Why I am not blogging about Baltimore

I realize that some of you are most likely wondering, “Why is he not writing about the Baltimore situation?”

Because, quite frankly, I believe that is a total waste of time. Like I wrote about the local story here about the guy who got shot by the feds here, when they were trying to arrest him:

The man was armed with a hammer, he tried to attack a federal officer, and he got shot. Just another day in the big city. But, as you know, because he is black, as was the agent that shot him; because of the stuff happening everywhere now, the left and their media lap-dogs are going to exploit this, in hopes that there is another riot in Detroit.
Because that, is what marxists do. Marxists exploit stuff like this to disrupt the system. You watch and see, summer is coming and Detroit has a white mayor. You watch, another uprising is coming and the marxists will be in the middle of it.

Despite the fact that 3 of the officers involved in the situation in Baltimore were black, like here in Detroit where the fed agent was black, who shot the suspect — none of that matters. It is going to be portrayed as a evil white police force or in the case here in Detroit as a evil white Government killing blacks.

It is especially hazardous to one’s well being and livelihood, if you happen to be white and have an opinion that is not a part of the demented liberal socialist marxist politically correct stripe. Which is something Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor Teana Walsh found out the hard way:

Days after posting her opinion on how to deal with protesters and looters in Baltimore, Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor Teana Walsh resigned.
Walsh, 35, did not make public comments about her resignation. The resignation was sent to Prosecutor Kym Worthy Friday afternoon in response to push back for her Facebook post about shooting people in Baltimore.
Her post, from April 27, read in part “So I am watching the news in Baltimore and see large swarms of people throwing bricks, etc at police who are fleeing from their assaults … 15 in the hospital already.”
“Solution. Simple. Shoot em. Period. End of discussion. I don’t care what causes the protesters to turn violent…what the ‘they did it because’ reason is…no way is this acceptable. Flipping disgusting.”
Walsh, who was on maternity leave, was set to be disciplined for the post. Instead she voluntarily resigned.
“This afternoon Assistant Prosecutor Teana Walsh called Prosecutor Kym Worthy to announce that she is voluntarily resigning her position with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office,” spokeswoman Maria Miller said in a release. “During her tenure in the office, Teana Walsh has been known for her great work ethic and her compassion for victims of crime and their families. Her post was up online briefly and she immediately took it down. The post was completely out of character for her and certainly does not reflect the person that we know.”
Worthy called the potential discipline an “internal matter,” and didn’t say what it would have been.
Activist group Progress Michigan released a statement about the incident calling into question all of Walsh’s work with the department.
“Kym Worthy must conduct a thorough review of Walsh’s conduct,” Lonnie Scott, executive director for Progress Michigan said in a release. “For an assistant county prosecutor to call for the summary execution of disenfranchised and angered citizens shows she has little regard for justice or due process.”
The organization claims it “holds public officials and government accountable,” in its mission statement.

So, white people cannot have an opinion, that truly is a righteous opinion about what happened in Baltimore? It sure appears that way. But then again, that is what happens when you let Marxists rule the Country.

Of course, you know, the left is going to play this one for all it is worth. Considering what’s happening elsewhere.

Detroit — The 20-year-old armed robbery suspect who was fatally shot by a federal agent on Monday was “armed with a hammer,” Detroit’s police chief said Tuesday.The shooting, on the city’s west side, angered residents who had to be placated by the city’s police chief.The Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team, a task force that included officers from the Detroit Police Department, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Marshals, were serving an armed robbery warrant in the 9500 block of Evergreen at the time of the shooting around 1:13 p.m., Detroit Police Chief James Craig said.The officers were allowed into the home to conduct their search, Craig said.The incident comes at a time of heightened tension between police and black communities in some U.S. cities, spurring a national debate about race and police tactics.In the Detroit incident, the suspect was black, as was the federal agent who shot him.

Jonathan Capehart admits that “Hands up, don’t shoot” was based upon a lie

I have to give this man props for being an honest man. It takes a real man to admit that He was wrong.

Getting down to the meat and potatoes via WaPo:

