Bailout failure, politics and stupidity

Yes, I am aware of the failure of the bailout. I also see where John McCain took credit for it, before it flopped. Loser

The stock losses were unbelievable. Surprise Here’s the final numbers:

Dow

10,365.45
-777.68
(-6.98%)

Nasdaq

1,983.73
-199.61
(-9.14%)

S&P 500

1,106.42
-106.59
(-8.79%)

The really stupid part about this whole thing is Democrats and Republicans are blaming one another. Which is absolutely idiotic. They should be working to find solutions, instead of pointing fingers. I mean while the people in Washington D.C. were squabbling over $700 billion, the markets lost $1.2 trillion. Folks, that’s more money than most of us will ever see in a lifetime. Money EyesHypnotized

Of course, the far left Anti-Capitalists are happy that this is happening. Which about par for the course with the Liberals. They hate anything related to Conservative values in America. Like making a profit. Waiting

Personally, I believe we need to get rid of the Federal Reserve Bank and go back to the 100% Gold Standard, that would get rid of all this excess money in our system and bring value back to the dollar. I posted a video to that effect here. Because 90% of this money, that we are losing, is China’s money. Plus, 90% cannot be backed up with gold, thereby making it valueless anyhow. I would not be surprised if China stops all money imports here. That would really put us in a bad spot. I have books on this subject are available at my blog Bookstore.

Hopefully, Congress will pass something here this week. Because sooner or later, this will begin to affect the American people. Which will not be good at all. Striaght Face

Oy! – Communist Liberal New York Times Asks: “What Should Be Done with the 9/11 Hijackers' Remains?”

You are not going to believe this one. I even cannot believe it.

It is stories like this right here, that convince me, that the New York Times is nothing more than a front for the Communist Party of the United States.

It seems that we have the remains of 13 of the 19 men, who slammed the planes in to the World Trade Center Towers, the Pentagon and into that field in Pennsylvania. Now, it seems, that the New York Times is fretting about what should become of the remains of these monsters who carried out the attacks, of September 11, 2001.  The attacks that killed 2,999 and injured 6,291 or more.

Quoting the Communists:

Seven years after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, the remains of 13 of the 19 men responsible have been identified and are in the custody of the F.B.I. and the New York City medical examiner’s office.

But no one has formally requested the remains in order to bury them.

"Politically, one can understand that this is a hot potato," said Muneer Fareed, secretary general of the Islamic Society of North America and a former professor of Islamic studies. "People don’t want to identify with the political equivalent of Jeffrey Dahmer."

What would happen if someone asked for the hijackers’ remains is not clear.

Neither the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which holds the remains of the nine hijackers whose planes hit the Pentagon and crashed in a field in Somerset County, Pa., nor the New York City medical examiner’s office, which holds the remains of 4 of the 10 hijackers who flew planes into the World Trade Center buildings, has policies to deal with such a request.

"If and when it comes up, we’ll address it then," an F.B.I. spokesman, Richard Kolko, said.

The bureau could turn down such requests, Mr. Kolko said, because the Sept. 11 investigation is an open case.

The medical examiner’s office, which, like the F.B.I., refuses to say where exactly the remains are being kept, will eventually put together a committee to come up with a policy, said Ellen Borakove, a spokeswoman for the office.

Groups representing the victims of Sept. 11 are not sure what should be done with the remains.

"It would be sadly ironic if they ended up being properly buried or sent to a Muslim country when many of the remains of the victims remain buried in a garbage dump," said Kurt Horning, a founder with his wife, Diane, of the group WTC Families for Proper Burial. "I know we’d feel very distressed."

The Hornings’ son, Matthew, 26, was working at the World Trade Center and died there on Sept. 11. Their group has been advocating for excavation of the Fresh Kills landfill on Staten Island where ash and other debris from the World Trade Center site was buried. The group believes the debris may contain identifiable remains.

The identified remains of the victims of Sept. 11 are regularly returned to their families upon request, after officials have made positive identifications.

Some of the users at Right Wing News have some ideas.

What really tweaks me off about this is, why in the hell would a major newspaper such as the New York Times, even have the audacity to even ask a question like this in public newspaper?

