, they are the brave ones and those who sit on the sidelines and make bigoted and racist comments about Religion or Race, are the cowards. I tip my hat to both of you, and whatever the outcome be on Tuesday, I hope that all Americans will look back and say, “I remember that day well.” When the America people decided that President Lincoln’s vision was to be finally realized.

Now, to my Republican friends who read this blog; the door has been opened, the glass ceiling has been shattered and the idiotic excuse of, “That’s never been done before,” no longer works. This time, we ran and hopefully will have won, a Mormon candidate from President of the United States of America. It is a wonderful first. Now, it is time to give the genuine Christian Conservative African-American community their chance at the plate. Surely within the Republican and Conservative community there is an African-American, somewhere; that would be interested and honored to put themselves into the running for President of the United States. Could you just imagine the perpetual “Ker-Clank!” of the liberal Democrat jaws hitting the floor, and actions of the Democrats;  if the Republican Party actually nominated a black man for candidate for President of the United States?  If Herman Cain was any indication, that would be pure popcorn material! (not to mention the attack ads and the counter attack ads…. woo wee doggies! Surprise)

You have your mandate Republicans, 2012 is in the can, either way, it is done. 2016 is coming and you should really start searching out, convincing and preparing, on November 7.

I did some thinking and because I am a man of faith, I decided that the nude pic of the chick with a gun had to go. 🙁

I figure if I am going to have page like this on my blog, then I should try to at least abide by some sort of moral code.

So, no more nudes on here; Bikini’s yes, as long as the woman’s female parts are covered. But no nekkid stuff.

Sorry guys, I gotta be true to what I believe in, even if I do suck at it; and fail at it, a good deal. I still have my moral compass, and I went off course last night, when I posted that. My Apologies. 🙁

Andrew Sullivan ought to rot in hell for posting this

Basically, the morally depraved Homosexual posted a slander piece about Mitt Romney.

Here is hoping that Andrew Sullivan is eventually killed by the AIDS virus. 😡

Sorry, but he is not a Conservative or an American. He is british interloper, who is working hand in hand with the liberal left to destroy this Country. He will be exposed as such, here on this site.