The DOJ report notes on page 44 that Johnson “made multiple statements to the media immediately following the incident that spawned the popular narrative that Wilson shot Brown execution-style as he held up his hands in surrender.” In one of those interviews, Johnson told MSNBC that Brown was shot in the back by Wilson. It was then that Johnson said Brown stopped, turned around with his hands up and said, “I don’t have a gun, stop shooting!” And, like that, “hands up, don’t shoot” became the mantra of a movement. But it was wrong, built on a lie.
Yet this does not diminish the importance of the real issues unearthed in Ferguson by Brown’s death. Nor does it discredit what has become the larger “Black Lives Matter.” In fact, the false Ferguson narrative stuck because of concern over a distressing pattern of other police killings of unarmed African American men and boys around the time of Brown’s death. Eric Garner was killed on a Staten Island street on July 17. John Crawford III was killed in a Wal-Mart in Beavercreek, Ohio, on Aug. 5, four days before Brown. Levar Jones survived being shot by a South Carolina state trooper on Sept. 4. Tamir Rice, 12 years old, was killed in a Cleveland park on Nov. 23, the day before the Ferguson grand jury opted not to indict Wilson. Sadly, the list has grown longer.
Now that black lives matter to everyone, it is imperative that we continue marching for and giving voice to those killed in racially charged incidents at the hands of police and others. But we must never allow ourselves to march under the banner of a false narrative on behalf of someone who would otherwise offend our sense of right and wrong. And when we discover that we have, we must acknowledge it, admit our error and keep on marching. That’s what I’ve done here.

I have to give the man credit; that is a huge mea culpa and big come down from what was being said before. Honesty is a rarity among the left wing media anymore and I think this guy should be commended; and not scorned.

One thing that Jonathan Capehart does not seem to understand is that these shooting are the direct result of the ever-increasing police state in this Country. As well as the militarization of the local police forces in this Country as well. 40 years ago, swat teams were unheard of and police departments owning tanks and former military vehicles were the things of futuristic novels and paranoid nightmares. Today, it is commonplace.

This is the direct result of the actions of the Democratic Party controlled Congress during the Clinton era. Another was the implementation of a program, which allowed police departments to buy Military surplus equipment. All of this, was done by Democrats, who support a bigger State.

If the black Liberal Democrats want to see less shootings of unarmed blacks; they might actually consider standing up and speaking out against the big state; which has basically killed their people. Now, some of those killings were justified; as noted above. But, some, were not. This is what people like Jonathan Capehart should railing against.

Shaming, eh? Salam imagines guilt-tripping families that make $200,000 a year or so into sacrificing their mortgage interest and college savings tax breaks for the greater good. Special Comment: “You are too much of a p*ssy to shoot me.”

Those are the last recorded words of Michael Brown, the 18-year-old black man, who decided that it would be cute to try to football tackle a Ferguson, Missouri police officer named Darren Wilson, who also happened to be a white man.

A grand jury was convened, and the decision took a very long time. All the facts were considered. Witnesses were questioned, inconsistencies and outright lies were discarded. The facts are that this black man of 18 years of age and crazed on THC, attacked a white officer and was shot dead. Officer Darren Wilson was doing his job and because of that, was not convicted.

So, why is it that Ferguson last night basically went up like a match stick and is threatening to do so tonight? The simple answer is this here: Cultural Marxism. Cultural Marxism is embedded deeply into the community and into the psyche of good part of the black race. There are exceptions to this rule; but not very many at all. It is not only in the black race, but also in the good majority of the Latino races as well, especially among Mexicans.

These Marxist uprisings or as they are commonly called, “Protests” are springing up all over the country. In fact, even here in Detroit there are protests, on the freeways. Think about that for a second: People here in Detroit are actually taking the freeways here in Detroit, risking getting killed, and getting arrested, to supposedly “Protest” about a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri doing his job.

This which is happening now, underscores my issue with the black race in general; and that is that if a white police officer or even a white person kills a black man or woman; it is considered a national story and a horrible crime. However, if a black man or police officer kills a white man, it is seen as no big deal. Let us just be real about this whole thing, shall we? If the police officer in Ferguson were black and this 18-year-old kid were white — you would have never heard about it in the media.

However, because this whole story fits the liberal progressive and Cultural Marxist narrative, it is a national news story. This is what gives that racial grievance-mongering crowd oxygen into their movement. The sick and insidious part is that the current President of the United States of America and the United States of America Attorney General have basically given these thugs the wink and a nod to carry out these Marxist uprisings. This is also what happens when you have a Democrat Governor and a Democrat Prosecutor who declined to convict, knowing full well that this decision would spark riots and uprisings across the Country.

However, the tide is turning. Americans are seeing what they elected in 2008 and in 2012. Republicans made some serious gains in many important places; even in Illinois, which is very shocking. It is expected that the Republicans will do well in 2016 and maybe then, we can get this Nation back on its rightful track.

This is, if we even make it to 2016.