I mean, has The New York Times utterly forgotten the horror and shock felt on the morning that the terrorist attacks were carried out in this country? You know, I have accused the far left of being nothing more than terrorist sympathizers, but this just proves it more than I could ever imagine.

As I have said on this Blog many times before, almost to the point where it has become somewhat of a talking point. Do you now see why I left that side of the damned political isle?

I am sorry, but any damned political party that believes, that terrorists have the same standing in the World, as the rest of law abiding Americans, is, as far as I am concerned nothing more than pure Anti-American. The people that carried out the September 11 attacks on this country were not humans, they were utter animals, possessed by a satanic religion that teaches that it is, if I can dare to be so blunt to even use the word; godly to kill people to further a mindless purpose in a religion.

There is a ton more I could write about this, as to my feelings about Islam. But for one, I do not what to be pegged as a hatemonger and two, this entry would be like 4 pages long. Instead, I’ll just refer you to my bookstore, where I have a section to Islam and the hatred behind it. Click here to go check it out. I am also thinking of adding a section about 9/11, It will be added in the near future.

NYT does a “hit piece” on Sarah Palin

I knew it was coming, I just didn’t know when. It seems that the New York Times has done rather harsh piece on Sarah Palin.

I won’t bother quoting it over here. Because I think one needs to read the whole thing, in order to render a proper judgement. Of course, depending on where one’s political ideology resides, will determine what one will take away from the article. This is very common, and not anything new.

Of course, the reaction is pretty much predictable, The Left is treating it as Gospel and the Right is calling for the public execution of the writers. Me, I think if the Wall Street Journal had written this article, it would be treated as gospel, by the right. They have written some similar toned articles.

The reactions are varied, I’ll post them all here. You make your own decisions: Commentary Magazine, Firedoglake, The Corner, unbossed.com, Shakesville, RADAMISTO, The Anonymous Liberal, TIME.com, Talking Points Memo, Liberal Values, Ben Smith’s Blogs, Jonathan Martin’s Blogs, TPM Election Central, Daily Kos, The Daily Dish, The Agonist, TigerHawk, Macsmind, pandagon.net, The Reaction, The Right Coast

It is official: Obama/Biden for 2008

You know it’s a big Political story when I bounce my fat butt out of bed at 7:00 in the morning! 😀 😉

I’m talking about the big, Big, BIG story…. That Barack Obama has selected Joe Biden for his running mate for President of the United States.

You have to know that John McCain’s campaign is in “Oh Crap!” and hunker down mode right about now. Because no matter who John McCain selects as his running mate, he is going to be a open target for Obama’s new attack dog.

I mean, at this point, no matter who McCain selects, McCain is going to have trouble. If McCain selects Joe Lieberman, McCain will be seen by the Republican and Conservative base as a traitor. If McCain selects Mitt Romney, he will be seen by the majority of America as a out of touch, rich elitist. Heck, even Tom Ridge is not ever well liked by the Republican base. So, unless McCain picks a second tier political person, McCain is going to be screwed.

I mean consider this statement by the campaign:

“There has been no harsher critic of Barack Obama’s lack of experience than Joe Biden,” said McCain spokesman Ben Porritt. “Biden has denounced Barack Obama’s poor foreign policy judgment and has strongly argued in his own words what Americans are quickly realizing — that Barack Obama is not ready to be President.”

One Word: Lame. Seriously, is that the best damned line that the John McCain’s herd of paid lackeys could come up with? Bringing up something from the Primary?!?!?!

What does Biden brings to the table? Experience of all sorts, Foreign Policy, DC Beltway, and just a general sense of “I’ve been around for a while”. Not to mention, he makes one hell of a good attack dog. He is, in fact, a Kennedy type, except for that he’s not nearly as wealthy. So, he’s the real deal. Disclosure: I would have voted for Biden, had he made it to the Michigan Primary.

You know, I am well-known on this blog for my quite controversial statements. So, as a parting shot, let me hand this word of warning to the McCain campaign. John McCain had better hide his balls in Cindy’s purse, because if he doesn’t, Joe Biden will hand McCain’s balls to him on a plate and will make him eat them.

