The Obamassiah makes it overseas, Iraqi PM supposedly backs Obama's plan of defeat.

A good Saturday afternoon to you all. 😀

The big news cycle today is Obamassiah is on his overseas PhotoOp Trip, and already there is a story out that the Iraqi P.M. is supposedly supporting Obama’s Plan of retreat and defeat.

Actually, this is what is going to happen in Iraq, regardless of what that turban-headed idiot thinks, or his people.

If you would like to look at the left, wetting themselves over a story, which is most likely been distorted, please feel free to click here.

….and that’s your Saturday non-headline of the day! 😉

That's "Mr. Blogging Head" to you buddy!

I found this to be a rather interesting article….

The Article:Who listens to blogging heads? ( Via Los Angeles Times)

Daily Kos. Little Green Footballs. Talking Points Memo. Instapundit. Firedoglake. Captain’s Quarters. These are among the thousands of political blogs that are increasingly a factor in U.S. politics. Bloggers and their readers are courted by politicians, as occurred when seven Democratic presidential candidates appeared at the August 2007 convention organized by the readers and posters at Daily Kos, a liberal political blog. Bloggers can also shape the news surrounding election campaigns. It was Huffington Post, a liberal political blog, that first reported Barack Obama’s comment about small-town Americans clinging to “guns and religion.”

Although political blogs have become a familiar presence in politics, we know less about their readers: How many there are, who they are and why they choose their favorite blogs.

In fall 2006, political scientists, including us, representing about 30 universities conducted a survey of 16,000 Americans, the Cooperative Congressional Election Study. The survey asked respondents whether they read blogs and, if so, which ones. We analyzed the answers, and the result is the first detailed portrait of political blog readers.

About 34% of the respondents said they read blogs, but only 14% named at least one blog that focuses on politics. Who are these political blog readers?

Evidently a good number of Americans. Here are my stats for this past week:

Political Byline

— Site Summary —

Visits

Total ………………….. 14,955
Average per Day …………….. 98
Average Visit Length ………. 4:02
This Week …………………. 689

Page Views

Total ………………….. 21,457
Average per Day ……………. 197
Average per Visit ………….. 2.0
This Week ……………….. 1,381

Not a bad number, I think, I mean, it’s not Michelle Malkin traffic, but then again, I’m not Michelle Malkin. 😉 (I’m much better looking…. What? My Mom tells that I’m handsome all time!)

But this did grab me as quite funny:

Daily Kos. Little Green Footballs. Talking Points Memo. Instapundit. Firedoglake. Captain’s Quarters.

Uhmmm… Ed’s been at Hotair.com for How long now? Wow, someone’s out of touch! 😆

I guess Ed’s feeling a bit under the weather….

Unfortunately, I’ve suddenly taken a little ill today, and will have to cancel today’s show. For those of you who don’t know, I’ve been recently diagnosed with Type II diabetes and am working through a medication regimen to address high blood sugars. While things get adjusted, it plays some tricks on the body — and to be honest, I’m not sure this is a medication issue or just plain old stomach flu, so we’ll see.Hot Air » Blog Archive » The Ed Morrissey Show: canceled for today

Hang in there, Ed. That Diabetes ain’t nothing to be messing around with. Take care of that First. That Blog will be there for a long time, You won’t be, if you aren’t really careful man.

It's about time Bozell!

Well, it’s about time!

Quote:

CNSNews.com will launch its new Web site on Tuesday, July 8, with a fresh look, more stories, videos, photos, and reader comments. Check out the new www.cnsnews.com on Tuesday, July 8.- CNSNews.com Launches New Web Site on Tuesday, July 8 — 07/04/2008

I’ve always said that Brent Bozell needed to update that 1990’s era website of theirs. Hopefully, it will rival Media Matters for America’s site, embeddable video clips, nice banners or buttons for Blogs. It has to be totally web 2.0 friendly. Now if they could just get the MRC site updated too, they’d be in good shape.

I can’t wait to see it.

Gotta love our Liberal Main Stream Media

It seems that according to various British media sources, the United States scored a major victory in Iraq.

Too bad the vast majority of Americans, unless they read blogs, won’t hear about it. That’s because the United States Liberal controlled media is too busy trying to tell Americans that the war in Iraq is lost and that we’re losing, and so forth.

What further proof do we need, that the Liberals in this country, hate America, Our Military and the values that we conservatives hold dear?

It is no wonder that places like the New York Times and other dead wood media sources are losing money left and right and will eventually be put out of business.

The Silence of these media sources speak volumes to me.