The next sentence contains the most politically incorrect words ever found on this blog. I’ve become a semi-regular Chick-Fil-A customer. To be specific: About once a month, I take the train out to the Chick-Fil-A in Hunt Valley, a restaurant run by outrageously dorky white people. It’s the epicenter of honkiness in the Western hemisphere.
Let’s admit it: Part of the reason we go to certain restaurants is to acquaint ourselves with the stereotypical trappings of a foreign culture. You go to a Mexican restaurant expecting to hear the Spanish language (or at least the accent), and you want to see tiled floors and tiled bathrooms and bullfighting posters and, well, lots of other Mexican stuff. You go to a Greek restaurant because you want to be around lively people who say “Opa!” a lot. You go to Buca di Beppo because you want the Pope room, and you want to feel that somewhere nearby there are a couple of guys in dark suits figuring out how to whack the entire Tattaglia family.
As awful as it sounds, I don’t enjoy going to the Chick-Fil-A near my home. That one is staffed by a lot of black people who are very competent, very friendly, and very dull. They just don’t make me giggle. No, when I wolf down a chicken sandwich and waffle fries, I want to do it while people-watching the hilariously pale. Their antics perpetually challenge me to keep a straight face. The women wear perfume and dresses and sky blue sweaters, and their hair is always the color of safflower oil. The men sport the kind of haircuts men got in the 1950s, and they say God Bless a lot. On my last visit, they were talking Wheel of Fortune. And football. And Intelligent Design. And Ronald Reagan. Yep, good ol’ Ronald Reagan: Now there was a real president. He finally got rid of the deficit before that damned Dimmycrat Bill Clinton ran it up sky-high again.

Besides that fact that his statements about the Ronald Reagan are totally wrong and his stereotyping of White people is simply moronic and juvenile at best; ~~the underlying thing here is that this is nothing more than, I assume, black on white racism. There is nothing that I detest more than true blue white racists and that is black racists.~~ It is something I have personal experience with, as does my own family.

So, he is gone; I may not be the biggest “right-wing” blog in the conservative blogosphere; but I will be darned if I will link to a blog that fosters that sort of anti-white mentality ~~and racism.~~ I only added Mr. Cannon’s blog, because he was critical of Obama. I guess he is not the Democrat that I thought he was; my mistake.

Update #2: For those who might have an issue with the above that I wrote. Could you imagine, if someone like me, had written on a Conservative blog, something to the effect of, “I was down at the local chicken shack here — I like going there, because it is the most “niggered up” business on the planet!” I mean, the howls of accusation of racism would be deafening; but yet, this prick can write something like this? It is a double standard and it is a bunch of bullcrap! 😡 For the record, however, Chicken Shack around here, was founded by white people; funny that. 🙄

So, he must one of those self hating white guys, or anti-white white people who like to denigrate white people; especially those whom he disagrees with politically. It is a typical tactic of the liberal left. The real kicker is this; He comes back with the whole, “Oh, I am just kidding!” disclaimer. Yeah right. 🙄 If I drove over to the east side of Detroit here and walked into a party store and started saying, “What a bunch of stupid niggers!” and then said, “Oh, I am kidding!” You know darned well what would happen to me! I’d get my arse kicked or my throat cut! But, the liberal idiot can do that stuff? Something is wrong with that party man, and I mean bad. Sickening: Upstate NY farmers targeted for not hosting Lesbian wedding

It gives new meaning to the term “shotgun wedding”: Government officials in New York have told an upstate farming couple that they must host same-sex “weddings” on their property — and because they refused to do so they must pay a $13,000 fine.
The hapless farmers are Robert and Cynthia Gifford, who have owned Liberty Ridge Farm in Schaghticoke, New York, for more than a quarter century. During much of that time at least, writes The Daily Signal’s Leslie Ford, they have opened “the farm to the public for events like berry picking, fall festivals, and pig racing” — and, sometimes, for weddings. This was never a problem until 2012, when, reports Ford, “Melissa Erwin and Jennie McCarthy contacted the Giffords [by telephone] to rent the family’s barn for their same-sex wedding ceremony and reception. Cynthia Gifford responded that she and her husband would have to decline their request as they felt they could not in good conscience host a same-sex wedding ceremony at their home.”
Unbeknownst to the Giffords at the time, however, the phone call was being recorded.
What happened next was that Erwin and McCarthy filed a discrimination complaint with the government. On what basis? Ford explains, “New York’s Human Right’s [sic] law (Executive Law, art. 15) creates special privileges based on sexual orientation that trump the rights of business owners. Because the Giffords’ family farm is open to the public for business, New York classifies it as a ‘public accommodation’ and then mandates that it not ‘discriminate’ on the basis of sexual orientation.”
The Giffords were then found in violation of the law and were “ordered by DHR [Division of Human Rights] Judge Migdalia Pares and Commissioner Helen Diane Foster to pay $10,000 in fines to the state and an additional $3,000 in damages to the lesbian couple … for ‘mental pain and suffering.’ Additionally, the Giffords must provide sensitivity training to their staff, and prominently display a poster highlighting state anti-discrimination laws,” reports Lifesite’s Kirsten Andersen.
This issue strikes especially close to the Giffords’ heart because “marriage ceremonies on the farm typically take place in and around the couple’s home, where they live full-time and are raising their two children,” writes Andersen. “They consider the farm their home,” said the Giffords lawyer, Jim Trainor. “They live there, they work there, they raise their kids there.” In fact, not only is the couple intimately involved in planning weddings they host — providing catering, floral arrangements, and everything else save a wedding official — but they even allow part of their living quarters to be used as a bridal suite.
None of this mattered to the NYS DHR, however. This prompts Ford to ask, “Should the government be able to coerce a family farm into hosting a same-sex wedding?” She then answers, “In a free society, the answer is no” and explains, “Government shouldn’t be able to fine citizens for acting in the market according to their own — rather than the government’s — values, unless there is a compelling government interest being pursued in the least restrictive way possible.” As many critics would point out, however, there’s the rub. What constitutes a “compelling government interest”? And should the state have the power to use private property for its own interests in the first place?