It is going to be one HELL of interesting election season.

More commentary, and I mean a whole damn truckload of it, at Memeorandum

From the "WTF?!?!" File: Illegal Immigrants come to OUR country illegally, and get deported by Hospitals and Illegal Aliens want to BITCH?!?!

This is unbelievable.

NYTimes.com
:

High in the hills of Guatemala, shut inside the one-room house where he spends day and night on a twin bed beneath a seriously outdated calendar, Luis Alberto Jiménez has no idea of the legal battle that swirls around him in the lowlands of Florida.

Shooing away flies and beaming at the tiny, toothless elderly mother who is his sole caregiver, Mr. Jiménez, a knit cap pulled tightly on his head, remains cheerily oblivious that he has come to represent the collision of two deeply flawed American systems, immigration and health care.

Eight years ago, Mr. Jiménez, 35, an illegal immigrant working as a gardener in Stuart, Fla., suffered devastating injuries in a car crash with a drunken Floridian. A community hospital saved his life, twice, and, after failing to find a rehabilitation center willing to accept an uninsured patient, kept him as a ward for years at a cost of $1.5 million.

This story reads like a cheap dime novel. The poor immigrant. The whole dice. I got four words for this one:

Give me a Break and Cry me a river

The facts are in this story is simply this. This young man choose to come our Country in a unlawful manner and was hurt in a accident and became a HUGE burden on our Health care system here in America.

…and you know what? The Hospital took care of business:

What happened next set the stage for a continuing legal battle with nationwide repercussions: Mr. Jiménez was deported — not by the federal government but by the hospital, Martin Memorial. After winning a state court order that would later be declared invalid, Martin Memorial leased an air ambulance for $30,000 and “forcibly returned him to his home country,” as one hospital administrator described it.

As they should have, the story goes on to say that, as this little criminal began to heal up, he began to act like a total ass in the hospital too. All because he was supposedly “Depressed”.

You know, I am just going to tell it like it is here. These filthy illegal immigrants come into our country unlawfully, and then when they’re hurt. They EXPECT us to care for them, and let the AMERICAN PEOPLE foot the bill! That, my dear readers is totally unconscionable.

As a Christian man, I do feel a bit of sympathy for his situation, but I do not have one ounce of sympathy for the fact that he was deported. Because HE DID NOT BELONG IN THIS COUNTRY IN THE FIRST DAMN PLACE!

Nice try by the Communist Liberal New York Times to try a paint a sob story, but this Conservative is not buying it, not one damn bit.

Now Now, let's not be picking on the ladies……

The NYT does a piece on Women Bloggers. It gets put in the style section, of all places.

I have two favorites. Rachel Lucas and Mary Katharine Ham, both equally excellent writers and both good looking, The kind of good looking, that makes a guy want to get on all fours and bark like a dog, kind of good looking.

Vox Day, however, is unimpressed. He writes:

If a female blogger wants to be taken seriously, it’s not at all difficult:

1. Have at least half a brain and demonstrate that it actually functions by not writing egregiously stupid stuff.

2. At least 75 percent of your posts should have nothing to do with you or your life.

3. Don’t post a picture or talk about your romantic life, your children or your pets.

4. Don’t threaten to quit blogging every time anyone criticizes you.

5. Learn how to defend your positions with facts and logic instead of
passive-aggressive parthian shots fired off as you run away.

Ummm, Vox? Couldn’t some of those be said of Male Bloggings too? 😮

How about:

6. Don’t write books about Christianity Versus Atheists, unless you have some sort of formal theological training

Just sayin’…. 😀

The New York times whines about not having enough graphic war images

You know, I am not a big fan of war myself, But, I couldn’t help by think of the utter hypocrisy of the article by the New York Times.

In essence, the New York Times is whining about not having enough graphic pictures of the war in Iraq.

Quoting a Liberal Photo boy in the NYT:

“It is absolutely censorship,” Mr. Miller said. “I took pictures of something they didn’t like, and they removed me. Deciding what I can and cannot document, I don’t see a clearer definition of censorship.”

This will be continued after the jump… (Warning: the rest contains graphic photos, Not safe for kids!)