We live in a sick and sad, sin-depraved society that long ago rejected the Christian values that this nation was founded upon; this story proves that little notion. Christians talk of revival; what bunk! — that ship sailed long ago. Judgement is coming, but, there is hope.

I don’t think I’m ready to become a Republican yet … In good conscience, however, I can’t continue to call myself a Democrat. In becoming an independent, I think I’m maintaining the independent (dare I say, libertarian?) mindedness and patriotism that my parents endowed me with. For the country’s sake and for their own, I hope the Democrats wake up.

I was a Democrat because while it was clear to me that the Republican politicians were out of touch and cared for only the upper class, Democrats like Franklin Roosevelt cared for the masses and helping the working man … By and large, none of these values are represented in the Democratic Party today.

From where I’m standing, the party has largely abandoned its commitment to civil rights and instead allows race-baiters to be national power brokers. As spokesman for the Boys and Girls Clubs of New Jersey, I am hurt that there is not one Democrat in Washington who cares enough about the great inner cities of this country to help those in dire distress from poverty and crime. These cities are in worse shape than those countries from which all those illegal ‘children’ crossing our borders daily are coming….

Most disheartening, though, is the Democrats’ weak commitment to a strong defense and maintaining America’s place in the world as the only superpower. All I see is an American foreign policy led by a Democratic administration that is floundering when it comes to things like dealing with Iraq, Russia and Syria, inept when it comes to crises like Benghazi, and weak at the knees when it comes to protecting our strongest Middle Eastern ally, Israel.

When you lose someone, like this guy? You know your political party has issues. 😯

Progressive blogger not too enthralled with the idea of Hillary running for President

Please note: I am not writing this, as a conservative blogger going, “nah nah nah nah boo boo!” But, rather as someone who once voted for Bill Clinton; and voted Democrat in 2000 and 2004.

I guess we are actually seeing some Clinton fatigue.

This was written over at Balloon Juice, whose owner was, at one point, a Republican, but now is a full on progressive, I guess:

I understand it is not her fault, but I would do anything to not see Hillary run in 2016. If it turns out she is the best candidate and has the best chance to keep the White House out of Republican hands, I will crawl over glass to vote for her and do everything in my power to get her elected.
But I just don’t know if I can take it anymore. She was such an awful candidate in 2008 and continuously surrounds herself with questionable people, and fuck it. Let’s be honest. I quit listening to Blues Traveler around the same time I quit drinking jaegermeister, and I just want all three of them to go away

I know this is what the GOP wants, but I can not do another round of Vince Foster or Benghazi or whatever. I just can’t. And the whole dynastic thing drives me crazy. I just can’t take any more Bush or Clinton candidates. People in America (well, those who pay attention) were shocked with the notion of the PRI holding power in Mexico for 71 years, but how many decades have we had a Nixon, Bush, Clinton, or Dole in the running? It’s just weird.
And yes, I remember that Hillary embodied the hopes of feminists everywhere, but is she really the only female Democrat out there who can win? What about Gillibrand? Does it have to be Hillary?

I remember thinking the same thing back in 2007, when the primaries started. “Why her?” was my exact thought. This was about the time that Obama shot forward in the primaries and for a little while, I thought to myself “You know, I think it is about time that we did have a black man as President.” This is when the Rev. Wright stuff came out; and Obama lost me. Now, before anyone accuses me of swallowing the Fox News propaganda — let me say this: I have seen that complete and unedited sermon that Wright preached, like 2 days after 9/11. I watched the entire 9/11 unfold, on TV — on CNN no less. CNN, at the time, was about all I ever watched at the time, when it came to cable news. There was no way in heck, that I was going to vote for someone, who’s Pastor essentially said that America had 9/11 coming to it. Just. no. way.

Anyhow, when it comes to Hillary. I honestly do not believe that she will run. She has too much baggage from her days as Secretary of State. Plus too, all of her baggage from her days as First Lady. Hillary’s no dummy, she knows better. She’s committed to the cause. But, she’s no fool. She will endorse someone else and work to get them elected.

Just my opinion.
